If you know me, you know that I am obsessed with poetry. I love writing. I post it on my wall or publish it basically every day. Don't get me wrong, I love reading stories, but poetry is my favourite right now.
I've noticed a lack of poetry in comparison to novel chapters in The Green Room. I'm more than happy (and greatly enjoy) reading stories, but i am specifically requesting that you to send me your poems for me to review! I'm not the best, but I will read them and enjoy them and write you a review with some feedback
What I review
-POETRY: I am fine with cursing or any age restrictions or topics, as long as it follows the YWS rules. I am fine with 18+ or mature topics.
-LYRICS: Same rules as poetry.
-Spoken word poetry
-Visual pieces
-Life narratives/personal reflections/vent pieces written in short story style.
-Old poems/new poems, as long as they are posted on YWS
What I may review
-I normally don't have time to go back and read an entire novel, but I will review a specific chapter if wanted. I will mostly focus on providing feedback on your writing style and world building and impressions of what I see.
-Essays: If you have written and posted an essay for school, I can read through and help with spelling and grammar.
-Short Stories: Specifically horror! Or historical fiction, dystopian pieces.
What I will not review
-Anything that breaks the YWS rules.
-Anything written by AI. If you use AI to make cover images or graphics, that is fine, as long as you have given credit to the AI site.
-Anything plagiarized/spam like.
-Anything written to bully someone.
