Hello Mary Ann?
Hello Mary Ann are you with me?
I didn't think so...
Mary Ann I need to tell you something,
I need to tell you that you'll always be my best friend.
I want you to know you will always be apart of me.
Just so you know Mary Ann,
You were important.
But Mary Ann I'm scared to tell you
You are no longer my other half
Because, Mary Ann, I am not yours.
You have let me go.
I'm scared to face it.
Mary Ann you are to busy to be a best friend.
The ending to our lovely book is near Mary Ann
And all I can do is wait helplessly without your assistance.

Nice work of describe a friend with a wounded heart yet faces the facts and moves on (more or less).
I wonder this runs parallel with your life if you just wrote it on the spot.
Regardless of it origin It was great nevertheless.
Good job on this piece and keep writing!

I like the voice in this poem. Its quirky, and slightly cynical, especially in the beginning. I wish that your last verses, whcih feel slightly stale and cardboard by comparison, continued with this sort of feel. Also, one small spelling error: "are to busy" should be "are TOO busy"
Well I guess in a way you can say she is .. not literally.
This is more about a dying friendship than anything else. The narrator feels that Mary Ann
is slipping away from her and that their friendship is dying because Mary Ann's feelings for the friendship
are dying. I know it sounds like Mary Ann is and to be honest I don't blame you for thinking it
-Thanks for the review

I thought it was that Mary Ann had kind of drifted away, and that she no longer put time and effort into the friendship, so the MC is telling her that he/she is letting go, that it'll be hard, but he/she's doing it. This is really good, by the way.
Hello,
Is mary ann dying or something because that's what it seems.
I think this is quite good and it has a small sweet feel.
Good.
