White took of, not bothering with tactics. I sighed. "Idiot." If he hadn't been so strong he would be dead long ago. What kind of example did he set for the others? "What would you like me to do, my lady?"

"Make sure White's thoughtlessness doesn't get anyone killed, including himself."

I bowed and took of, sprinting at my top speed. I pulled my katana and my tessen as I caught up with White and another ninja. I was impressed that the ninja had managed to keep up with White, I had though that I was the only one who could. "What exactly are you planning to do?" A pirate was coming towards me holding a gun. He was too slow, and I simply held out my katana as I ran past him. His head landed on the ground with a tump and his body soon followed.

"Kill some pirates."

"Why don't you slow down, let the other catch up, take a group of ninjas and attack from the right side, and I'll do the same from the left?" He seemed to realize that using some basic tactics would let him kill more pirates, so he did as I had told him and slowed down. A group of ninjas approached, and more behind them. "Half of you follow me, the other half follow White." They split up, acting with just as much discipline as I expected them to. "The rest of you attack from the front!" I shouted, loud enough to make myself heard by the ones who hadn't caught up yet.

White and I, followed by our ninjas, took of in different directions. We both had to slow our pace if we wanted the others to keep up. "I know it might be tempting, but don't try to board their ship, unless you want to freeze to death!"

"Yes, master!" they all said at the same time. I couldn't help but to feel a bit proud. White and I had forced them to train hard, and it had paid of.

Spoiler
It might be a bit short, sorry. I'm not sure what they're supposed to do.

I dressed up in my clothes, I have had only my hidden blade, I have left my rest weapons at...(Top Secret) I have asked the cabin girl, Kiera for some weapons and she has handed me a dozen throwing knife. Nice girl!

I opened the door. Noises came from upstairs. The corridor was empty. I took the lift to go to the deck. I should go there and consult the First Mate about the wings. I reached on the deck. A bullet came towards me, with the help of my reflexes, I dodged it...

The deck was a mess, ninja ship was harbored in the mid air next to our ship and they were coming aboard. Pirates were fighting the ninjas. The one-eyed Second Mate shouted, "Hey you, fool, come here and bang those ninjas."

I ran forward, threw a knife at a ninja, realizing that a ninja was charging with a electric spear from behind, another knife came in handy.

Killing Scene
Spoiler
Exact scene except I was killing a ninja instead of a templar and I was on a deck of a flying ship.

And then a spear came flying, I saw it but didn't have enough time to dodge but then...

I heard Black shout ' and the rest of you attack from the front!' I changed my course from following White, to a straight attack. It was my time to prove myself, I can do this on my own.

I landed on the deck next to another ninja that had just taken out two opponents. I looked down to see who they were, and realized that they were ninjas! In a fit of rage I picked up the nearest weapon and hurled it at the newly realized pirate. I was never very good with spears, and consequently my throw missed him by a fraction of an inch. The tail end of the spear hit his head, letting him know that I was there.

I rushed him while he was distracted by the spear. I jumped and tackled him to the ground, rolling along the edge of the deck. We rolled three times before he pinned me to the deck. I grinned and let out a chuckle. "You lose" I tucked in my legs between the two of us and extended them, sending him over the edge of the deck. No one could survive that kind of fall.

I got up and closed the eyes of my fallen brethren, retrieved their weapons, and readied myself for the next match with another filthy pirate.

The bullet had come from nowhere, there was only the pain. I was heading toward the lower decks to get more supplies when it hit me. I clutched my arm and turned around, no one was there.

I opened the door and looked down the staircase, Kiera looked at me horror in her eyes she ran up to me and lead me on. She got me to the bathroom and started looking for something. A red box was in her hands when she turned her attention on me once more.

To my disgust she pulled up a sonic pen along with some bandages and something that looked like cream.

"Not that" I said, clutching to my arm like it would slip right off my body the blood seeping through my fingers.

"Jim, this will hurt less than what you feel now." Said Kiera trying to talk in a mellow voice which went drastically.

She pulled the top of the pen, I wasn't ready for it but I took my hand away and closed my eyes. The pain was unbelievable like braking your arm multiple times at once. My eyes still closed I felt a soothing cold kind of feeling. When I finally opened my eyes Kiera was wrapping my arm with the bandages.

"Better, huh Jimmie?" She asked and smiled down at me, in return I smiled back.

"Now don't you be using that arm for anything until tomorrow. And what the hell were you doing up there-," She was saying when suddenly something came flying through the bottom deck.

It was round and it was beeping I realize almost instantly what it was.

