In the midst of the Great Tortoise Race and searching for the missing Goslings, The Golden Goose has decided that she wants us to refresh our review skills, to ensure that her babies are found and returned to her!

Please join us on for Review 102! Some of you may remember Review 101, where we learned how to use BBCode, review templates, and detect AI in reviews. I am pleased to announce that Review 102 will be hosted by @EllieMae, @looseleaf, and the Golden Goose. In this workshop, we will celebrate our progress we have made so far, as well as practice review skills with some fun activities.

Whether you have a few minutes or a few hours, feel free to pop by the workshop to chat and discuss review skills! The event will be hosted in Writer Feed Pad and the link will be posted on the day of the workshop. Hope to see you all there!

Clear the Green Room! Search for the three lost golden goslings!

three baby gosling lost in the green room

Alright Reviewers! Another mission ahead. The Great Tortoise Race has began and everyone has their reviewing weopens on. BUT something has happened and someone needs our help. Guess who?

The Golden Goose we found last year on our great conquest by clearing off the green room works. She has always been a clumsy one, her three golden goslings are nowhere to be seen, they are LOST.

This Summer we again are on a conquest to find the golden gooslings, one goosling will be found after doing collective 100 reviews and clean our Green room. There are many challenges and special badges and customized avvie to earn and we have search teams too!

Our moderator crew has set a summer long review event that goes hand in hand with The Great Team Tortoise Race! Let's head to the green room!

  • My dad: I can’t believe they’re letting these new cars into the Easter car show! This car was made in my lifetime! This shouldn’t be allowed.
The car in question: *is thirty years older than me*

  • My #FavCharacter has got to be George DeMund! He's not a main character by any means, but he's Eduard's roommate and I think he shows up in every chapter I've written thus far. Although Eduard's interests are more like mine (baseball, cars, etc.), George is a nicer and humbler person and has taken a better path. I also like the little subplot I have going on between him and Wilma. :)

I think I would have really loved writing Theresa, but I decided not to have the book jump between 1934 and the present, so her whole role was scrapped. I thought it wouldn't add anything to the plot.

Let's start off with #FavCharacter ! If you've already begun planning your novel or simply have an idea in mind, there's always that one character about whom you're excited to write. Share the character's name, and optionally, their role.
