Oh, I forgot about that. Here I'll make it all better,

Thanatos (set before last post)

"Very well Kaga, I will fetch Famine and have him rid theis boy for you," I said, and heard the voice of Terra scream my repears name. "I seem to have found him," I said and took a step back, and bending the shadows around me, I emerged in the woods with Terra and Famine near by.

Hi guys! Sorry to interrupt, but I'm posting what Desirae looks like again just in case you peoples forgot. (yes i wrote peoples).

The bench, dress, surroundings, and her are exactly what I tried to describe in my last post. I may not have done a good job so I just wanted to make sure you really knew what I meant by everything. The bird I changed to a bunny and instead of day like in the pic it's actually night time.

Kaia

"I was taking care of this," Kaia said coldly, glaring at the goddess before her. The goddess looked shocked to see Kaia standing there. Kaia wrinkled her nose, confused. ."What? Did you not expect someone else to hear his curse?"

"Curse?"

Kaia stared at her. "Who are you?"

"Virenna, Goddess of - "

"You are supposed to be dead!" cried Kaia, dumbfounded. Virenna looked away from Kaia quickly.

"I am immortal, as you."

"Then where have you been?"

"Elsewhere."

Kaia rolled her eyes. "Very specific, I see. Anyway, back to our ghostly problem here - Did you not expect someone else to hear?"

"I did not expect any of the gods to care about a lost soul, no."

"A lost - " began Kaia. "No! But you should have expected the gods to care when they are cursed by a mortal!"

"Am I still considered mortal?" mused the ghost. Kaia ignored him.

"Cursed?

"What are you here for, then?"

"I heard his plea. I came to help him in any way I - "

"Stop. Plea?"

"Yes, Goddess, that is what it is called when someone asks for help," muttered the ghost. Kaia turned to him.

"You forget your place, mortal!" she spat furiously.

"Kaia," said Basil sharply. Kaia turned to Basil.

"As can you."

Basil refrained from rolling his eyes. "Pardon my disrespect, Goddess," he said slowly. Kaia noted his cold use of the word. Kaia turned away from him without a word.

Hector

The goddess Kaia turned to Hector. "Yes, what was it again you were punished for?"

Hector placed a hand to his chin and faked thought for a moment. "What was it I was punished for...hmmm..."

"Oh hurry it up, you couldn't possibly forget why you were punished in this way." Kaia snapped.

Hector sighed. "I attempted to trick the gods into giving away some of their power to me." he stated.

Jamie

I sat in the chair. Alone. I glanced at my watch again. He was supposed to be here by now. James knew I had a lead on where another centaur was. We were supposed to meet up forty five minutes ago.

I sighed and left the small resturant. My hair whipped around me as I angrily stomped past the other customers. James was always late. This time I wasn't going to wait up for him.

When I was outside I felt for the cool blade strapped to my ankle. I smiled as I felt the tip break my skin. This wasmy favorite knife. Whether it be because it was the knife I used to kill my parents murderers, I don't know.

I headed for the woods. If James decided he would grace me with his presence he could meet me there. All I knew was that I was after a centaur. He wouldn't live very long now. He would die soon or I would. Preferably him.

Cassandra - Rulsalka~

Cassandra laid on the low bridge that arched over her river, her curls skimming the edge of the water smoothly. Music from the God's feast played in her ears, lolling her to sleep. When the next song, a more fast paced one, came on she opened her blue eyes, staring up at the full moon. Her sister rulsaki would come looking for her soon, wondering why she wasn't joining in on the dancing in the meadow, or luring humans to their deaths. Three, two, one. She thought with a sigh, two identical voices soon shouting her name. Two twin rulsaki, appearing to be in their early teens, rushed over to her, falling into a seated position on either side of Cassandra.

"Oh Cassandra, you must come! Theolyn invited a centaur to dance with us!" The one of the left smiled widely.

"A centaur! This is the second one! He was injured, tragic I know, but Theolyn promised healing to him if he promised to dance the night away with us. Please, you must come!" The twins pulled her out of her comfortable position and off of the bridge, all three running towards the meadow, the identical rulsaki on either side of Cassandra much more elated.

Cassandra joined in the festivities of her sisters for the first few minutes before retiring to her usual spot in a tree that shadowed over the meadow. Her comb was safely tucked in her blond locks, holding them up securely.