"A bomb" I said frantically as I grabbed it and threw it back where it came.

We watched in awe as it blew up in the middle of the air. I looked at her and she at me, taking to our feet we ran up the stairs. The pain of the arm numbing away. The deck was In chaos.

"CEASE THIS FIGHTING!" A voice sounded over the ship.

"This is Captain Rydia of the YWS Fleet. The captain's of these two vessels are politely asked to order their crew to disengage. Failure to do so will forfeit any protection the Fleet offers for them and for their kind."

Kiera ran back down but I stayed watching what was happening. Few seconds later Kiera came back holding a gun and a carrying a sword by her hip.

"And what are you gonna do?" I asked.

"Help, what do you think" She said excitement showed on her face.

"Wait for me I'll get some stuff" I was turning around when she grabbed my better arm.

"No you're not, you are wounded, too young and don't even know how to fight. You would only be in the way" With those last words she ran off disappearing from my eyesight. I was left standing alone by the door, unsure about what I was going to do.

Perseus Wolfe | Deck

The tall ninja hurled his feet and threw me off the ship. I fell and as I was going down, my mind was working hard...What am I going to do now?

I was about to hit the ground when my wings opened automatically as to save my life. I have never before used my wings. Never, but now. It was quite easy tough. I flapped my wings and felt the warm air. These wings were a part of me and I have never realized. They made me whole. Suddenly, I fell in love with my wings. They were so beautiful. I would never mind that what they say about my wings anymore, these made me complete and that was the truth. I flew up but then an arrow came and I dodged it, then another, and I dodged it again...

I rushed upwards and landed on the less dense side of the ship...Another arrow came but this one went through my arm. Pain surrounded me and I realized that I have landed on the Ninja's ship, I quickly flew...another arrow struck to my opposite arm near the shoulder blade...

I had no time to look back, I crash-landed on the deck of Pirate's ship...

The ship lurched to the side. Immediatly my right hand shot out of my pocket and I slipped on my graviton device, which fit on my hand like a key into a lock. The device hummed with energy.

Auden looked at me. "Pirates?"

I nodded. "Pirates. Let's find Black or White."

We rounded a corner to see Nym talking to Black and Black storming off. I ran to Nym.
I nodded to her. "My lady, what do you want us to do?"

She pulled out a longsword. "Follow Black. I'll catch up with you later!" With that, she turned a corner. I ran to follow Black.

"--The rest of you attack from the front!" Black shouted over the commotion.

I wrenched my left hand into my boot and pulled out two stars.

I lloked to Auden. She nodded and we charged in the battle.

"CEASE THIS FIGHTING! This is Captain Rydia of the YWS Fleet. The captain's of these two vessels are politely asked to order their crew to disengage. Failure to do so will forfeit any protection the Fleet offers for them and for their kind."

The message echoed in my mind as my Master Assassins and the others took off.
I didn't want to fight at all - risking lives of my crew like that, rushing into battle before considering it first and keeping cool head, it was all just stupid and careless, and it could get everyone killed. I could hardly blame them, though, seeing who the captain of the pirate ship was and how eager they were to attack us as well. My ninjas were tired of waiting, they wanted revenge and needed the rush of a fight, they wanted to see their enemies suffer the same faith as their families, their friends, their home worlds.. I could feel it all around, without even trying to enter the minds of my people.

Watching from my window, I hoped to have done the right thing. Black and White came up with a strategy - a random, sloppy strategy, but the best they could in the situation - and I knew the two of them will come back. They always came back, that was what made them the closest to friends I could have.. But how many others will come back with them?
I watched the young members of my crew joining the fight, apprentices with little or no file experience attacking the pirates used to blood and murdering, both sides blindly going after one another. I knew the name, the rank, the history and the dreams for future of each man down - both mine and captain Bianca's. I could see their desires and their fears in the way they moved, in their faces and their expressions.

But I couldn't let myself get emotional and sentimental. There wasn't much I could do down there anyway. With my ship invaded, and without an officer present, who could press the buttons on the control panels for me, I couldn't contact the YWS Fleet the usual way. I sighed. Looks like I'll have to take a walk outside.

Being born in what humans would call nothing at all, I had no need for equipment when leaving the ship. I had no need of using door either - but once out, I couldn't keep the form of a recognizable being, and with being dissolved into my true form, also came a whole bunch of inconveniences.

Once away from the ship, floating in the middle of nowhere, I could hear the stars talking to me. From the far parts of the unknown, my kind was calling me to come home, and I could tell of the life story of each person who ever crossed this part of the universe. If I could, if I knew how, I think I would have cried.

