Jace

I open my eyes and look at her, "If it's about college, we'll figure something out when the time comes. We're too young to be thinking about this stuff right now."

Rayah

I nod and close my eyes, burying my face in his chest and taking a deep breath.

Never mind. MM wants back in. Day has to end.

Jace

I close my eyes again and sigh, holding her close.

Rayah

I soon drift off as he asked, waiting for morning.

Jace

I wake and go through the same as the day before, an even worse feeling in my stomach. Ignoring the pain, I walk back to pick up Rayah for school, kissing her in greeting and leading her to school.

Cameron

Playing nice for Tahira isn't working. I find a daughter of Hades, the perfect trophy for me, and convince her I think the world of her. She, one of those "I hate the world" type of girls, shrugs and goes along with it, looking for me to kick some a*s with her around. Having already experienced my best high yet from abusing the kid, I order my groupies to attack on sight. I want him to black out before we have a chance to leave this time. I want to hear him scream out in pain like a baby. The girl is just a bonus.

Rayah

I was feeling better today, the sun shining down on Olympus like it always should be. Jace leads me to school, hands locked and I start to have a bad feeling, turning my free hand to fire just in case anyone came, and I could throw a deadly punch if I needed to. I moved closer to Jace, not wanting it to all happen again.

Jace

I swear when I see the signs that it's about to begin all over again, gripping Rayah's hand tighter.

Cameron

I smile sickly when the come into view and point them out to Lacey, who seemed bored out of her mind. My groupies surround the two and separate the boy from the girl. She lashes out and shoots fire at a few of them, but the son of Ares I hang around with is immune and gets a grip on her. Everyone else gangs up on the boy, sending him to the ground as soon as it begins.

Rayah

Amazingly pissed off at all this, I remember Tahira's words. She promised!

Ares' son grips me so hard that I have to cry out and don't have the strength to move. "Jace! Use-" I struggle. "Use you're power!" I yell, trying to get out of both the leaders and the other guy's grasp.

Tahira

I awake at home after falling unconceious to see my father over me his hands on me as they glow, I sit up as he removes his hands from me. My brother is in a seat across from me as I wake my mom and dad off to the side, I sit up and feel very rested. I look around sighs of relief coming from mom as she hugs me tightly.

"You had us worried, that new power of yours had put out for all day and night!" She said.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to be out this long. It was so sudden, so powerful." I said.

"Well, if your feeling well enough, you can head to school."

I get up and retreive my things with my brother and turn and head out the door looking forward to more time with Cameron. With new power in hand I explain there still was a difference in our powers to Tyler, how I don't throw it like he does but command it. He seemed to relax as he knew this but soon I found myself at school, my anger roared with who I saw Cameron with and I prepared my new power ready to strike him down. I unleash it with a fury.

Jace

Rayah cries out and begs me to use my power, sounding in either pain or fright. Something snaps inside of me and there's a tug at my gut. My eyes squeeze shut and a surge of energy whips from inside of me. All goes silent.

Cameron

Tahira shows up and I smile, readying for anything. Then she sends a gust of her fury my way and I swear, ducking. Lacey gets caught in it but I focus more on my own survival, jumping up and readying my own power in my fists.

"Come at me, sparkles," I chuckle, "Prove your worth through your fury."

Rayah

The guy ducks and let's go of me, something slamming me into a car in the parking lot. I fall to the floor, coughing.

Holy sh*t. What the hell was that?

I see people back away from Jace but realize that there's a dent in the car I hit. I see a peice of metal in my arm and I pull it out, my stomach hurting. Ugh great. I just finished being sick, and now I'm hurt. Great.

Tahira

He taughtes me when I'm in no mood to be taughted, thunderclouds boom overhead and I feel the rush of power inside me as I prepare my most devasating attack. My eletrical palm was ready and I raise my hand to the sky, as I whisper the words of my mother who readies to strike my enemy and ex down.

"Begone, with a thunderclap." I whisper.

I bring my hand down on Cameron and the lightning strikes him down in a continues stream of lightning he shakes violently as it does, not given the chance to fight back as he does. Goodbye Cameron, forever.

Jace

I slowly open my eyes, my hands bleeding from clenching my fists two hard and cutting my palms with my nails, and look around. I can't hear anything but my own breath and heartbeat, and can barely think with a splitting headache caused by whatever I just did. Everyone that had been around me either lay on the ground or is running away.

Holy sh*t...What did I do?

She strikes me with lightning before I have a chance to retaliate and I see nothing but blinding light until darkness seems to consume me.

Rayah

When Jace looks up I roll on my back and close my eyes for a second, my arm bleeding, and my cheek skinned from the street. I take a deep breath and call him. "J-Jace, I need help..." I tried to get up, only getting on my elbows.

Tahira

With Cameron dealt with and his new wench left with some nasty scars and Cameron probably not getting up again, at least not without some head trama. I turned and started out the parking lot. But not before seeing Rayah injured, and Jace exsauted I hurry over to them to treat any wounds they may have. I could tell by there sneers that they blame this all on me.
