Max~~

I hummed the batman song as Robin walked in and she smiled at me. She sat and joined us with a plate full of brinner. we had now had begun to be a small crowd, Robin and Evan had pulled into the last of the seats at the large table.

"Haven't seen you in a while!" She sat at the table and stuffed her face staring at me.

"Been around." I smiled back at her.

"Still at it?"

"Funny story, Jack asked me the same question earlier."

"I take that as a yes" the rest of the group stared bewildered, like at two people who were insane and had an inside joke.

"Wow," Kayla said and took a bite of the stew. "I don't think I could've lasted that long by myself."

She always felt like someone was watching her, like the government. She glanced behind her and saw nothing. Kayla sighed, "This sucks. I hate this stupid power stuff. I just want to be normal. I'm sick of running from the governent and I'm sick of everyone thinking I'm some sort of freak!" She felt tears in her eyes and blinked them away. "Do you think there's anymore of us around here?"

Kale- Power: Electric current down her arms

Kale smiled again. "I'm sure there's more of us. I'm sorry you're getting upset; I'm sick of it, too. Sometimes I just wish I could be normal..."

Jack

I Jumped on the girl putting my gun to her head. Max quickly got up as did Robin

"God Jack it's just Kylie she's one of us" I looked down and Kylie who was nodding her head frantically I got off her and apologized I walked into the kitchen and Robin through me a packet of crisps. I sat down on the corner of the table letting out a tired sigh.

"ah so, we've heard my story Kylies story Jess story very short I might add and of course we've heard Kori's that leaves you Jack and Robin oh and Jay and you Evan sorry" I nodded stuffing my mouth with crisps .

"Yeah sure simple really they came after me I found Robin and Jay and well you know this not to say their haven't been a few bum..." I was cut off by an explosion in the hallway and the sound of boots on the stairway
"Shit" Robin said jumping out of her seat and running into my room, Me, Robin and Jay had decided along time ago to take the files if we ever got attacked. Robin came back and passed the metal container to Max who disappeared and reappeared moments later

"Don't worry their well hidden" after that the door burst open and I was standing in the open a hail of bullets crashed into me and I heard a scream as I fell to the floor. I felt the pain lift off me like a cool steam I lifted my self up.

"ow" I said before running at the soldiers I was a good fighter combine that with not being dead I took out the four soldiers with ease but Robin spoke

"They'll be more"

"lot's more" Evan added.

EVAN~~

"We need to get out. Robin can you get us all out." I asked.

"Yeah I should be able to," Robin answered.

"Good take the others and go. I'll wait for the new guys to come, then send them the other way." I told the others, in a commanding tone.

"But we can;t separate. Its dangerous." I heard someone say, but didn;t see who.

"Don;t worry, I'll use the walkie talkies they have to get the new team here fast. Then just use a bit of earth bending to send some dummies running down behind some homes. Get them that way then head the way you went." I said the walkie talkie already in hand.

"But-" Someone said again but they never finished.

"Hello we need back up." I said in a scruffy voice, into the walkie talkie. "Now go, I'll be there in a bit."

They left reluctantly, telling me to make it quick. But only a few moments after they took off the steps started. I went to a window then made a few people shaped earth masses, Moved them so the people could see them, and watched as they cashed them. After a bit I made them disappear through some edges. Then ran out side, bending the earth I made a pillar come out and push me to where the others went. It took me a few moments of screaming before I got into the flying group. Robin caught me in a field and I began to float.

"That should buy us some time." I said.

*I dont know how to bring myself in with anyone*

Kayla-

"Yeah, you're probably right. Maybe if we found some older ones. Then maybe they would have a plan. Don't you think?" Kayla asked.

Kale nodded.

Max~~

Max heard the hell that broke loose in the hallway as did the others. Robin left and brought back the files in a metal casing, you know like in the old spy movies? She threw it to Max who quickly as she was passed it, froze time. She got up slowly knowing that she had time on her side, well duh. She walked briskly out and noticed the frozen dust scattered in the air and the soilders all in midstep, she sighed again and thought to herself slyly. Weighing the case in her hand she quickly took swings.

Since time was frozen the sound did not travel leaving a pleasant echo when she unfroze time for the idiots.She started to walk slowly again, taking swings here and there, making sure that a gun in midfire was pointed the opposite way. Max smiled a smile and kept walking till she got where she wanted and headed back. Halfway back she noticed a shadow in a tree,

Hi there mister im-attempting-to-sneak-but-failing

She quickly jumped branches and unfroze time, this guy was a outcast alright, to tell from his clothes and ripped pants. He was frozen in mid crouch with his head cocked around the branch.

She smiled and unfroze time for a few seconds,

"We need you in there too random person!" She froze time again and the guy now looked startled in his frozen prison.

Finally Max headed all the way back to the epic battle taking place.

Kale- Power: Electric current down her arms

Kale laughed nervously. "Yeah, what are two young teenage girls doing out in the woods by themselves? I'm sure we'll find someone."

Roland

I dropped off the limb.

"What can I do?"

"Whatever you can!" She answered back.

So helpful, I thought.

I saw a man rushing at me so I pushed him into a car. A couple of other people noticed me but I pushed them too. Some other people came out of the building and I made a sort of shield around them. When they passed my I joined them.

"god I hate missing a good fight" I said loading rounds into the stolen AK47 Robin sighed

"I know you do but we got more important things to do " Robin said we rised high above the clouds then my head started to ache I saw Robin do the same thing Jay was in truible and he was reaching out to us. Their was a camp site with two girls at it a few hundred miles up or that's what the gps said.

"I'll go find him Robin" I said before leaving her buble I instantly started falling the pull of gravity taking it affect.

Jay wondered who they were. He knew they weren't government agents or spies; they look too...young. But then again, anyone could be one. They might even be Outcasts like himself.

I walked out of the bathroom in comfortable jeans and a black sweatshirt. It felt good.

Suddenly a huge explosion rocked the building.

"Oh no." I breathed.

I ran through to the kitchen and joined the others running outside. We were almost immedeatly covered by some sheild.

"Where should we go?!" Kori paniced.

"Follow me!" I yell and sprint to the front of the group. I start leading towards a place I'm sure only I know.

We run straight into the forest to avoid the government agents.

"Where are we going?" the guy who is holding the sheild around us gasps.

"Just follow me." I tell him.

We run until we hit a giant metal grate on the floor. I look around, no agents in sight.

"Help me with this." I tell a few others. We lift it up. "Hurry, get inside."

We all hurry down the rickety metal stairs into the dark tunnel below.

"Where are we?" someone asks.

"A tunnel system below the city. We should be safe here for a while and we can quickly get somewhere better from here. I know all the entrances and exits." I explain.
