Goos Chase: The Tagbook

It started out as a mild evening, as the month of March fell-asleep, and the month of April woke, but the site was woken prematurely that day to the sound of ... honking.

HONK HONK HONK;
HONK HONK HONK

Suddenly there were geese gooses all around every corner of YWS and some sort of mysterious question about just what they were doing.

Join in the story to figure out what happens next!

Spoiler! :

Using this introductory material from @Carina:
Tagbooks are a special kind of storybook. Instead of making a character profile, the character you write for is yourself - and other members of the site! Your goal is to tag as many users as you possibly can in your posts, while also telling a story. In this case, you're telling the story of YWSers finding the site overtaken by gooses. Your reaction is up to you, just be sure to tag more friends to participate.

Tagbooks are usually wacky, random and filled with fourth wall breaks. If you're lucky enough to be tagged, or just want to pop in with a post of your own, you're in for a treat!

Here are examples of past tagbooks:
Finding Nate the Dragon
The Haunted Holiday Lodge

@ResourceGoos was a hatch-mate sibling of @PoetryGoos and the two of them had long been looking for a pleasant pond to bring their writings, but had not found many places that were welcoming to their customary goos mayhem.

That was until the day they met @LitGoos and @rpGoos who told them all about a new sort of society called the "Young Writers Society" and the best part was they had an entire club dedicated to honoring gooses so surely they would be a friendly bunch to bring their work.

ResourceGoos was excited for the prospect so phoned in Mother Goose to get a parental permission form sent in and waited with sheer excitement. Finally the email arrived from (oh the surprise! a benevolent dog named Big Brother) who declared the goose group would be welcome!

So ResourceGoose set out to see what joy might await!

The timing could not have been better when the group of gooses were welcomed into the society, especially with National Poetry Month and camp nano starting up. PoetryGoos was quick to search out for the NaPo forums to find a place for her poetry, on her way she ran into @TrinityPoeting and @momonster who each had a magnifying glass in hand and seemed to be following the tracks of even larger Green and bright cyan geese.

Well hello friends! I'm new here, can you direct me toward the poetry corner? @momonster was deep into research or investigation of some kind, so pointed vaguely to the west and Trinity was arranging a series of pictures on the ground so PoetryGoos decided to keep on moving.

Soon PoetryGoos ran into @Elinor who was on stage receiving a few handfulls of flower bouquets from fans. She was declaring her love of the recent star wars movie, and although PoetryGoos was very intrigued she was afraid if she lingered she might try eating some of the flowers so kept on waddling.

Next PoetryGoos ran into a whole crew of brightly adorned reviewers @lehmanf @vampricone6783 @Coffeeboyjay @RandomTalks @ForeverYoung299 @MailicedeNamedy @HarryHardy @Plume @lliyah @Limeflame some of them writing reviews on the cellphones even as they were chit chatting with each other about their March review victories. "Sorry to disrupt, does anyone know the way to the Poetry Forums?"

The Group looked at once at @lliyah who was taking in a big breath to give her customary NaPo introduction while @Plume handed the goose a jar of jam.

"YES I WILL SHOW YOU WHERE WE POET, PLEASE COME WITH ME" and @lliyah quickly ran straight to the Napo Forum talking all along the way about jams, and jars, and poetry something or other. It appeared several poets @Apricity @mothbro @Stringbean @Liminality @Liberality were already deeply engaged into poetry writing, it was a beautiful sight to behold and PoetryGoos just knew she would fit right in with this crew.

Just then a voice came in from a hill above, "Wait a second is that a GOOSE on the site?! Why are there gooses all over the place."

Just then as if for the first time all the poets looked up and seemed to notice how feathered PoetryGoos was. PoetryGoos didn't know what to do so laid a haiku by her feet and then took quick flight.
