Event #5 Short Story Contest

YWS is turning 13 this year and what better way to celebrate is a contest! In this, you must write a sentence using only thirteen words and enter only ONE. Submit sentence in the thread.

Despite not knowing how these sentences were being judged, he recklessly wrote one.
