The Turkish part of Europe (i.e. Constantinople/Istanbul) is under the administration of the Nordic Council. We also reserve our right to 1/4 oil production from Turkey, should it be annexed by your governor Cobradan (we also reserve the right to observe and direct traffic in the Bospurus).
The Nordic Council and the NSK have no relation to Nai. He may choose to assimilate to the NSK state (which peoples from across the Earth may join, as it is not bound by land or boundaries, but by common thinking), but therefore must retreat his operatives from Empire territory, as it could result in unwanted actions between the Nordic Council and the Empire.
Furthermore I would like to reitterate to the leader/s of the Empire the NSK's wishes of allowing Empire citizens to hold dual citizenship-that of the Empire and of the NSK. The NSK is not a political entity, but an ideological one. It aims at unification of like-minds. Therefore the Empire does not need to worry itself with revolution or social upheaval, the NSK does not wish to create boundaries, thus binding itself to physical limitations.
The Empire has no obligation of accepting this proposal (though it would show its close-mindedness), and the Nordic Council shall not take action against it. Though our suspicions shall be strengethened.
And in light of the Empire's annexation of Antarctica, the Nordic Council shall annex the North Pole and England shall now reserve its right to hold direct administrative power over the commonwealth nations. Also, Finland demands that the Baltic states be re-incorporated in the Balto-Scandinavian Union. These states were not part of Russia, and do not like Russia. The people cry to be re-incorporated within Europe. The Balkan alliance asks that the Western part of Ukraine be ceeded to the Balkan alliance, though again the Empire has no obligation.

If it is not a state, then dual citizenship is not an option. All members of the empire are citizens of the empire, and the empire only. My people have always known this, and this news does not come as a suprise to anyone but yourself. The thought of joining the nordic council never crossed the minds of my citizens, and so, the proposition is declined.

Several of the entities you have encircled in that map already are members of the Empire. I will ask that you correct this mistake, as it will make you look foolish in front of your people. These states joined the Empire of their own free will, and chose to become members. Some even begged.

Turkey is not a part of Europe. It does not fall under the protection of the treatis. I will however forgo my plans for India, in exchange.

Columbia and Argentina, after hearing that their enemies, Brazil had joined the Council, came to the Empire for help. As a result, they have been incorporated. The march through Central America was swift, and we have been accepted as far north as Mexico City.

Cuba and the Carribian are not far behind, and our armies have spread swiftly through Latin America. We are not far from victory.


Dan- Send your armies southerly, Take the middle east by any means necesary. I have already begun by launching a massive covert operation, and will lend any support needed. Pending further negotiations, we will not invade the Turkish peninsula, though they are friendly to our cause, and many citizens are requesting admission to the Empire.

I have word that the United States is friendly to our cause, as we have agreed to prevent further northern migration of the local peoples, in exchange for.... certain secret things.

The NSK state, from the NSK Virtual Embassy:
A state in time, a state without territory and national borders, a sort of "spiritual, virtual state". It has issued an original NSK passport and everybody can become its holder and therefore a citizen of the NSK State.

Portugal is re-establishing Brazil as an autonomous state. In truth, the Nordic Council only wishes for Europe to remain outside Empire control, idneffinately. We do not want military conflict. We are a socialist organization, and many of it's citizens hold dual citizenship with the NSK. Let this mark the beginning of co-operation between our two organizations. (We still assert our claim to Constantinople and Turkish territory on Europe.)

Passports are invalid without territory for them to be used to gain access too. It is a state, or it is not a state. Virtual statehood is not recognized by the Empire, or by anyone else, for that matter.

Europe, including Brazil, will remain free from Imperial control or conflict, unless any European nation requests entry, and it may be granted at that time.

Turkey, however, does not fall under the protection of this agreement. Turkey is not Europe. I will however, pending their assimilation, garantee you 3/7ths of its oil reserves and supply. India, also is not protected by this agreement. India saught its own independance from European domination, and maintains itself as a non-European state today.

Austrelia and South Africa will remain independent of the Empire, and are recognized as European states.

Futhermore, the Empire expresses its own concerns for peace between the Almost Infinite Empire, and the Nordic Council.

Goodness gracious! I only wanted a contained war, but now I see that is spiralling out of control. Thus, I only have one option...

It's time for a strategic redeployment of YWS forces to just over the horizon:

Sir, I cannot take the middle east without Turkey. Thus is will not "take" Turkey, but merely USE her as a staging ground for our glorious armies to attack. My soldiers captured Damascus and Beirut last night. Tonight we move for Jerusalem and Amman. We suspect Jerusalem, sensing our benevolence will acquiesce and send their own soldiers to join the Empire fighting forces. If all goes according to plan, we will be marching on Cairo and Riyadh by tomorrow morning.

Excellent Lama, oh great Emperor of the Almost Infinte Empire! The NSK respects your wishes. The question it now: what do we do/how do we deal with YWS' aqquisition of Mars. Though the Empire and YWS are on the same wavelength, I think.

Hehe, so far, I'm backing the Council. I am, like many others I'm sure, very confused about the whole thing... however, the Council seem to be acting defensively.

Cuba has not sided with the United states. The United States sides with the Empire, and we happen to now have control of cuba, and the rest of the Carribian. Latin America is soon to follow.

YWS' aquisition of the red planet under their leader, Nate, did not go unnoticed. However, Mars is desolate, and dead. There is nothing there of use, or the Empire would have taken it already. However, be it known that the Empire's influence streaches over the Milky Way Galexy, and further anexation beyond the asteroid belt will not be tolerated. But, in a measure of gratitude and good faith, the Empire hereby cedes half of Venus to YWS.

I have heard from the Turkish PM. We are currently in negotiations for shipping rights and transport and passage agreements.

The Empire oversees much land, and the Nordic Council is an alliegence of states, and calls itself a 'Virtual State'
YWS has mars, and has been given half of Venus to show good faith.