**WhiteTiger, if it's not to much to ask maybe Cassandra and Jamie could meet up when Jamie finds the centaur, just so we both have someone to talk to :D**

Sure (:

Jamie

I ran behind a tree, my chest moving up and down in the excitment of the chase. I saw the blood scattered on the leaves a while back. This centaur was hurt.

I crouched down and, quietly, moved one leg after the other, moving towards my goal. I could hear the beasts labored breathing. I held the knife, it's curved blade glistening in the moonlight, in front of me.

"I can hear you," the centaur said. "Come out, coward." I smiled. It's must not be as hurt as I thought.

I stood and fingered the blade.

"I'm no coward, centaur," I said, softly. "Though you might wish I was afterward."

"Come human, you are no match for a centaur, not even in my weakened state," he scoffed, pointing out a slash in his thigh. I laughed. One that echoed quietly into the night.

"But you see, my little beast, I'm no ordinary human. I'm a hunter, not the prey you and your family seem to think we humans are. You see I srike back," I said, holding the blade up. "This knife has probably killed dozens of your own."

"Ah. You must be Jamie," he replied. I wasn't fazed. Few beasts knew my name, but the ones that did always came from the few that got away. This beast was going to be difficult to kill.

"Look! The centaur is somewhere close! Cassandra hurry!" Someone shouted.

"Poor human," the centaur laughed. "It looks like you've finally met your match. Let's see you use that blade against a Goddess." I cursed myself for not waiting for James.

I reached under my loose shirt and extracted two matching swords. Their blades were stick striaght and extremely sharp. That's the reason I wore baggy shirts. So I could have these strapped to the sides of my stomach, just in case.

"This Goddess may have just met her match," I whispered to him, listening for her entrance. I swished the swords gracefully across the air and prepared for battle. I was probably going to die, but I was going to go down fighting. It was the only way I had ever know.

The Goddess jumped a few yards away from me. She must have been in a tree. She eyed my blades and cocked an eyebrow.

"Here to fight me?" She asked. "Or are you here to kill the centaur?"

"Depends. Both if that's how it turns out," I replied coldly. She laughed.

"You're a brave little human aren't you. That or just foolish."

"Or maybe I'm a little too smart for your games," I said. While she pondered my words I jumped foward and stabbed the centaur in the chest. He looked at me shocked but I only smiled, took the sword from his chest and stepped away.

"I'm waiting," I replied to the Goddess's own bemused look. I wasn't about to let her kill me without having another kill in return. That just wasn't how it worked.

Even now, with my own life on the line, I couldn't help but glance at the beast I'd just killed. I felt my heart sink in my stomach. Sometimes I felt like the monster. What if he'd done nothing wrong? I excused that thought immediatly. It didn't matter. He was one of the creatures who killed my parents and I was going to be the one who fought back. For all of humanity.

"I don't have all day," I snapped at the woman. Maybe it would be best if she killed me, then again, maybe I could just pull out of this once again.

James

"You are very kind," The man said, holding the scraps I had turned to gold in his hands. "This will help us very much."

"You're welcome," I said, and as he walked away, almost fell. Turning things to gold always drained me. Even more than using my powers over the dead. I walked away, using my sword, in its cover, as a walking stick. I was supposed to meet Jamie at the woods, but I had come across the slums, and knew it was duty to help.

That was something Jamie never got. I always liked to help people, aside from monster battling. She believed that hunting was good enough. Further more she had no mercy, she would slash and she would stab until every monster was dead. I on the other hand would try to keep death and blood shed, or any injury, as low as I could. Make a way for the monsters to stop, with compromise, talk to them; pay them if it got bad. With that I kept her from taking on to many, or taking it to far.

It was not on sided though. She made sure I didn’t let my weakness of not wanting to hurt get in my way. Make sure I did the difficult things that would help, and not just try and get around it. We made a good team.

"Excuse me sir," A man said and I turned to see a beggar.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I was wondering if you could spare a a bit of money. I am in desperate need," he said.

"Well I don't have anything on me. But I am a hero, and I got a special power. If you get me something, anything, I can turn it into gold," I said. His eyes lit up and he told me to wait.

A few minutes later he came back with a large jug, and two vases. "if you could turn these into gold," He said.

