Man, I just love YWS! It's so cool. It really helped with my writing, (I get A's in English on a regular basis!:D) So that's good, and everybody is very welcoming to newbies. I think I joined this last Summer. I'm hooked ever since! So, that's all. It's great and everybody is amazing and talented.
The only true failure, is when you give up. ♥

Well, even though I've been a member for almost a year and a half, I don't think I've realized the full potential of YWS until the past few months. I think it has greatly improved my writing and renewed my desire to be an author. I won't ramble incessantly, but I do want to mention a few special people!

Captain.Classy ~ For being my Quartermaster and also for writing very awesome pirate trivia

DurrieDog ~ Yellow Side! For being such a dedicated crew member of Pirate's Cove. And for being you!

Karsten ~ For your brutal and honest critique and for helping me with my writing more than you probably should have to.

Mr.Knightley ~ For being the Pirate King, of course!

Silented1 ~ RAWR. Your humor has often saved me from going off the deep end.

Snoink ~ I think this one is a bit obvious, but for being my secret love. Also for getting me to become more involved in the site and actually appreciate the art form that is poetry.

To anyone else I might have missed know that you are special to me, but not in the way that your Mom thinks you're special.
I am not addicted to reading, I can quit as soon as I finish one more chapter.

Wow... Even though I've been a member for a few years now, I still see my writing imrpove by leaps and bounds. Just comparing the stuff I do now to the stuff I did six months ago makes me happy. And it's all thanks to YWS, too.

I'd like to thank everybody for keeping this site alive!

See you next year...

Lupis

I only wish I could spend more time on YWS! You guys are so fantastic. I'm in a college writing circle where I proofread my peers' work, and often, the work posted here by 13-15 year olds is comparable to the stuff that I critique in real life. It's really a gifted bunch. Everyone here is really dedicated to the craft -- even if we aren't always happy in our work, I think we definitely have something to be proud of in our ethic. :elephant:

Pigs.

Probably missing a ton of people, but I know the yearbook is getting locked sometime today and I want to hurry up and post it. Next year I'll be more prepared. >_>

Anyway, YWS is a pretty cool place. I like to chill here and grace you with my presence.

This is to anyone who ever posted anything on this wonderful site! I love you all and you've helped me better some of my more serious stories. I love that about you all! I know I'm posting this and its 2010, but I don't think that matters. Does it? Happy new year, Winter solstice, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and all the other holidays that I don't know about.
LoVeLeSs I review short stories and novels.

Always remember that you’re unique. Just like everyone else.

Bah, I don't wanna get all teary but I love everyone dearly!! A friend of mine, ridersofdamar, kind of sorta got me addicted to this site! I started off in the boarding school storybook and then that led to an even bigger addiction! Wah, I am getting teary here! But the year was great and I worked on my writing style, like a lot.

I LOVE YOU ALL AND DEALING WITH MY SPAM-ISH MESSAGES! <3 <3

It seems like I only just joined (which in a way, I did) and the welcome I got when I put a new topic in the Welcome Forum was amazing! Everyone was really nice and friendly, and I got my friend, tigerlover98, to join. Yup. :D Thank you, YWS! May you be eternal and never die out.
Fruits Basket totally rocks! If you don't think so, too bad.
