Appearance: Always changing. The one consistent feature is her eyes, which are a sharp piercing green.

Personality: Very intelligent, almost to the point of being a genius. Resents her captors, but mostly does what they tell her too, even if all the while she is plotting her escape.

Amber

I dared not move, knowing how easy it would be to brush against the electro-magnetic field around me. By my calculations, I was now hovering just behind the front barrier and above the electric net across the floor. One of the scientists was stood a little over a metre away, leaning against the wall to my room.

"Kira, I want you to tell me about yourself. I want you to speak to me," The man spoke slowly, turning each word around in his mouth before spitting it out. They weren't sure how advanced my communications skills were; I had spoken very little to them. "You are a ghost yes? A spectre, a..."

"Wraith," I whispered, wearily. How tired and broken I was. I could not rest here and it was an effort to remain in the air, to not drift on the current of the world. How could they do this to me? How could they prevent me from returning to the spirit world where I could sleep?

"A wraith?" He scribbled furiously in a little note-book, those brown eyes opening wide with shock. "And how did you die, Kira?"

OK, This will be my character. I am not the best at guy characters,therfore, I will not be one. even though we need some.

Name:Katrina Rose, but goes by Katrina.
Age: Just turned 20
Picture: Sorry, I don't have one.
Appearance:long curly red hair,pale, hazel eyes, no freckles on her face, angular face. Regular height for a 20 year old (don't know what that is), skinny.
Personality: Doesn't trust anyone, not even family since she was 6. Tries to be friends with people but she is always slightly suspisious of them. curious.
Ability: bends shadows. She have her shadow the shadow of a cat or something.
History: Katrina is a daughter of a scientist. Her dad is high up in power at the center. He once gave her a cupcake and she fell asleep. When she woke up she was strapped to a table. Her dad was the one that gave her the shot, an experimental batch. She wants to take revenge on her brother, because he was too perfect to be an experiment, and her dad, because he betrayed her. Has been stuck in the Center ever since, waisting her time practicing her lying skills.

[Storm]

I let my wings unfold slightly from my back, feeling the breeze ruffle my feathers. It was an artificial breeze, just like everything in this personal hell of mine. Just like the scientists with their lies, their fake smiles, their simulated environments with the machine-operated weather. They told me I should appreciate it. I told them they should die a horrible death but that wasn't happening either.

I looked around the small dome that was my world, its artificial trees and simulated weather affects. They said I was lucky to have such a big place all to myself. It was smaller than a football field and its purpose was to torture, I mean train, me. I was in no way lucky. I glanced up at the observation deck, where they controlled my environment and wondered if real weather was easier to control then this crap they were giving me. Most likely.

"Come on, sweetie, work with me here." His name was Ryan, he was my personal torture guard. He documented my progress and kept me in check. I hated his guts.

I gave him one of my cold, hate filled glares that I had perfected over the years. He smiled sweetly, but I felt his grip on my arms tighten. I jerked away pointlessly.

"Let's not do this again, sweetie," he suggested sweetly, then shouted some orders, "Joe! Turn on the raincloud one!"

I watched warily as the familiar dark clouds crept out from behind the trees, which were on either side. I stood impatiently as Ryan fixed a buzzer around my neck so he could send a jolt through my body if I misbehaved. He let go of me and I stepped forward.

I let my wings out, they were getting sweaty. They itched to fly but I knew the routine. Today was a training day, not a flight one. I remembered what had happened last time.

Angry and frustrated, I channeled my energy into the weather, and struck an artificial tree with a bolt of lightening. An electric current shot through my body, making me wince. Stupid buzzer.

The session ended eventually and I was put back in the container. Before lapsing into a sort of 'hibernation', I took my daily vow: They would pay for this, someday. Someday soon.

Kida-

I growled as the door to my 'room' opened and a scientist in a white lab coat walked in. They called this white-walled containment area my 'room'. Prison would be a more accurate word.

The man fingered a long stick-like object in his hand, smiling cruelly at me the whole while.

