                                                             Today, I make a wish

I wish I can meet my friends tomorrow

see them and have all the fun

all these years we had, under that white sun.

Today, I make a wish

I wish I could promise a life

that their life would be fine

and make it a responsibility of mine!

Today, I make a wish

I wish I could see peace

I never felt peace in my veins

they say, it now only exists it my brains!

Today, I make a wish

I wish I could die without guns

I could live without fears

and if only I could, wipe some more tears!

Today, I make a wish

I wish all my wishes come true

but with the shrieks around

my desires to wish more are downed!

Today, I finally make a wish

a wish to live a better life

a better life for only- "myself and my family"

I do so, as I wrap myself in selfishness and flee!

Hello Tammi ! Long time to see your penning. You are a star for me already. I want to review your poem but someone told me that I should not do it because... forget it. I wish I could be a better poet or writer. I am thinking to quit .
So this is my last review...
The mistake which I found in your poem is that,"I" is not capitalised. Please do that. And other small small mistyped words. So please check before posting.
For me you are magnificent and gracious poet . Love reading your piece of poetry. Keep writing. Blessings!

Hey!
Thanks for your blessings, i think it's because of them that i am writing up to your expectations. Besides, Why are you thinking to quit? NO! you shouldn't. Now i expect you are very wise but remember- poems are to express yourself not to explain others! If your poem makes sense to you it's more than enough. You are a good poet and writer but as i believe there is always a scope of improvement. Please DON"T QUIT!

Hwy Tammi! How ya?

Well this was a hell lot of good wishes! I just wish that your wishes come true! Anyway it was a brilliant poem. I loved your penning. I also liked the way you ended the poem . cause at the end of the day no matter what we humans are selfish, no matter how good our intentions are there is always a harmatia.
So yeah great job there. And even though I loved everything about this poem, I've got some nitpicks for ya.

First , all the 'I' throughout the poem needs to be capitalized.
Second, in the second last line you have missed an 'e' in better.

Anyway despite those small nitpicks, you poem was perfect.

With all my love, and then some more

Hello, RinReik here to comment/review your poem.

Okay first off i just noticed this

"see them and have all the fun

all these years we had, under that white sun."

It just sounds a little off, but I am not sure how you could fix it, it's probably just me anyway. And for the next problem...

"i never felt peace in my veins

they say, it now only exists it my brains!"

Okay I am pretty sure that you meant to say "in" and not "it" but anyway, I am sure i don't need to tell you that this sounds a teancy bit off the mark.

And.... at the 2nd too end line you miss-spelled Better. :)

It is also a little bit confusing, my advice would be to proof read it. It may be boring and may seem pointless but I promise you your work will be much better and have fewer errors.

Overall there were a few mistakes, but that's a good thing it means you have something to learn. :P

I liked it, it was kind and it rimed!

I hope this helped at-least a little.

Don't ever stop writing I hear its good for the brain. :P
