I have to sign this. Absolutely. :) Aw, it's too bad I'm not good at signing yearbooks. Haha. Maybe an internet one will work out better.
Hiya everyone!
YWS rocks. Had to add that.
Have a good next year, people, of writing and such! Thanks for a good first year on YWS, hehe.

Okay, I'm finally going to sign this.
I am fully addicted to this site. I go on this web site almost every day and am on chat all the time. This site has helped me with my writing, but also let me help others, which I may like more than being helped. So thanks YWS and all the people in it.

Well, I honestly don't know what to say. You guys are just...too awesome for words! I would like to make a few shout-outs though...to the following peeps:

TNCowgirl:
You get an awfully special one. You worry about me more than I should be worried about and when I was sick you prayed for me when I didn't deserve it. You might be 4 years older than me, but I feel like we are always on the same page. I love writing with you in Double Trouble Writing Huddle. It's just the highlight of a crappy week :D I love you chick :) You're loyalty and friendship means a bunches of ton to me. <3

Mo: A.K.A eMO/sMilO (depends on your mood) For being fun to talk to in chat!
Aquamarine: Just for being funny. I love laughing...with, not at...you...:D
Snoink:Well...with you it all started last year when you offered to tutor me after I complained and complained about getting a 69 on a math test. I really appreciated that. And I haven't forgotten it. And the fact that you are a TWIN and you stole his/her BRAIN...just makes you ninja and awesome. :D
Silented1: For not being silent anymore :D and just being my poetry buddy.
Sachiko:...noms...
Mr.Knightley: A.K.A. Timmy Hilfiger/my long lost twin brother. You know why....you know...*disappears*
Crysi: I haven't seen much of you lately, but when I was talking to you...you were a big help in me figuring myself out. Thanks :D
Firestalker: Just because I thought of this line totally makes me laugh...
Girl:"Are you stalking me?"
Boy:"If you weren't so hot...my answer would be no, no I'm not."
And then I was like "Hey! Firestalker and that line go hand in hand" So, just thought I'd tell you that.
Prokaryote: You insulted me. I insulted you. Story of my life. You're funny and old.
Galerius: Just for always having awesome pictures.
Bolt: A.K.A Bolty Pie :D Sorry I always go back to that name, but it just sort of stuck!
Kamas: Just because your Kammie. 'nough said.
Mira: For always being sweet :)
Nutty:You were super fun to talk to :D Sometimes I swore I was talking to myself  Thanks for being crazy.
"SQUIRREL...I love you"-Up
Nate: For creating this site and allowing me to meet all of these wonderful people.

Oh...and...
Manny:*bows*

And if you aren't up there doesn't mean I forgot you.

I love you all. Merry Christmas, happy new years, and keep it real! ;)

Hello, YWS!

It's been an awesome year, with the second journal, the completely evil plan and the site revamp. There are so many wonderful people here, and it's great that we can all meet here, talk, review and share. The site is so helpful and inspiring, and I must also mention the word wars in the chat room, a couple of which inspired parts of my novel, so thank you. I couldn't possibly name everyone who makes this place great, so I'll say thanks to Nate for another awesome year, and I'm looking forward to another year in everyone's cyber-company.

Also, a shout-out to cheez_burger! Your name makes me hungry. *nom nom nom*
Matt.

I joined YWS this year and I haven't looked back since. This is an amazing site with amazing people, and YWS has helped me improve my writing in so many ways (I don't think I could count them).
I'm definitely going to stick around and it looks like 2010 will definitely be a great year :D

Four kinds of people I hate most in life.
1. People who use a preposition to end a sentence with.
2. People who can't count.
3. People who think it's 'clever' to quote ironic phrases.

YWS is just amazing.

Its given me many an hour reading, reviewing and having fun. Its helped me with my writing. And best of all I've met a life long friend thought YWS. And I think that deserves a dancing pink elephant :elephant:
So rock on YWS in the year 2010!

Wow...umm...well this is my first year...although ive been here for a while...ha
and ive never signed a yearbook before....so even though this one is on the enternet...its still my first..:) well i dont have much to say...except that YWS has inspired me greatly...:) i found this sight on google..:P and google serves well...haha
what inspired me the most was the fact that there are kids about my age (and higher) that love to write..and me being homeschooled and living in a small town welll i dont get to know alot of people...so i always kinda thought to myself...that i was the only one...but heck i was sssooooo wrong....it amazes me to see how many people are on this website...:)
and seeing that... i now have a lot of poems..though i dont always post them....
and well i better stop now before this gets any longer...ha

Dear the General Audience of YWS:

In the wise words of Lizzie McGuire: "You rock, don't ever change". I mean it now ... it gets confusing and very, very boring when YWS is gone.

I'm sorry I haven't been too good for the last little while, but I promise you, that with the end of this year, and the beginning of a new one, I will be on more.

YWS, I love you! Marry me now! (just kidding, y'all, I'm not crazy.)

You members ... you ... I love you all to!

I dont know if there are enough words to describe my feelings for this site... thanks to yws I started writing, tackled nanowrimo, finished my first novel and realized for the first time that I really, truly want to become a writer.

It was a great feeling, but this site seems to have a knack for eliciting great feeligns out of me. I can't say I've made any friends, true to my antisocial nature, but I've found more things inside myself.
The short of it is, thank you so much.
This was a fantastic year.

I CLAIM THIS SPOT, IN THE NAME OF MEHSELF! >:O BWAHAHAHA!

anywhose... i used to write all the time. i would write poetry, short stories and series of books that never seem to finish from one book to the next even though i would start on the next one... i have spent a long time now going over other peoples work [though not always commenting 0:)] and am in the process of making a book and FINISHING it! :D I give a big warm hug to the makers of this website and to everyone who does anything on it. One way or another, you have helped me and i know you will help others :]
And also thank god for Microsoft offices spell check for without it im sure i would be the first person to ever be kicked out of YWS for to many typos, and my great teacher who sometimes will go over my work and fix the grammatical errors. opps... But most of all, silversunlight. without you i would never have found this great website and i would still be writing down fail works and then sticking them in my closet never to see the light of day. you have inspired me more than you will ever know :\
As soon as i get a laptop i will start writing my works electronically and posting them on here. get ready, because im coming and i really hope no one stops me ^^ see yall next year
happy endings are stories that haven't been finished yet
got YWS?

I got two pages and three chapters into a book when I was 11 years old. Four pages and One chapter into a book when I was 12 years. Ten pages and three chapters into a book when I was 13 years. Then, Jan 09 (I think) I joined YWS. Now, I'm happily finished one novel (96 pages and 17 chapters) written a Novel for NaNoWriMo (50,002 words!) neither of which I have edited (Didn't even finish my NaNo... just left it at the end of the sentence) I'm into my third and fourth books - less than 5 chapters in one, prologue in the other - and looking forwards to another great year of writing.
YWS has just been so great this past year because I always liked writing, but until I found YWS, I was (another word for very, very, very VERY bad) at it. You're incredible, Nate, for creating such a great website that houses so many people that are just AWESOME! It's not only a writing website for young people. It's a community for people like me, who want to achieve something, and are more then happy to help others achieve too!

Thanks to everyone who has ever posted work or reviewed on this site. You've helped make it the great place it is today.

And thanks, most of all, for reviving my love for writing, because now I'm obsessed.

(Back to 4th Novel.... now starting first chapter!)

EDIT: And yes... when I was 11, a chapter was less than an A4 page... and I copy pasted half of the second chapter from the first chapter........) d[+_+]b