I gulped. I had never done anything more then some coin shaped coins, or some rags. Never anything this size. But I said I would do it. I pressed my hand to the jug, and a tingle went through my body. A warm feeling began to brew in my heart, and a slight pain ripped through my skull. It was a sweet and a painful experience. A sparkle hit the surface, and slowly it began to limp around it. My strength felt like it was evaporating far to quickly, and every moment I thought might be the last. Like a gift from the god it finally ended, and I looked to see a solid Gold jug in my hands.

The beggar looked crazy, his eyes wide at the sight. Clumsily he grabbed the jug, which was heavier now, and placed a vase in my hand. I looked at it, but as soon as I closed my eyes, I couldn’t open them.

****

A thumping pounded in my head like sticks on a drum. My eyes fluttered open, and I made out blurry shapes. "Where am I," I coughed, and automatically felt a cup press against my lips. Water seemed like ambrosia at the moment, something I as a demi had only in times of need. Power seemed to come to me, and my eyes shot open. The thumping became sparser, and I saw a girl above me.

"Where am I?" I asked and looked around.

"You are at a hospital. A man took you here, he said you passed out, and were demi god. After that a pack age arrived with this. It is Ambrosia and Nectar. So since you are alive, I guess the man was not lying about you being part God," the lady explained. "Which god?"

"I am the son of Thanatos. He isn’t as much of a downer as you would think," I said. Her eyes went wide when I said my father's name.

"Well I have to go check on another patient now," she said and ran off. That was a common reaction. When ever someone asked me my God heritage I would I didn't know, for fear of that. My dad understood this, he was hated by the mortals and wanted me to be liked. He agreed being known as his son would not help that.

Suddenly I felt like an arrow had hit me, and I jumped from the bed. I needed to meet Jamie at the woods. Quickly I grabbed the nectar and Ambrosia the girl had left and ran, scarring it down as I went. I felt stronger with each bite, though there was not enough to replace all I had lost.

When I reached the woods, I looked frantically for foot prints. Jamie never was one to be careful about those when in a rush. I hoped she was in a rush. The Gods had bless me, for I found a set of tracks, and ran after them.

"I don't have all day," I heard Jamie snapped, and looked to she her over a dead centaur, with a goddess near by.

**Ha ha, Cassandra's not a Goddess, she's just the leader of the river rulsalki. :D It's cool though**

Cassandra - Rulsalka~

"Aw! There goes our fun for the night," the younger rulsalki behind Cassandra pouted, the twins being the loudest. Cassandra smiled softly back at them before turning her gaze back to the woman before her. Her smile grew twice as wide at the sight of a second person in the woods behind the huntress.

"I wish not to fight you, Huntress, nor do I wish to fight your friend. However, my sisters seem to be quite upset that you killed not only their meal, but their entertainment for the night. Now we'll have to go through the trouble of finding yet another centaur. These girls just won't settle on minotaurs or fauns. It's really quite bothersome." Cassandra smiled across the meadow at the huntress, whose friend slowly stepped out of the foliage. Her sisters took this time to run out of the trees and investigate the dead centaur, disappointment floating in the air around them.

"I don't care about your problems Goddess." At her words Cassandra laughed whimsically and shook her blond locks.

"Ah, humans and their simple minds. I'm no goddess, that I can promise you, just a girl who has been dead for quite some time. Would you and your friend like to stay for the night's festivities?" She noticed her sisters getting closer to the huntress and her friend, eyes full of curiosity and hope.

Sure Cupa. I wasn't quite sure if you wanted Lukas to continue on from there or not. Oops. lol Oh and I forgot Cassandra wasn't a Goddess, so no worries. lol. I have a horrid memory. ):

Jamie

"Simple minds?" I asked. "Obviously not to simple to see through your plans."

"Plans, dear girl, you must be mistaken," she laughed. I stiffened. I wasn't stupid and this was quite annoying.

"Let's not insult my intelligence," I replied, cocking an eyebrow. "You and I both know you're here to lure me to this festival only to serve in the centaurs place. No thank you."

I turned my head to see the rulsaki dancing around her. Then, in the corner of my eye, I saw James. This must be the 'little friend' she was referring to.

I held my swords across my body, one dotted with the centaurs blood, the other as clean as my knife.

"Leave me be or we'll see who dies tonight," I whispered cruelly. Those little buggers dancing around me were really starting to freak me out. Maybe I should just kill them now. As if answering my thoughts, James started towards me shaking his head slightly.

"We were just leaving," he told the woman before me. I glared at him. How could we just leave? After everything? He glanced down at me with ice in his stare. I sighed. Great, that was his way of telling me to shut up. Did he really think I was an idiot?

