The Sokka Sequential

This is an example of all the new stuff you can do with the new tools for storybooks. The sidebar area is filled out with a summary, rules, and a list of participants. There's also a characters section and any approved participant can add new characters. The image in the sidebar has a maximum width of only 225px, but a maximum height of 2000px. Thus, you could potentially customize the sidebar to look however you want it to look.

This storybook is currently set to closed. This means that all participants must first be approved by one of the storybook managers. This can happen in one of two ways. The first way is that a manager manually adds someone to the list of approved participants. The second way is that an interested person can request to join, if requests are allowed. A manager can then either approve or deny that request.

If this storybook was set to open, anyone can potentially join (much like it was before the new tools were released). For new storybooks, it's best to keep the status set to open.

Some quick notes:

- The sidebar for topics is going to receive a small renovation before this update goes live. The "Post a reply" button will be moved to above the first post along with the like button. Likes will be hidden much the same way they are on the rest of the site.

- This update should go live on Friday.

- The width limit on the sidebar image is 225 pixels, but the height limit is 2000 pixels. So, you can potentially make the sidebar look however you want it to look. Or, you can just upload any old image.

- The way storybooks currently work will not be affected at all. The new tools in development are completely optional. There are only being added to make it easier to manage a storybook, and more fun to participate in one.
