On November 14th our beloved YWS is turning 18 years old! Wow! Someone's getting really old! <.< Let's celebrate the site that means so much to us by joining in some fun activites, contests, and community events. Henlo henlo! To celebrate YWS's birthday we are bringing back the fun hashtag, #freinshippoems!

To make a freinshippoem, simply:

1. Write a nice wholesome poem addressed to a friend. (Using memespeak and creative misspellings for effect is very much encouraged for this hashtag )
2. Post the poem on said friend's wall with the hashtag #freinshippoems
3. Profit!

As with other YWS Birthday events, keep things family friendly and follow all the site rules!

In honour of YWS's birthday we're playing a YWS/writer themed version of the Wikipedia game! For those who haven't heard of the Wikipedia game, the rules are as follows:

Players start on the same article, and must navigate to the target article, solely by clicking links within each article. The goal is to arrive at the target article in the fewest clicks (articles)!

Post your score (the number of clicks it takes you to get from one article to the other) and tag someone to challenge them!
