So, next week we have the funeral. Should we split it up where we write the first post together or should we split everything? So post 1 and post 2 at the service and post 3 and post 4 then the funeral at the cemetery itself and everybody writes it in their own POV?
I think we have to work together somewhere so that we can write where we meet and where we speak a few words.
Would we all sit together in the church or separately?
Maybe we can work through everything in 2 to 3 posts, but if we stretch it a bit more, we can still think about the clues and the first interviews that we would write in the week of the 14th. => Should we maybe pick out four people, where everyone interviews the respective person from their POV? (So priest - parents HOG - Hamilton - the policeman?)
I like the idea of picking out different people. For the Church service we don't have to collab on those as long as we know who's at it (that way we can say our characters saw them).
For the actual internment and funeral, though, we should definitely collab on at least one of the last two posts.
Post is up! Sorry that took a bit! I've introduced Detective Albert, but if we decide we don't want him, we could always say his supervisor wouldn't let him pursue the case. (I couldn't remember if we agreed on him being a character or not).

I can try to write something until tomorrow. Maybe I can implement that Sophie is the first because of that fear of being haunted? Or if not, she won´t sit next to the others and stays somewhere far away?
All right, I´m going to post tomorrow the service. For one of the next posts where we work together, we can start with a "You're here too" before we get to the actual funeral. Or we could write the post as the last one where we speak together after the funeral, how it comes that we are all here => which would also be some sort of beginning of the investigation. We still need to find some incentives.

I have no idea how a funeral works, the last one was 11 years ago of my father and I didn't have the head to listen to the priest back then. Besides, as an atheist, I have this guilty conscience about what I put in the priest's mouth. :/
I think you're good with the Church service. I'm Catholic but have never been to a funeral so... the Priest usually does a homily, so that fits in with what you had him saying! I don't know about the frankincense, though, but if it was at the funeral you went to it's probably fine. :)
Thanks! I'm not sure about the frankincense either, but it's always there at least on All Saints' Day, when the priest "fumigated" the church with it and then the cemetery. I don´t like the smell of it. It makes me dizzy. But that´s beside the point...
Anyway, should we at least have some structure the next week with the investigation? Should we start with the priest or the parents? Are they arriving for the funeral itself? And afterwards, we go to Albert and maybe some other guy?