Captain Rydia. I was navigating my message by sensing the waves of the first one that came - I knew it will reach the destination, but I wasn't sure if the Captain will hear it from the speakers or in her mind, nor will it be in the language she understood. I hoped at least for that last one.
This is Nym of the Anonymous, the ship of Sky Ninjas. At the time, I am unable to adhere to your request, as that would jeopardize the very lives of my crew members. I must ask you not to get involved in this fight. That will lead to unnecessary losses and get you enemies you may find too hard to fight alone. As soon as possible, I will make sure to get the situation under control. I repeat, Captain.. Do not think of interfering. For your own good.

I came back to my ship, staying in the form of nothingness, floating around the people fighting. It was sad to watch. I almost felt sorry for the pirates.

Then I heard someone crying. Crying. A young apprentice, girl of maybe thirteen, next to the body of her friend, with weapons tossed to the side and recalling all the bad things she's already lived through. That was enough.

It is my ship, and no one just comes up and hurts my crew with no questions asked.
My talent was in creating illusions, creating what wasn't really there, making my imagination visible to others. I could manipulate people, enter their minds and do as I pleased - and more developed the minds were, more real the illusions could get. A madman would trust them, but could easily find them a hoax when he'd try to touch them. When I tried hard enough, however, I could make them so realistic that the people of higher intellect could barely tell the difference.
The trick was, I only once made an illusion so real that it became touchable for the person I made it for - then, it was an experiment, a test that I passed. Now, I counted on fear do the majority of the work. Lucky for me, people around we're actually surprisingly smart.

The ship started to disintegrate, pieces falling and flying away, holes getting pierced, people getting pulled up by vacuum. I knew that everyone could fill themselves being pulled out too, though really the people flying away were only my ninjas, or my illusions. I entered the minds with force - something I didn't prefer to do - and make them feel their lungs losing air. I made them be afraid and I made them think they should run, and I watched as, while my ship was getting destroyed, the pirates go back to their own.
I expanded my own mind as far as I could, calling back my Masters and the members of my crew still fighting on the pirate ship. Not all of those who left will return, I knew that much - but at that moment, I could do nothing to take care of the bodies of the fallen.

Then I switched back to a human form, vaguely realizing I'm the fair-haired girl again, as I saw my crew getting back again. I let go of the minds of the pirates, now they were far enough - they were now probably incredibly pissed at me, and their captain will probably be incredibly pissed at them for believing in my illusions, but I couldn't care less. More or less, my crew was alive, I was more tired than ever and my ship, though it was somewhat damaged, most certainly wasn't really falling apart.

I saw a pirate still left on my ship - a man with wings, cornered by a few of my assassins now they got back. I could see something sad and blurred in his past, and something told me he wasn't always our enemy.
"Leave him alive," I said, surprised by how tired my voice sounded. Black and White glanced at each other and then at me - if I wasn't as angry at them as I was, I would've been grateful for the care. "Take him down to the prisons, and make sure he doesn't get out. I want someone to watch him day and night - I need to ask a few questions." I felt the ship moving again, and closed my eyes for a second. "All of you," I said then, "you fought bravely today. I share your sadness of the ones we lost, and I promise you we will come back for them once. Right now, we need to take care of the ones who got hurt, and think of the ways to avoid this happening in the future."
Even though we were already quite far, I could still feel Captain Bianca's anger for letting us flee like that - I was pretty sure she also thought we were cowards, and I was equally sure Black and White almost agree with her. I turned to them, frowning. "You two, my quarters, now. I have a lot to talk to you about."

I had defended the human girl to my best ability and she, Chiana, seemed to have escaped with only scratches. The three dead pirates at my feet? Well, their carotid arteries didn't exactly hold.

After having stepped foot on the pirate ship, my hair and skin were frosty, having naturally paled from the cold. I shook myself, annoyed, and looked at the apprentice who wore my jacket. Why had I given that to her again?

Right. Human frailty.

I had felt Nym, the otherness of her setting off alarm bells in my head, and now the both the human and I were back aboard our ship. I had all my knives and an admittedly bloody mouth, but I only had a graze on my arm and a few bruises.

I felt immensely powerful.

Then I saw our captive--a bird-man--and my entire being tensed, and then I felt everything in my brain sink back into Old Mind, and I chattered, throat unable to hold in those age old sounds, and rushed forward, pupils blown.
My SPD senses are tingling.

