Wand: Willow/ Dragon scale, 12 3/4 inches.
Personality: Shy, funny and smart. He has some really high grades. When he gets used to his surroundings, he can become the class clown.

Next morning on the way to breakfas, Calder bumped into Sedry

"OH, hey, there...um Sedry..."

"Hi Warren, whats with the st..t..tu..tering?" said Sedry with a snicker in his voice.

"Oh, um nothing.. just ... i dont know, just feeling strange today i guess."

As they continued down the hall, Calder was tackled from behind and as he turned to see who it was, he just saw Alice as usual sticking her tongue out at him, with a slight smile on her face.

"What was that for Alice?"Said Calder slightly offended, but laughing all the same

"Oh, just a bit board, and you were the best target i could see."

"Hey Alice? Do you think i could borrow your wand for a minute? I lost my beaters bat, and your wand seems to fit the discription well enough."

Sedry and Calder laughed, and Alice just glared, but after a minute of trying to hold it out, she burst out laughing just the same.

*Who is Warren?*

I walked down the hall with Kate. I was joking around and she was actually smiling. According to someone she doesn't talk to a lot of people. That's a shame. We passed a group of gryfindors and they stopped talking once we got near them. I rolled my eyes and kept on walking. I bumped into Ash and some other ravenclaw that were walking together and laughing and I glared at him. I didn't say anything. For once, I had nothing to say. We just held eachother's gaze for a whlie until Kate tugged on my arm. I snapped back and we walked into the Great Hall.

Sedry was glad it was finally Saturday. He finished eating and waited outside for Alice to come out so they could go to the library. He saw Alice walk out with Lindsay. And they were...laughing?

"Yeah, I know, but it's still a pretty sick wand. Besides it's unique, and unique is way better than ordinary." Lindsay said pointing to herself. They laughed again. Sedry waved to them and Lindsay went red.

"Er...I just remembered I have something to do..." She turned around and walked off.

"What was that about?" He asked to Alice.

"No idea..." she said. A group of Slytherin guys passed by and they walked up to Sedry.

"Hey, where's Lindsay?" He hissed.

"Er...how should I know?' Sedry said.

"So she's actually listening to me..." He muttered.

"Huh?"

"Nothing. Run along punk." he walked off.

"okay...I'm relly confused now." Sedry said, putting a hand to his head.

"Yeah...well, come on. Let's get to the Library." Alice said pulling Sedry to the direction of the Library.

**Sorry, mixed up names for a minute there, i meant Calder**

Two hours into studying Alice started to get jittery, too much pent up energy for too little movement.

"Okay," she said shutting her book, "I have to do something before I go mental, and attack someone."

Sedry scooted back a little in his seat, "whatcha mean?"

"I've never sat so still for two hours! Gah! Its driving me nuts!"

"Okay?"

"I'l be back in a little bit, I gotta go for a walk."

As unusual for Calder as it seems, he needed to study, they had a major test coming up in transfigeration and he never listened in class in the first place! Right as he was walking into the library, Alice walked out.

"Hey Alice! Where are you going, dont you need your things if your going back to the common room?"

"Oh, im just going for a walk, you know, i cant stand just sitting for 2 hours, its driving me mental! I needed to take a brake."

"Umm, ok, and just for future referance, if you ever feel that mental point coming and your sitting next to me, move over to Sedry, ok?"

They both laughed and went on there way, but as Calder went into the library, he saw Sedry sitting there, beaconing for Calder to sit next to him.

"Just great, exactly what i needed." he said sarcasticly under his voice.

Kate

On Saturday, I found myself in a secluded corner of the library when three slytherin boys approached me.

"You. You know Lindsay right?" The tallest of the three demanded.

"Yeah," I replied.

"And you're..." The boy hesitated.

"Kate," I filled in, rolling my eyes.

"Uh yeah. I knew that," He claimed to the snickering of his companions but they ceased when he turned to glare at them.

"Anyway. This Gryffindor called Sedry has been bothering her. I want you to make sure he keeps his distance. Okay?" I looked up at the boy and smoothly climbed to my feet so that, instead, I could look down at him.

"I've heard different," I stated and turned to go. The boy caught my hand and I raised an eyebrow.

"You're a fourth year."

"You're alone."

Alice stormed out of the castle and onto the grounds, walking around an open area wasn't calming her down in the least. Her eyes wandered towards the Forbidden Forest. Tempatation got the better of her and she walked in.

Once inside she hiked as far as she could keeping an eye on Hagrids hut, he wouldn't be too happy seeing her in there, again.

She saw a tree and had to try her reducto again. She pulled out her wand and shot it at the tree, "reducto!"

It sounded like a cannon blast in the nearly silent woods and the force knocked her backwards. Laughing manicly. "Whoa, that was awesome!"

Giggling she walked back to the library to tell Calder and Sedry what she just did.

