The Short-Count: November Poetry Contest!

My kitty shall be known as Mr. Puddykins McFibblerastor VII

My little sister is too young to have an account, but has recently started writing her own things. I told her my short poem and she wrote her own! Not for the competition though. Hers is:

In the heat of the moment
I froze.

I could show her her kitty? And if you've got any feedback for her I'm sure she'd love it ^^

So adorable! Your little sister is smart. When I took my classes to volunteer at the crisis center we learned there are three actions when a crisis comes up. Fight Flight or Freeze. Good poem, your sister has talent. I'm not sure how old she is but if shes young then she is off to a good start.

She can totally join up with an account ^_^ it's just that we'll need parents permission for anyone under 12 I actually enjoyed her poem very much, and will totally follow her if she decides to join yws now or in the future <3

My kitty is certainly called Cheshire

Rhythmic.
_________Incessant.
__________________Monotonous.

The silence dictated this breath.

_____________________________Pierced.
_____________________Cracked.
________________Split.
_________________________His skull lay, as a broken nutshell.

A line of leafless trees:

the trees
did not grow eyes
to watch us.

This isn't for the contest but I wrote another, called Snap.

A thin string strung too tight.
I snap.