I lost track of how many pirates I killed, and I knew I was enjoying myself a bit too much. The ninjas in my group were doing fine as well, but the group that was attacking from the front worried me. They had no leader, and soldiers with no leader tended to die more easily.

Just when I was about to kick in the scull of an especially nasty looking pirate, he suddenly started shouting at something that wasn't there. The other pirates were acting in a similar manor. I snickered. Seemed like our queen had decided to join in the battle. It didn't take long until the pirates were fleeing for their lives. When I felt Nym's call I gestured for my ninjas to follow me, and we returned as a group.

A pirate had been captured. "Leave him alive," Nym instructed. She sounded tired, worryingly so. I glanced at White, who were glancing at me, and then at Nym. Maybe using her powers was tiering for her? "Take him down to the prisons, and make sure he doesn't get out. I want someone to watch him day and night - I need to ask a few questions." She paused, closing her eyes. "All of you, you fought bravely today. I share your sadness of the ones we lost, and I promise you we will come back for them once. Right now, we need to take care of the ones who got hurt, and think of the ways to avoid this happening in the future." I looked around. Yes, we were definitely missing some people. People I knew and had watched since they were first admitted as apprentices.

I didn't have much time for grief, which I was glad for. The emotions came with the host, and I didn't like them at all. All of a sudden Nameh started.. Growling? As he charged for the prisoner and ran past me I elbowed him in the stomach. He doubled over and fell to the floor. "Chiana, take him to his room and don't let him out until he has calmed down," I said to the young apprentice who seemed to know him.

When I looked back up at Nym she seemed annoyed, and I could tell that it was directed at me and White. "You two, my quarters, now. I have a lot to talk to you about." We'll of course she'd be angry, some of our ninjas had died after all, but watching the others fight while we made plans just wasn't an option. She had to see that, right?

"Chiana, take him to his room and don't let him out until he has calmed down," Black said. I nodded, trying to lift Siavash up by the arms.

"Wow, he's heavy. Some help here, Rasheck?" He mutely walked over and helped me bring Siavash to his room. "Why so serious? We won, didn't we? We even caught one of them."

He sighed, leaning against the wall and crossing his arms over his chest. "Chiana, you may not have noticed, but people died."

"I know that. I didn't kill any of the pirates myself, but Siavash got one. So?"

He shook me by the shoulders gently. "Ninjas died too. You could have died if Siavash wasn't there."

I was saved from having to answer by Siavash waking up.

Docco 'Wings' Mason

The ship was disintegrating. Pieces were falling and flying away, holes were getting pierced, and the other pirates were getting pulled up by vacuum. Before I knew it, I felt myself being pulled up, too. I tried to breathe, but my lungs hurt. I couldn't catch my breath. I began flapping my wings wildly as a grabbed my head to make it stop hurting.

Right when I felt like I was going to pass out, my eyes opened. I was back on the ship. Our ship. I looked up to see most of the other pirates stumbling across the deck, as if they'd been through the same experience I had.

Those filthy ninja.

I let out a scream into the air, flames shooting from my mouth. I felt a subtle rumbling from underground and knew exactly who it was coming from.

"Hey! Captain," I made sure I was loud enough to be heard from anywhere on the ship, "Why don't you stop napping for a bit and come explain to your crew what the hell just happened."

Holstering my scimitar, I looked around to see if I could find Jimmy or Mercury.

Bianca Froza - The Ice Star - "Damn it all to the burning depthes!"

"We got our rear ends kicked," was all I can say in response to Wings.

The battle had taken its toll, the Sky Ninjas had attacked and didn't stop even when Captain Rydia ordered a cease fire, that damn Rydia, I had thought she had died when the man ship of the YWS Fleet had gone down. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting her to show up in this fight, I breathed heavily, my talk with her had taken to long, I hadn't stopped my crew mates in time to cease the battle.

"Damage report," I said.

"Were at critcal ma'am, we can't take much more damage than what we have already sustained, but crew casualities are looking light tho," one of the techs said.

"Right, prepare for Blizzard, afterwards, set course for Jaqurin Homeworld," I said.

"Yes ma'am," the techs replied.

My finger went over to the intercom and hit the intercom button, I took a shaky breath before specking, "Mercury, meet me at the Ice Core," I said.

I let the button go, and got out of my seat, I made my way out the back door and down the stairs, it looked like no Sky Ninja had made it to the haul before the bridge, the crew had done well with kicking the pirates off the ship. As I walked, I was headed for the Ice Core, the Ice Core is what powered the ship and kept it in flying condition, it's also what repaired the ship when its in critcal condition. I stood there, looking at the core as it shined a bright blue it looked like it hadn't sustained any damage at all, there was a small chance I could catch those petty Sky Ninja's within the Blizzard that was about to be powered by me and Mercury, let's see if we could catch them.

