Is it okay to list three parents?
The situation I'm thinking of is this: My OC's biological parents are like 'huh, child where?' so her mother constantly leaves them in the care of a certain third party [who basically serves as the third parent], despite the fact that their dad doesn't trust said third party and would prefer a different option.

Hmm. I think it’s fair for you to mention them, but not to fully reserve that third parent in case someone else wants to use it.
