Guys, I have found a song that you will LOVE! (I'm looking at you, Tort, Mr. 'The Nights'. XD)
With a very helpful input from @TheSilverFox, I'm deciding to pitch this song as the possible 'Theme of Romance' for all the 'Mon in our storybook. This includes main character relationships like Riley and Flurry and Gabriel and Fleur, as well as NPC romances like Fleedjio and Miss Altaria.
Just to be sure you don't miss it, I'm tagging everybody here so you can all offer an opinion. @Robusto, @AstralHunter, @Buggiedude2340, @TheSilverFox, @Tortwag, @15253, @Verser.
Without further ado, here is 'Beautiful Now' by Zedd:
@Charizard821 See that's the kind of songs I'd see while our couples are soaring through the skies, definitely not in a daily "will they? Won't they?" situation.
...But. Defenitely a beautiful song. It didn't impress me as much as Avicii, though, probably because I'm usually much more into chaos, imagination and evil than hope. And that Avicii song fell in the imagination category for me.
"Is there a limit to how much living I can live with my life? How will I know if I've gone too far? And why did I spend my life savings on sunglasses for a whale? I shall find the answers... to these questions."
there is something to this. The video. The song is great but the video has a deeper meaning.
The chorus "we're beautiful now" coincides with a lot of troubling scenes. For example there are multiple glimpses of a girl drowning, smoking alone, then there's a guy running with his friends who we see as robbers later on.
Then as the song plays (around the second or third verse) we see him fingering the knife and looking at his reflection. At this point I must confess I thought he was going to throw it away but he doesn't. Then we see the boy pointing a gun at his families' captors and look himself in a mirror then fire the gun, or does he?
I dunno just thought I'd bring that up. Maybe some deep themes in there fell free to add your input.

New York is very crazy, and the current construction on the subway line which runs near the hotel doesn't help at all. Thank goodness we can't hear the mess; I'd hardly get an ounce of sleep otherwise.
Should any of you visit the city, I highly recommend the Natural History Museum. It has probably been the greatest item I've seen thus far, though my partiality to dinosaurs might have something to do with that. Be warned though, that it is impossible to see the entire building in one go.
Tomorrow I will watch a musical on Broadway: The Phantom of the Opera. Expect plenty of bragging and gushing afterwards.
On a final note, since the other two Cancers of the group have told us their birthdays, I suppose it is only fair that I tell mine. It's the 14th. Someday, I will celebrate it in France.
I hope you do not mind sharing a party, Hunter?
Anyways, though I shall be occupied with an SAT prep course the week following my return, I promise I will write something before I leave again at the end of July.

Of course we can! We'll have a virtual party here on the fourteenth.

Actually, @15253, I caught a lot of those messages as well. I thought the song was about redemption of some sort, as well as purpose and self-image. I suppose I'm correct in some cases, and yes, I thought he'd toss the knife too. However, I stand by the idea of it being the Theme of Romance. This is because I first listened to the song without the video, and when it's just the audio, you interpret the meaning a lot more positively than with. I find it to be a still cheery song because of the tempo and how the elements of the song mesh together, as well as the lyrics.
Yeah, the song is definitely romantic. I think a stronger theme (along side the ones you mentioned) is actually the very lyrics "were beautiful now". I'd think this means that, despite the situations the actors in this are depicted in, they were all beautiful at some point. I think this is why they show a lot of quick flashes of happy scenes at the drop.

Sorry for the sudden vanishing. I actually almost forgot about the SB I had going in the light of the opportunity of summer. But now I'm back, and shall now read Tort's post.
@Tortwag: One heck of a post. Once again, you're in the lead with the amount of dialogue given by Zulu in your posts. (Step it up you other people!) And nice job describing how the crystal works. I had actually not yet thought of how it would work. And Latias is going back to the Shrine of Safety? Yay! Everything will be good forever! XD Only two more Guardian posts, then his tale of woe will be done. It's up to you on whether or not you should hate him for what he does.
My post is up, guys! It's a filler, so no battles take place in this one. Only some witty banter and some deep thought from Riley. However, the end result is definitely worth considering significant. Hope you enjoy! ^^