"Called Captain?" I heard from behind me.

"Yea, let's hurry, we could still catch those Sky Ninjas inside the blizzard if we quick," I said.

"Right, Tundra Snow?" Mercury offered.

I grabbed a hand full of the snowy white frozen liquid and downed it quickly, then Mercury took his place at my side, we held out our hands, my left hand touched his right hand. Then my right hand came down and formed a claw at the midriff between me and Mercury, Mercury mimiced me soon our frozen power between us began circulating, transfering from one body to the other and kept circulating until a ball of ice formed, then it grew, the ball kept expanding between me and Mercury until it engulfed us both in its frozen might. Soon it expanded to the core, then to the outer ship, the ship itself was being renewed by the powerful blizzard me and Mercury created, but we didn't stop it kept expanding and expanding, pushing me and Mercury to keep it going. We were trying to catch the Sky Ninjas in a frozen fury. Until finally, we just couldn't hold it anymore, we stop the circulation, and fell to our knees exsausted and disorinated. I just hoped we caught those Sky Ninja's and downed them, then I heard the intercom ring.

"Setting course for: Jaqurin Homeworld" it announced.

Ruiz and I had jumped right in to the fighting. I tried to keep an eye on him but would catch a glimpse of him for a moment and lose him again as he felled a pirate then moved on. It was amazing how efficient he was.
I felt the adrenaline rushing through me as I cut down a pirate or two with my knives. It had been so long. My excitement got the better of me and I didn't see the knife in time. A lanky pirate charged me, cutting my arm and making me drop my knife. I grit my teeth against the pain and turned to him. His arm was raised and his knife ready to be brought down on me. But it never did. Instead his eyes darted behind me at nothing then right beside him. He yelled cursed and swung around. Suddenly he was gasping as if he couldn't breathe. The pirates surrounding also did this. I wondered for a moment what was going on until it struck me.
Nym.
Soon they were fleeing. Then did I realize the blood on my arm and my hand where I clasped it. Ruiz was by my side.
"Are you alright?" he asked.
"Yeah. I've gotten worse scrapes." I flashed a smile and was happy to see him smile back.
We saw Black walking off, motioning us to follow.
"I'll see what's up. You get that fixed up." He patted my shoulder and followed Black.
I cradled my arm and headed to the infirmary.

I came to New Mind sooner or later, but it was a haphazard thing. I found myself back in my room where it was hot near the boilers. My ears were still flattened and my mouth tasted of blood.

"Three. Got three of the 'irates," I corrected Chiana, still stumbling over my tongue. "You made good bait." I ascended to my feet. "Why'd Black elbow me? They caught a bird-man pirate. I could have gotten rid of it."

Mmm. Bird.

I thought of feathers in my mouth and narrowly avoided purring. My tongue once again scraped over my teeth nonetheless.

I then thought of how I should probably grieve. I didn't think anyone I knew died. "Any of the apprentices drop?" I asked. I could only really feel concern for the young ones; they still didn't quite know what they'd gotten themselves into.
My SPD senses are tingling.

I came to late to the battle and ended up with a bloody shoulder. A bullet had shot straight though it and I'm going, fast. The edges of my eyes started blacking out as the fighting started to stop around me. The rest must have thought I was dead because they left me.

"Mercury," I said weakly hoping someone could save me. I called for him again louder this time and a boy finally appeared in front of me. It wasn't Mercury though, it was Perseus. I didn't know him that well but I knew he was a master assassin. He quickly pulled out the bullet wedged into my shoulder and helped me up. He carried me to my bunk room and set me down on the bed. He threw a thing of gauze at me and left the room. 'what the hell do I do now?' I thought not daring to look any closer at my wounded shoulder. Kiera ran into the room seconds later wide eyed.

"Mari, What happened?" She screamed reaching for the gauze.

"Ninjas," I sighed wincing as she shoved some gauze into my gushing arm. Kiera taped it into place and made a make-shift sling and helped me sit up.

"We should take you to the clinic," She said still wide eyes.

"OK but get someone to carry me there, I don't think I can walk." I winced. She nodded and called for Mercury. He rushed into the room and stared at me in horrifying pain.

"Do I really look that bad?" I said realizing how bloody by shirt must be. He nodded and slowly began to pick me up. His left arm around my legs and his right under my back. I leaned into him and slowly began to pass out.