"Are we going to behave today, Kida, or do I have to use this again?" he asked coyly, waving the stick in my face.

In answer, i twisted the man's wrist bone until his hand was pointing in a direction it shouldn't have the way his arms was positioned. He grit his teeth together and jabbed the stick up against the soft skin of my stomach. I collapsed, gasping.

"Be a good test subject and follow me and i won't have to use this again." he offered.

I glared at him while manipulating the lower bone in his leg until i heard a satisfactory 'snap' and a howl of pain. I felt the stick touch my scalp and the whole world suddenly went black.

**Now to start escaping, there is still one person that hasn't posted, but that is fine. **

Tylana shivered as her wings unfolded, she hadn't meant for them to. The lady scientist was in front of her and a shadow of anger flashed over her face. The liquid drained out and the claw released Tylana as the door opened.

"Project 1, is it?" A male's voice called from behind the scientist. The lady tensed,

"Yes, this is her." A tall muscular man stood next to the lady. Tylana looked up glaring at him.

"Has she shown any sign of being able to use her new ablilty?"

"She has been in the container, resting." The lady replied,

"Well she better know how to, we'll put all the project's together tomorrow, and see who is the fittest."

"Sir, we can't destroy such grand things." The lady protested.

"We will be able to find more if we want," The man smiled, he started to turn and Tylana jumped at him. He just swung around and hit her over the head knocking her out. "Remember, tomorrow at noon they will all go into the environment chamber."

Tylana's eyes fluttered open as they man's footsteps left.

"Why would you go and be so stupid to do that." The lady hissed as two tall men walked over and picked her up. Tylana's mind buzzed, she could get away, she had to get away. She pulled her wings back in and started thinking, they had said they gave her shape shifting abilities. She would have to use them. She swung her foot at one of the men and he grabbed her leg in mid air.

"Don't try it." He hissed.

WOLF She smiled inside. Her form slowly started to change and her body screamed out in pain, this wasn't fun. The men dropped her as the lady ran to grab a tazzer stick.

"That stupid man has gotten into her head, we never had a problem before." The lady screeched as the two men blocked the door. Tylana looked around the room, the other containers were empty all but one that is. There was a girl, about Tylana's age in it. She had long hair and pointed ears. Tylana took a running leep and knocked the release button on the container to drain. The liquid started to leave it and soon the girl woke up.

"Hit the alarm, we might need the guns." One man yelled. Tylana's mind buzzed, she was in between the men and the alarm button.

Tylana let out a growl and the lady slowly walked towards her.

"Come on, Tylana, calm down, you don't want to try and get out of here." The lady cooed. Tylana growled again,

"YOU NAMED HER!!!!" One of the men screeched,

"All the other projects had names, now shut up." The lady snapped, Tylana heard the other container opening. What was another creature she could changed to that could get her out of there. 'No now you have to help the other girl too. How many projects are there?' She slowly changed back to human and glared at the lady. "Thats a girl, now just sit down for me." Tylana shook her head no and jumped towards the lady shape shifting again. She caught her off guard and knocked the stick out of her hand. She stood over the lady bearing her teeth.

"Go get help." one of the men yelled. Tylana looked up and saw one about to leave. She growled at the lady then jumped towards the men. She wouldn't let them out. The other girl better keep the alarm from getting hit, if she realized what was happening.

Oh and just in case im confusing anyone, Storm is not the one Tylana woke up, just thought i better clarify that.

[Storm]

My eyes flew open and I slowly started registering the signs of another day. The familiar feeding mask suction-cupped to my face, the metal claw clutching my waist, the green liquid surrounding me, the apathetic feeling of the mask pressing in on all sides.

The liquid was draining slowly and I managed to lift an arm, fumbling feebly with the mask.

I knew, vaguely, that the mask was the reason I was so sluggish and I halfway felt the anger brewing deep inside me. But it was an uncertain, foggy feeling. I was still determined to get it off, just lacking the reason that would fuel me. My fingers refused to work right.

And so, like every other day, I had to wait for someone to release me. The claw slowly released me while the mouthpiece was ripped away suddenly. The result? I fell to the bottom of the container, hard. I shrugged it off, jumped to my feet and waited for them to release me.

