Blue silver? o_O That's not a lightsaber color as far as I know. The crystals used for sabers are just...one specific color. Unless you mean it looks blue-silverish or something. o.o.

I am so confused right now....we have Clone Wars and Old Republic and what happens before this and that. The Old Republic Era I'm thinking of takes place after Naga Sadow and everything else that Shadowsun listed. I'm talking about after the war with Revan and Malak.

Well what ever it is I vote Old Republic.

Revan and Malak was the Hyperspace wars, I think, and that was before Naga Sadow... At least I think it was... Anyway iff its BBY it gets my vote. Old Republic!! Clone Trooper + Me = Good Character + Happy Shadowsun

Like I've said, what I'm basically talking about is the Old Republic as in...the prequel era. So Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, all those people were alive. I know nothing about what happens BEFORE that point, which is why I'd rather have it be during that era. The Clone Wars were during the prequel era, so I vote for that.

Well, the old old republic, there isn't much in stone so we can do what ever we want pretty much. With the clone wars we need to follow a specific plot wich would restrict us.

My friend the star warz freak says old old republic because there isn't anything left to cover for the clone wars.

I'm SO in on this.
I can be any kind of force sensitive, depending on what is needed. But I call an orange saber.

I soooo want to be in on this but I don't know if I'll have the time. I have watched all six movies and read several books. I don't know anything about KOTOR, I might have to read up on that.

I suggest that whatever time period is picked it be a period when there were many Jedi and Sith since there are so many wannabe force wielders in this group. So I guess that would put the time somewhere before all the movies or after them.

Since there already so many people who want to be Jedi and Sith I guess I'll round the story out with a non-force sensitive character. I present Geoff Mar space freighter/smuggler and the all around best shot with a either a blaster or quad laser.

As I've said about ten times now, with AU (alternate universe) you do not NEED to follow the storyline set up for, say, the Clone Wars. You can do whatever you want, usually within reason but people will go as far as to bring Earth in to the Star Wars galaxy.

I'd be more comfortable with something taking place during the prequels era...so if we don't go with something in that era, I can't really promise that I'll stick to it, because I don't know much about the eras before that point (nor do I know much about the Clone Wars era but I know enough to be able to play in it), so... I don't want to be all "hey, either play in this era or I'm out," because that's hardly what I'm trying to do. I just want to be honest and say that I can't promise I'll stick around in general, because I'm kind of filling my plate with too many things at the moment. I feel bad that I said I'd join in only to leave before the storybook started, but I think it's better to do it now than when we've started it.

So...yeah. Gonna stop rambling now. It sounds like you guys have plenty of Jedi and Sith and the like, and have an idea of the era you want it to be in. If I run out of more "projects" (for lack of a better term), I'll join back in.

So it's settled then? We'll use the KOTOR time-line for it's freedom for storylines. If everyone is in agreement someone set up the real thread so we can post out character profiles and get started.
