Mythical Creatures of Sada

As they stepped into the house Lethero shifted back to his human form. "Man, I sometimes I think I dhould just stay a wolf," Lethero said.

"Why?" Raiana asked.

"Do you know what it feels like to have your bones shift around."

*I might be gone for a while so if you can just add me in when you can into your stories.*

"Have you forgotten?" Raiana asked, shifting back in forth between dragon and human forms.

"Oh, right." Lethero said sitting down and leaning his back against the wall.

"Actually, i have it much worse than you." Raiana continued.

"Hows that?" Lethero asked.

"Well, when im in dragon form, i have wings and my bones are much bigger. When im in human form, i dont have wings, and my bones shrink." Raiana said. "But, since i've had to switch back and forth so many times its not even funny, the sensation isnt really there anymore."

"Uh-huh." Lethero said absentmindedly. His head was tilted back and his eyes were helf closed. Raiana sighed. She couldn't blame him. She was exausted, especially after having to maintain the spells for so long. She went over to a dark corner and sat down. She put her chin in her hands and rested her elbows on her knees.

All of the sudden, a voice rang through her head.
"Raiana!"

Nicarga left the vampire dead. She was a little hurt but not enough to slow her down. She caught up wiht the pack and stayed kinda away wanting to think about what had happened. Syden walked over and sat down, both were in their humen form.

"i was gettin worried there for a bit. Lethero usually doesn't leave anyoen for long." He said,

"I had to kill a certian vampire and he was probably tired as all get out. I'm fine, how are you feeling?" She asked,

"Tired like everyone else. Everyone seems to really like it here, there is plenty of food and water." He smiled.

Petra landed on Nicarga's back and crawled up to her head, near her ear so she could speak to her.

"Sorry it took me so long to get back, I was needed elsewhere."

Nicarga was startled at first, not having seen Petra in pixie form for so long, but she recognized her voice.

"Well you certainly took your sweet time about ie. I hope it was worth it."

Petra was silent for a moment, she didnt want to talk about it it just yet.

"So what have i missed? Whats going on now?"

Im so sorry guys! I know it took me forever, but Im back now!

Nicarga told her everything that had happened as Syden looked for who she was talkin to. Petra was hidden under her hair and couoldn't be seen.

"So you finnally got whoever killed your parents?" Petra asked,

"Yup,"

Petra was tired from her long flight back.

"im just going to rest here for a while and listen, ok?"

Petra got comfy in Nicarga's fur and closed her eyes.

*I'm going to be able to post little here in VA.*

"Oh yeah," Lethero said, forgeting Raiana could shapeshift. "Well,what do we do."

Telayna walked over with Althen to Lethero and Raiana.

"So? You be leaving with your kind then?" Lethero asked when he saw Althen.

"My kind? You mean Althen? I can't live by myself with one other person." Telayna said.

"Where be the others?" Telayna held Althen's hand.

"They didn't make it."

"I'm so sorry." He said. "We'll need you two anyways."

"For what?" She asked.

"We must stop 'it." He said. Telayna shuddered and remembered what it had made her do. She started to cry. Althen held her as she cried. "Don't worry. It'll be all right." He said in her ear.

"Telayna, don't go weak on me now." Lethero said. She lifted herself up and Althen put his arm around her for comfort.

"So what do we do?" She asked wiping away the tears.

"You can stay with us," Lethero said kindly. "Unless you wish to leave with Althen; I'll understand."

"I think we'll stay with you," Telayna said, "but it's also up to Althen."

"Yes, I'll stay too," Althen said.

"Good," Lethero answered, "now we must get these mythical creatures away from here."

Catalina walks into the clearing.

"what are we doing,"she asks

she waits patiantly for the answer.

Raiana walked up to Lethero and wispered, "You want me to round em up and make the announcement?"

"Yea, would you?"

"No, i offered for no reason." Raiana said, flying off. She flew low to the trees and when she found a mythical creature, she lighted down and directed it back to the clearing where the pack was. The frightened creatures gave no argument.

Raiana finally returned to the pack almost two hours later. She landed on the ground and put her head on the ground. She was exausted. Up and down and up and down a thousand times. Her wings felt like fire and her muscles ached. She called Lethero over.

"You can tell them where you plan on taking them. Im exausted. I'll project your voice so you can be heard," Raiana told him. He nodded.

Raiana cast the spell over Lethero and watched him as he walked over to the center of the clearing.

"Attention!" his voice boomed. All eyes turned to him.

Raiana smiled to herself. She cast a spell over herself and lay her head down. She was soon asleep.

Ah, how she loved mute spells.

"We're going back to the origanal plans. We're going to the mountains." Lethero called out.

"So...? What do we have to do?" Nicarga asked.

"We need to get rest. Everyone. Then we can go to the mountains. ok?" Lethero said.

"Good. I need to get some sleep." Telayna said and colapsed on the ground.

"Ok then..."

"We have a place where we are going," Letjhero boomed, "It will be away from humans and anything that wants to harm us." A lot of people nodded in agreement but others didn't look convinced. "It is in these mountains and in a valley. I know it's near that human village, but I don'y think they will try to find us. Unless they are lead by another evil priest. You can chose to come with us, if you don't want to come leave now, but remember you'll always have a home." No one moved.

Syden's head jerked up as Lethero's voice echoed around the forest. He quickly shifted into wolf form--he liked it much better than a human; he always felt so vulnerable--and sat down to litsen attentitively to what Lethero had to say.

When he heard the message, he sighed and put his head into his paws, weighing the circumstances. He could go to the valley with Lethero, his pack, and the rest of the creatures and live a good, social life. Or he could go back to roaming on his own with the solicity of his own thoughts. He wasn't sure which one he wanted.

Petra heard Lethero's voice as he made the announcement and figured it was time time to show herself.

"I guess i better let him know Im back." she whispered to Nicarga. She nodded her agreement. Petra stood and took flight, and landed, crosslegged beside Lethero. Then she transformed. Everyone was startled to see her appear, but none more than Lethero, who growled as he felt her presence near him.

"Oh, it be you." he said, after having whiped his head around to see her.

Petra smiled at the werewolf, "and i thought we had become the best of friends. Growling is no way to greet an old friend." she said with a sly smile.

She now felt a point at her back. She could tell it was a sword. Petra's face darkened suddenly,

"I would sheath that sword if I were you." she said menicingly.

"But you aren't me." Teylana sad. "Shall I run her through?" she asked Lethero.

"Leave her be" he said. "She be one of us..."