The glass slid away.

The reason and anger was fueling me now and I launched at the lady who had released me. My hands closed around her neck, contracting quickly. She smelled heavily of perfume.

Strong arms ripped me off my victim, snapped on a zap collar, and took hold of my upper arms.

I cried out, the zap collar had pinched some skin off my neck. I reached up towards my neck and felt blood. I snarled, he zapped. I had learned to endure the zap collar in silence so I let them lead me away. For now.

They took me to the environment chamber, towards a wall where there was a temporary containment hold. It was flat against the wall, with straps for my chest, arms, middle, knees, and feet. They buckled me in and snapped on a mask. I watched vaguely as they brought others out. I had just enough time to wonder if they were, like me, imprisoned here. Then the mask wiped out all thought.

Amber

"Please help me," I whispered as the man continued to study me.

"What?" he gasped, looking up.

"Please. I'm so lonely." His eyes met my own molton pools of fire and he took a step closer.

"Please," I urged. "I just want to touch you." He took another step and then one more and gradually stretched out his arm towards me. Suddenly I struck, launching myself at the electric field. I screeched as my body throbbed with the pain but then I was able to grasp his hand and channel myself inside of him. The man's body fell to the floor and the thud thud of footsteps announced the arrival of back up.

"Matt, what's going on? Where is she?" I looked at the woman through the human's eyes and smiled with his mouth.

"In here," I whispered, punching her. How good it felt to have a body again. Casually I exited the room and entered another, amazed at the scene before me.

"Matt, get over here and help me catch her!" A woman shouted, indicating a wolf.

Tylana snarled at the new guy and back at the lady. She was cornered now. The lady stuck the stick at her hitting her leg with it. Pain flew through her leg and her form shifted back to human when she lost concintration. The lady pulled a gun out and my wings intinctivly wrapped around me as the bullet hit them. I didn't feel anything, I slowly unwrapped my wings and looked at the bullet laying next to me then up at the lady. She looked just as shocked. I took the chance and changed into a cheetah, they scientist had told me that was the fastest animal out there. I took off at a full out run and got past both the lady and the man Matt and ran down the hall way. I looked around and came into a room with a ton of books. She shifted back into a person, it was less painful from before. She quickly started skimming the names of the books. She had only seen a few. And they had had two pictures in them. A cheetah and a wolf. She found one called "Animals of the World" she pulled it out and sat down and started flipping through the pages. Picture after picture of animals started to get ingrained in her brain. She heard footsteps and ran to a closet. There was a jacket in it that would fit her. She stuck the book under it and snuck back towards the door. The footsteps had stopped. She had figured out that when she changed form and then went back to human anything that she had had on her would still be there. She pulled the book out and looked under small animals. There was a section of bugs. She saw one called a 'Flea' she quickly changed into it. She stood frozen for a few minutes, everything was sooooo big. She quickly started hopping away. She saw the enviroment area and froze. There were containers near it where others were. The alarms suddenly went off and several people started running around.

"Three of the subjects are gone!" Someone yelled,

"WHO?" Came another voice,

"Project one, the spirit, and telepathy." The first called,

"Find them, NOW!" Tylana slowly walked towards a closet, maybe she could shift into one of the scientest. Wouldn't that be fun, she could free all the others. She tried and tried and tried, but it wouldn't work. At least not yet. She could get a few features to work but not all of them, and if she got an eye to work she was missing an ear. She quickly changed back to her normal self and peaked out of the closet. She shrunk down to a mongoose and scurried to the holding tables. She lept up on one and looked at the girl that was on it. She smelled a new person coming and she hid under the table. She peeked out from behind it and saw Matt. He looked towards her and she shrunk back down behind the table, before she could change again a rough hand picked her up by the scruff of her neck keeping her from changing any more. She squeaked and tried to bite her captor or to reach the captor with her claws but she couldn't.

