It's just that I know a whole lot about the Pre-Empire age and if someone messes that up then I really get bent out of shape

...I wouldn't call it "messing it (the pre-Empire era) up," but we're bound to not go EXACTLY by canon, because...well, it's not fun to strictly play canon characters, and even if you do try to strictly play canon characters, you're still...not really going by canon, because it's the player's interpretation of the character. That's how people can get away with writing fan fiction, and role playing, and writing books that take place after Return of the Jedi, because it's how they imagine things.

I know enough about Star Wars in general to know what's too "out there" for it, so I'll do my best to make sure nothing gets screwed up. ^_^

All right! I wasn't maening that anyone messed anything up. I was speaking in generic terms. I realize know what was said about not playing as the actual characters. But I do, however need to point out one last thing......White is a color of a lightsaber and so is gold....well gold-ish.

I realized that after I said that I wasn't sure if it was a "standard" lightsaber color, when I edited my post with the link to the Wookieepedia page about lightsaber colors.

I wanna join! In KOTOR2 there's a few other lightsabre colors. The ones I can remember that haven't already been mentioned are silver, viradian, orange, turquoise... yeah, I think that's it. Dibs on silver! (viradian is a green-yellow kinda color)

I say we do something along the lines of the KOTOR timeline. That way we can be free to do whatever we want with the storyline because we don't have to follow a pre-set one.

Well I volunteered to be Sith as well. I know the perfect character to get the job done. Dibs on a dual bladed silver lightsaber. More slaughter per swing. Harder to master but can get enemies to start stampeding over one another to get to cover.

I'm in too. me, I want a white single hilt, JEJI FOREVER!!!

Okay well. Did we decide on an era yet or are we still deciding on one? I'm all for the Old Republic era because there's more to it. Just my opinon.

What period of time in the Old Republic? Clone Wars? Hyperspace Wars(Long, long time ago before Clone wars)? Exar Kunn times? Naga Sadow?

Personally I think, Clone wars. Clone wars anyone? please... Clone Troopers? I mean Clone Troopers are cool.... Right?

Clone wars/prequel era would be best, because I personally don't know anything about what happens before that era. I hardly know anything about what happens during that era, but as long as we don't have to heavily rely on what happens during that era I should be okay.
