What poetry goals do you hope to achieve in the new year?

Have a book on your reading list? Hoping to improve a particular aspect of your writing? Have a goal to complete a certain number of poems or maybe even one poem a week?

Let us know your goals for 2024 below!

I need to get back into one poem a week aha so thank you for that reminder! Consistency is going to be a huge goal for me. ^^

In addition, I want to come up with a solid theme for NaPo and feel prepared to still be able to keep up with poetry even during some very busy months. I also think I want to start organizing some of my poetry into actual collections since I have poetry in so many journals and posts on here ahha.

My goals are to do at least 30 minutes of poetry writing a week, and to post 50 poems across my personal blog and YWS :D

My goal for the next year is to write one poem per day and write/print (publish?) my second poetry book. I would love to publicly publish my first book next year!!
Who's to say that my light is better than your darkness? Who's to say death is better than your darkness? Who am I to say?

I'd love to write at least one poem a week but I'd be happy if I only got one poem a month.
If you ever want to talk, please feel free to PM me for any reason! ^^
Don't write because you're a writer; write because you have something to say.