Amber

"Hold still," I commanded as the mongoose struggled in my grip, biting Matt's arm with sharp little teeth. Fortunately, I couldn't feel his pain. Interesting.

The mongoose snarled at me. I laughed and shifted out of the body, watching as Matt's grip loosened and he crumpled to the floor, unconscious.

"Well wasn't that fun," I grinned, feeling completely refreshed. Apparently it was possible to transfer energy from one body to a wraith. How nice. The mongoose shifted back to human and stared at me.

"So are we leaving? Well I sure am but are you coming?" I asked impatiently. She looked at me and cocked her head to one side.

Bella~

I was standing in a brightly lit room, which actually looked surprisingly comfortable. It was about time the scientists figured it out -- they had to give me what I wanted if they expected me to do shit for them.

"Bella, why don't you take off that glamour now?" A male scientist suggested. He was one of the good looking, younger scientists. His voice was kind, not at all demanding, but I knew better. I had seen him angry once before, and it was not pleasant.

"I'd really rather not," I replied, looking at him with my dark brown eyes. I was sprawled across the nice couch, looking like a normal human woman. This wasn't the appearance the man wanted at all; he wanted to see me with my bright blue hair, and bright blue eyes. What was I, some sort of freak show?!

"That's a pity," he replied softly, running a finger across my face lightly. He was trying to provoke me. "I'd hate to have to hurt you," he murmured into my ear. I gasped, hating when he did this. He knew how attracted I was to him (that happens when you only see two men in about four years, and one of them is old and smells funny).

"I'd hate to have to see you try," I replied in my normal smart-alec tone. His fingers, running along my throat, tightened. I gasped for breath.

"Go on, take off the glamour," he said in my ear, his grip tightening. "I don't want to kill you."

After four years, I knew he wouldn't. They never went through with the threats, and they never would. They had seen me without my glamour on the rarist occasion, and that was only beacuse the glamour tended to be ichy and annoying.

I still couldn't breath, and was becoming light headed. I closed my eyes, allowing unconciousness to overtake me...

**Kitty, she hasn't talked in years, maybe if she thought something, but she hasn't talked in years.**

Bella~

I woke up in my cell, to the sound of THE alarm.

Who would even dare trying to escape from here?

I chuckled, knowing what a stupid question that was. My first year here was spent in attempting to escape. After a whole year though, I was out of ideas.

How many were there, already out? I could hear them moving, and figured it was more than one. My glamour was already off, and I was in Faery form (it did that when I slept). In Faery form, changing size was almost too easy. Concentrating only slightly, I shrunk until I was small enough to slide in a crack between the floor and the door.

Once on the other side of hte doorway, I changed back to my normal size, reglamouring myself.

((Lana))

Lana woke up to total chaos. Scientists were running around, a wolf was keeping them away from her and a fire alarm. Her mind kicked into gear. Lana grinned and let her anger flow in her body. By the time she was angry enough the wolf girl had left and the alarm had been hit.

"Fall." Lana commanded and one by one the holding tubes started to fall over. She retreated away from the scientists and they from her. One man holding a gun took a shot but a glass case fell in the path of the bullet. Lana realized it was time to go and ran into the hallway. She flew out the door and shut it behind her. She focused on the numberpad that would unlock the door. Lana went inside the pad where she focused on the wires. One by one she rearranged them so they locked even more instead of unlocking.

Lana trotted down the hall again. She had to find the environment pen and unlock the ceiling so it opened. She rushed past a room and collided into a girl coming out of the other. Lana fell back as the girl shifted to a wolf. The wolf girl started to growl but stopped a she recognized Lana. Lana touched her mind gently, Are you the one that saved me?

The wolf nodded, I'm trying to get everyone out. She's helping me.

She gestured towards the faint figure of a female near the door. Lana nodded, I'll help.

The ghost girl sighed, "Can we be intimate later? You two may know one another but I, for one, should just kill you because I don't trust you."

Lana stood and the wolf transformed back to a girl. Tylana.

"She's Tylana and I'm Lana. And you are...?"

"Amber." she stated. "Now lets move already! We have to get to the environment cage."
