(im already in the environment chamber, the next day. i was sleeping during the escape attempts. chk my last post)
[Storm]

A weak buzz of sound was trying to work its way past the mask. I strained my senses, struggling for a clearer understanding of something important, although i had no clue what it was. They slid away from me, elusive, on edge. I got the feeling they were important, but couldn't really put my finger on it...

(all ive got sorry, just trying to make it clear that im awaiting all ur arrivals)

**Alright, we got to get this moving, I'm gonna have my people thrown in the enviroment chamber. Everyone is 'supposed' to fight by the scientist's standards but I think they should all just team up. I'm gonna write in first person for both of them this time, I hope it doesn't confuse anyone.**

Trent-

"Wake up." A shrill voice commanded a shock shooting through my body. I jumped up changing back to human. It was the lady scientist. She stood a stern look on her face.

'Stupid scientist, I could break your neck if this stupid collar wasn't on.' He thought, he touched the collar, could he break it, no, he better not try.

"Let's go," She hissed turning and walking out of the room. He followed and the two men walked at his side again. They stopped at the entrance of the enviroment chamber. "Change into the mongoose." She hissed, I shook my head no, I wasn't about to do that and no know what they were doing to me.

"Why am I here?" I demanded. She turned the voltage up on my collar and shocked me.

"Change." She hissed, I did. One of the men picked me up by the scruff of my neck while the other took the collar off. What were they doing. They threw me into the enviroment area and closed the door. I looked around, what were they up to. I carefully started running through some underbrush careful of where I went. After I had looked everywhere I went back to the door and sat under a bush waiting and watching.

They took me out of the temporary hold at some point; my mind was still foggy when they threw me into the main part of the environment chamber. I just lay in the artificial dirt for a while, completely braindead. Slowly, my full brain capacity returned to me. Though it didn't do me much good, seeing as there wasn't much I could do in here.

Bitter anger flooded me, as usual. I looked around, making note of trees that were positioned close to the containment shield. I wondered if lightening and fire would have any affect on it. But then, the weather was clear, and I couldn't pull lightening out of thin air...

I stood up, brushed off my jeans and focused my energy on the wind, increasing its speed. I directed it forcefully towards a small tree and smiled with satisfaction as it snapped and then fell to the ground.

My muscles tensed and I released the wind. I thought I heard something. I thought suddenly occured to me, maybe I wasn't the only one in here...

Tylana-

Tylana felt herself being yanked up out of sleep. She struggled against the hands that held her, but she was still to soundly asleep. She felt herself being thrown, when her head hit the ground everything became clear. She jumped up just in time to see the doors closed. She was stuck. She looked around and saw a girl standing looking at her. She chewed on her lip and then looked for a way of escape, was the girl there to attack her? Was she another project. Suddenly a mongoose jumped down on her shoulder. She jumped back with a scream, the mongoose hung on though. It wasn't hurting her, but it did scare her. She changed to a flea, jumped away from it and then changed back to human.

Trent-

Trent fell to the ground when the girl changed, surprised. He changed to his human form when she appeared a few feet away from him.

"Did you just shape shift?" He demanded walking towards her. She took a step back wings coming out of her back and wrapping around most of her only showing her head. "I'm not going to hurt you." He looked at the other girl, were these the only ones, why did they want them in here. What were they supposed to do?

"How..." The other girl started,

"You almost killed me with that wind thing." He smiled, "I'm Trent." He stuck his hand out to the shape shifter first, he wanted to learn what other things he could change to. She just stepped back again. He stuck his hand out to the other girl. Why was the one so timid? What had they done to her?

Tranquility slept in his cell, the result of the gas being pumped into it. As he slept, a scientist wearing a gas mask ventured into the room, checking carefully to make sure that the Forkrul Assail was still sleeping. As soon as she was satisfied, she crept towards him, sliding the point of a syringe into his neck and injecting it's contents into him. As soon as she had, she left the chamber as quickly as she felt was safe, closing and locking the door behind her.

The gas immediately began to dissipate, and Tranquility stirred. A moment later, a harsh buzz ran through his body as the scientists activated the collar.

"Tranquility, get up. We have an important task for you."

The Forkrul Assail shook off the after effects of the sleeping gas quickly, completely alert except for the inhibitions of the mind controlling drug. He bowed.

Kida-

I woke up in an unfamiliar cell. I could tell it wasn't mine because the small cot was in a different place and it was marginly smaller than my last prison. I jumped up, wincing as pain shot through my skull, and looked around.

The door opened and a scientist walked in. I noticed something shimmering in the air behind it, but paid it no attention. I glared at the woman.

"Why am I here?" i demanded.

"You won't be for long." she said, pulling the shock-stick out of her pocket and holding it at the ready. "Follow me."

I didn't want to be struck again like last time, so i obediantly followed. The air behind her shimmered again. I glanced up curiosly but saw nothing.

The scientist led me to the environment room and shoved me inside, standing at the door with her stick.

"Watch them and make sure they don't escape." she commanded, turning her head a fraction. The air shimmered yet again, and suddenly a small raven materialized, swooping into the room and changing into a young Egyptian boy. He looked at me sadly as the door shut, trapping us both inside.

Tylana-

Tylana looked at the two new comers, how many did these scientist have? The two walked over carefully probably to make sure it wasn't a trap. She slowly unwrapped her wings and leaned against one of the trees. What was going to happen now. What would they have to do.