"Leaving?" She laughed. "But that would be rude. Stay a while." her voice was soft and melodious. I almost wanted to stay. Almost.

"That's okay. I don't think I want to become dinner tonight," I replied. The Goddess girl, no the dead girl, laughed. I sighed. We weren't getting out of here. We were either going to have to fight or go to this festival. Either way, I wasn't liking the outcome.

Jade

I trailed after Lukas. It wasn't as if I had a choice, he was practically dragging me.

"Who do realize that I don't go to these thing often," I told him, a little annoyed. "After all, they aren't really my style. Not like yours. I see them as parties for children."

Lukas grinned down at me. "Ouch."

I rolled my eyes. We were still making our way there when I heard the laughter of others. I knew we would be at this party soon, still I couldn't help but hope maybe we would just skip over it. I wasn't the party type of girl. Everyone knew that.

"Listen Lukas, I really need to get back...I have-" I started.

"You have what?" He questioned. Oops. I hadn't really thought of anything.

"Would you pretend to believe me if I said I had duties to do?" I asked, hopefully. Lukas shook his head.

"Yes, duties like lounging around in a tree all night. Why do you fear this festival so much? It can't really be all that bad."

"For you," I mumbled. Lukas sighed and continued to drag me the rest of the way. I could see the lights now. Oh great. This was just perfect. I was at a party. Whoo-hoo.

Cassandra - Rulsalka~

Cassandra smiled slightly while Theolyn bounded over to her side, cupping a hand over Cassandra's ear before whispering. "Are you sure it's okay to let these girls taste human blood? They're never had it before." Cassandra took a barely noticeable step away from the rulsalka who was only a few years younger than Cassandra herself.

"Nor will they ever. Humans are only good for making our family larger, and you know how I feel about drowning them. You were murdered in this meadow, so it's not a problem to kill a human for you." Thoelyn was taken aback by her leader's sudden anger, however slight it may have been. "You can do whatever you wish to them when I'm asleep, but until then you aren't to harm them in anyway." Cassandra shot Theolyn a challenging gaze.

"Yes, I'll tell the others," she curtsied slightly before running to her sisters.

"Huntress and friend," she waved a nonchalant hand to the male behind the woman, "My sister's won't harm you, as long as you join in the festivities." She smiled coyly when the twins suddenly gripped both of the huntress's friend's hands and pulled him into the circle of moonlight in the meadow, half of the others dancing around him whimsically. "Now, we mustn't let your friend have all the fun, must we?" Cassandra took a seat back in a tree while Theolyn and another of her sisters gripped the huntress's hands.

Lukas - God of Wine and Youth~

Lukas lead Jade into the room, a smile on his youthful face as he hurried towards the area where all the gods and goddesses were talking. "Eh, what is she doing here?" The Goddess of Beauty suddenly asked, her face contorted in disgust. With a snap of his fingers Lukas made bags appear under her eyes and crows feet branch out the side.

"Oh my, have you been using the youth potion I gave you?" The goddess nodded with a wide smile. "Well, I think you need to apply it in the morning as well." He held up a goblet, suddenly full of grape wine, to the Goddess of Beauty, who let out a scream and ran off. Lukas turned around and offered the goblet to Jade, taking one of his own. "A toast, to the Goddess of Night who finally got the gut to come to a party." He smiled, clinking his goblet against hers teasingly.

*neverminnddddd!! i have time now :D***

Arista~~

Arista walked throughout the Ivory enclave of mount olympus. Her blond hair was pinned up in a high fashion of down below and her white robes woven from the clouds themselves. The light haired was pouting, tonight was harvest night down below and she was missing all of it for basically a business meeting. Lucas had gone down below for something, hopefully good wine. Her golden sandals made little pats on the floor as she walked, thinking, usually a job left to her sister with ease but she was down below also. Why did it seem like the gods were al down below? She hated being up here by herself, no people meaning no fun. She stepped out to the window of the enclave to look down on a nearby forest, people watching always seemed to do her good.

Famine pissing Terra off, something that was bound to happen, the blond averted her eyes from the monstrocit of his creations.

Creepy She thought to herself, now that would be a super big issue tonight. She should think of an escape route if things get testy. Her eyes found Lucas and Jamie, the person who obviously was skipping out again, or not.

"Spying?" A voice came form behind her.
