I have a Zen Garden full of Pumpkins and Squashes and a Mushroom Garden full of Ice and Doom Shrooms, so I'm ready. I also have many Umbrella Leaves and a few Planterns, just in case.
PS: Tell me if I should post a screenshot of my full garden.

Hmmm...not deoxsys. Who else is mysterious and obscure?
Could it be Genesect? Perhaps but Genesect has been named. I have a hunch though.
I want to say he's a dungeon guardian but I also think that's unlikely.
He's not a legendary though he has the strength of one. He has been recognized by Arceus as a good person. That makes me think he's been introduced only in the Guardian posts. The line of code you typed says...I guess you could call it an opposite (If the binary translator I used was correct.) So The opposite of good is evil but to be honest Deoxsys isn't evil, just broken. The legendries aren't good either, just moral. Justice is not goodness as evil isn't ignorance and we see later on that Deoxsys endures even though he is broken and the legendries become split.
So if I'm not just spouting BS the answer to this shady figure's identity is to find the two that are truly good and truly evil.
This is all going off the most recent guardian post o I may be totally off.

EDIT: @Robusto, I removed the SB Challenge for Sully's conversion, seeing as @Tortwag nailed it. Just remember that if an SB Challenge is to be considered valid, it must require at least two posts to be made, so the next one is technically compulsory. Tort can nevertheless have his two credits so long.

@15253 Badly drawn spiky plants? First, they're sprites, and second... Badly drawn? That's mean to them! Think about their feelings D:
Ad Robusto's makin' the next Sully post. Then I'm makin' mine, as she needs to talk to Twinkiel very seriously.

All we can assume is that he's the original maker of the Mystery Dungeons.
But considering that all the Legendaries have a role here - even though we don't know them all - yeah, I don't think he's a legendary either. Dunno what to say about @15253's analysis, however. Seems pretty well-thought out, though.

@Verser, @Robusto mentioned that Zero has been introduced already, but he never explicitly stated he is a humon. Whether he actually is - that's the question. I suspect so, since his independence seems to suggest that (after all, humans are your most diverse species in existence), but I have no clue.
And yay, a post! (That title. XD)

@Robusto, that post. 10/10, would read again. Here are some thoughts:
So to the New Order Legendaries and leaders, Yveltal has joined the resistance, and to the NO underlings, he's dead. Interesting. Normally I'd say the leaders are feeding the lessers lies, which they are, but it seems that the leaders don't really know what happened themselves. So only Dialga does, then? Hm... Very interesting. The plot thickens.
YAS! I've got Zulu with me! This is exactly what I need! Thanks, Robocop! Let's get crackin'.
XD Somebody tries to kill you. The natural thing to do is bake them mini cakes and throw a tiny tea party for them. (I'm done XDXDXDXD)
Also that ending scene. Went from so serious to humorous in like, a sentence, and that was great! It was just so out of place and funny. XD
Excellent post, @Robusto! I'll comment on the matters in order of appearance.
1. Finally, a post from Arthur! Unfortunately, it was over so very quickly. And now I have to wonder what Cassandra wants to say to him, since the Beartic's tone wasn't very friendly. (He's probably that way anyway, but still.) 2. The music is so peaceful, yet the scene with Felicity herself is sad. As such, I couldn't share her feelings as much, but I still feel sorry for her. I don't know how she'd ever know whether Uxie granted Alek's wish, though... 3. That part about the NO was definitely interesting. I wasn't at all surprised to read they had, once again, blamed their failures on the Resistance, but it I was to see they treated deserting them the same way. Of course, Dialga could always have lied and said Yveltal joined them - he seems like the kind that wants revenge, and that would be a perfect excuse to get it. 4. I have sooo many questions concerning that part about the bracelet! I'll PM you after this. 5. Kyogre is scary. (That theme fits him.) 6. If the day arrives that Rayquaza stops looking out for mortals, I - or rather Gabriel - should be very worried. 7. Pearl, diamond and platinum - why am I not surprised? 8. I was a little nervous at first, but when I remembered that we had already decided the conversion was successful - a decision in which not everyone had participated (-_-) - I was fine. 9. The Blackened Banshee finally appears! *cogs and gears begin turning*