Trent looked at the new comers and nodded,

"Looks like there were plenty more people my age." He frowned, "Anyone know why we are in here?"

Tylana, remembered what the man had said but kept her mouth closed, maybe someone else would know.

I shook my head no, I wished I had some idea why we were here, and glanced around again, wondering if the girl had any information. If she did, I doubted she would tell us. She looked a little... shy.

My hands clenched reflexively into fists, what was going on?!

I turned my head slightly, sure I had heard something again. Were there more coming? I caught the attention of my fellow freaks and motioned for them to listen.

((Lana))

I awoke to strange sensation in the back of my skull. It felt like someone had put a weight on the back of my head. I couldn't think straight. I groaned as I attempted to pick myself up. My head hurt so much. I looked around and, to my surprise, was in a tunnel. I looked up to see a tangle of brush covering me.

I surveyed the little tunnel and realized it was just a cover or leaves. I poked it to see how thick it was and realized I was mistaken. The room was made of glass. I was looking up at a dome. I searched some more to find that the tunnel was more of a room than a tunnel. I felt a tug in my chest. Familiarity. I reached out a bit more and could feel a familiar soul. Tylana.

Tylana, don't move. It's Lana. Well, of course it is, how many telepathic girls do you know? Anyways. I fell into this weird cave thing while I was trying to escape. There's an entrance near the center where the ceiling opens up. Its covered by brush on the ground and it might be hard to find. Can you get away?

I felt Tylana mentally shrug. I assumed if she spaced, the scientist would think somethings up.

Try to find me. In the center of the environment room. Look for scattered dirt around the entrance. Be careful. I'll check in with you every once and a while.

And with that I cut the connection off. Hopefully I wouldn't have to stay in this half dark dome too long. I looked around, my head finally starting to clear. I stood and hit my head on the ceiling. I rubbed the back of my skull and felt around for the opening, waiting.

Asher was sitting in the shadows of his dark cell when two scientists walked in. He watched them with his yellow lizard eyes as they approached the three rows of metal bars that kept him contained. One of the scientists was holding a gun. More tranquilizers, he thought.

The older scientist spoke first. "How are we feeling today, Asher?"

"You haven't fed me in three days," Asher growled.

"That's one of the reasons I like you. Your body doesn't need much food to sustain itself. But, if you pass today's little test I'll be sure to get you something to eat."

Asher leaped out of the shadows and reached between the bars as far as he could at the men. Electricity coursed through his body as soon as he touched the first set of bars and he let out a painful, rage filled scream. If it weren't for the electrical field in the bars he could break through them easily.

"Now, now. You know you can't get out that way," said the old man. Asher had let go of the bars and was pacing back and forth like primal beast. Black scales had grown all over his body, triggered by his rage. "You're quite energetic today, aren't you? It's a good thing, since you'll be doing your test with all the other experiments today."

"You sick bastard!" Asher made another go at the bars, gripping them as hard as he could. He pulled as hard as he could on the bars, despite all the electricity coming out of them.

"Now," the older man said and the other scientist shot Asher in the neck with a tranquilizer dart. Asher collapsed in a heap as the world around him disappeared in a sea of darkness.

(Now my character is with everyone else in the environment chamber or whatever.)

((Um...this is my attempt at jumping back in. I should be on a lot more after all, seeing as we just got wireless, so I'll try to keep up...))

Bella~

We had been caught...that's all I remembered. I think the hall I was in may have been gased...there weren't many people with me anyway.

Either way, when I woke up I had a killer head ache. I was back in my cell, and was being shaken awake by my scientist.

"Get up," he snapped, grabbing me by the hair. I fought as he dragged me out of hte room.

Tylana-

Tylana looked around, she looked at Trent and then at the others. Some how she had to get them all to where Lana was so they could all get away. The door opened again and another project was thrown into the room. He slowly got up and she was startled to see his eyes were yellow. She changed to a mongoose and ran over to where Trent was and sat down hoping he would change too. THey could talk that way and the scientist wouldn't be able to understand them. He changed and cocked his head to the side.

"There is a way out of here. We just have to find it. There is a girl, she is hiding in the middle of this area, she said look for a hole with dirt all around it." She said, she turned around and took off towards what should be the middle of the enviroment area.

Trent-

Trent changed back, he ran after her motioning for the others to follow, they did after hesitating. When they neared the middle of the Enviroment area he saw Tylana disappeared into what looked like a hole.

*Ok, escaping can't be this easy, there needs to be some sort of twist, but they all get out.**

I ducked my head and ran after the others, feeling my hopes rise with every passing second. I fought them down desperately, thinking of other failed escape attempts. I watched the girl lower herself into a small hole.

I turned to the boy and raised my eyebrows, asking.

He shrugged. We watched, waiting for instructions.

Tranquility followed a scientist into the environment chamber, a second one holding one of those sleeping gas devices as he walked behind him. The lead scientist turned to address him.

"Stay with the projects and make sure the Djinni doesn't try anything. Our orders to it should have been specific enough, but it'll almost certainly try to twist them somehow."

The Assail inclined his head towards the scientist.

"And if it does aid them?"

"Use whatever course of action necessary, but try not to kill anyone."

The scientists turned and left the room, locking it behind them. Tranquility nodded to the Djinni before turning to the other occupants of the large room, considering the best course of action if something went wrong. The Dragon and the Djinni would definitely provide the greatest challenge to him, though he didn't expect the Djinni to attack. As for the others...he frowned - where were they? He motioned to the Djinni and began to make his way towards the center.