****Kel, please don't leave!!! We can figure out something to make Thorn the way you want him!!!****

Sarabella went to detention as she was supposed too, then went to bed. Then next day was the Quidditch game versus...?


***Yeah, I have nothing to write, and Idon't know why***

I woke up and stretched. I looked at my watch and cursed. I slept in and the Quidditch game was about to start. I threw on my clothes and ran out of the common room. I sprinted to the feild and took a seat in the stands, breathless. I felt arms go around me. It was Garret. He kissed me on the cheek.

"Jeez Garret! What are you doing?"

"I heard you're listening to me right babe?"

"Er...yeah..." I said turning my head.

"What's wrong babe?" He started but cheers rang out as the Slytherin's walked out. I wrigled away from his grip. He pushed some kid over and sat next to me, draping his arm over my shoulder. I felt like pushing him over the edge of the stands but I just tried to concentrate on the game as the Ravenclaw's came out.

***All right. I'll try this one more time but please be clear on these:

1) Thornton Procom is NOT a Severus Snape clone. Yes he is the Head of Slytherin. Yes he is the DADA professor. He has blonde hair. Short. He is Professor Procom, not Professor Thorn.

2) Detentions even in the books and movies were -rare-. Points were taken away even in book/movie 1 for Hermione's over-answering of questions, for Harry's neglect to pay attention. Detentions were not given out just for passing a note. Points would have been taken.

Maybe I'm too picky, but I'm simply not used to people being able to control a character I created, and vice versa, which is why everyone's characters did barely anything at all in my posts. I wanted someone else to act off of what I did rather than myself make it up. There's no fun in that for me.

I don't want Thorn to be Severus Snape redux. That's just .. not creative at all. So I'll try it one more time, but I'll post tomorrow since I need to go finish making dinner.***

Sarabella was completely ready for this match. She'd been practicing alone, and was sure that she would beat the Ravenclaw seeker in no time at all.

"I want a fair, clean game out of all of you!" The flying-professor instructed, as she prepared to throw the quaffel up. She threw it and Sarabella took off on her broom. She immedieatly caught sight of the golden snitch and flew towards it. She reached her fingers out, barely grazed the surface, when...

A bludger came out of no where and knocked Sarabella off of her broom, sending her hurling towards the ground.


"Are you alright?" Professor Procom asked, examining Sarabella.

"I'm fine, just let me get back on my broom!" Sarabella argued stubbornly. Truthfully, she couldn't feel her right arm, but she wanted to catch the snitch, no matter what. Procom wasn't going to give that easily, and reached out to examine Sara's right arm. "OUCH!"

"You're not goign anywhere with that arm. The match will have to be postponed."

"But, Professor, I'll be fine! It's oen small injury," Sarabella protested.

"No, come on. I'm taking you to the Hospital Wing."

"You know," Said Calder, everyone noticed the hint of jelousy in his voice

"That beater may be good, but i could nock a seaker out of the sky, while they were going for the snitch at top speed!!"

Everyone laughed out loud."The only thing you would have a chance of ever hitting, is air!!" More laughter and snickers made Calders face turn pink

"You just wait untill opening match between Griffondor and Hufflepuff!! I'll be all over that seaker so much, they'll have to bring in a replacement!"

"Yeah, only if he laughed so hard he fell of his broom!"

Calder new he was fighting a losing battle, so he just left for the common room. As he walked back though, he noticed a piece of a tree on the path, and as he looked up, he could see what seemed to be the remains of a tree.

"So thats what Alice was talking about. Bloody Hell!!"

Alice skipped down the path and saw Calder admiring the remains of the tree.

"Hi Calder, I need to work on my Reducto some more don't I?"

"Uhh... I think you got it down," he said, "what about your Patronas?"

Alice shrugged, "would you like to practice with me?" she offered, "I think thats the one I need help with."

She spotted lindsay walking up to the castle, "Lindsay!" she shouted. She grabbed Calder's hand and dragged him along. "Hi Lindsay, how are you?"

Lindsay leaned away a little bit, "I'm fine, how about you?"

"I'm good, Calder's going to help me with my Patronas, would you like to join us with it tomorrow?"

"Um..."

In the Hospital Wing, Sarabella's arm was repaired and she was free to go after 15 minutes of nitpicking. When she got back to the Slytherin Common room, the Quidditch team was waiting.

"How could you just fall off the broom?" One of them snapped; he towered over her, making her feel weak.

"You were so close!" another one jeered.

"Are you really that pathetic?"

"Why are you even on the team?" Sarabella turned on them immediatly.

"I am a better flyer than most of you could dream of being. I have more skill, a better broom, and a lot of experience. That is the first mistake I have ever made, and you are blowing it far out of proportion. Do note that I am the reason Slytherin has one the Quidditch Cup for three years running. Now, if you'd like to continue to yell at me, by all means," she waited, but none of them spoke. She smiled, turned on her heels, and left.
