Morning

That morning I realized
What true happiness is.
It is the beating of our hearts
So close
I cannot tell whose is whose.
It is your fingers between mine
In the same position
We fell asleep in.
It is the rising sun’s light
Soft on your skin,
And it is your lips pressed on my forehead,
Letting me know
That this happiness
Is a shared one.
To fall asleep with you
And wake up,
And have you in my arms still.
That is true happiness.

This is such a beautiful love poem. It's so sweet and romantic, and I'm sure those of us writers on here would appreciate reading this. They would call that true happiness. This is the picture perfect moment couples dream of, and perhaps have seen. Like I said, this is beautiful, short and sweet, and straight to the point. Isn't that how love should be? :) Keep writing. This is amazing.

Thank you so much ! This is my first poem in a long time, I'm glad you liked it.

Hi!
I'm TazmaniaGirl, and I am going to try and Review this poem of yours!

Okay, so here we go...

Posatives -
This is a very sweet poem, and it's also very romantic.
It's almost like a short (very short) story that I can play in my head, and I can see what's going on.
This is also very descriptive, and very detailed, so it gives you more information, on what is going on.

Neagtives -
The lack of punctuation.
This doesn't really give much meaning, if you don't have the correct punctuation.
Things like full stops, exclaimation marks, question marks ect.
Imagine this -
Come down to our supereb restraunt today, and get free COLA!
It's more interseting than -
Come to our restraunt today and get free cola
Can you tell the difference?
I don't think there are any spelling mistakes, but
OVERALL -
Well Done, and keep writing!!!

~ TazmaniaGirl (BAD REVIEWER)!

Thank you so much for the constructive criticism ! I wasn't sure how to include the punctuation last night, I'll go fix that now.

Follow your passion. Stay true to yourself. Never follow someone else's path unless you're in the woods and you're lost and you see a path. By all means, you should follow that.
