Hey everyone! All I have to this new song is the chorus and first verse, but I couldn't wait to post it. It's a bit slower, accompanied by acoustic guitar. Thanks, <3 Chrissie.

1.
my eyes
are like an old movie reel
they see too much that feels
worn out
and my feet
have walked a million miles
worn a hundred different styles
but still aren't satisfied

CHORUS:
some how
we are gonna
make it
out
we'll be happy for the rest of our lives
and we'll put out this terrible, terrible fire
watch your head
she's a terrible
liar
and she's pulling you away from me
higher and higher and higher
[pause]
she's a fire starter

I think it was great! I, too, love the first verse. I think it really relates to those girls who like a guy who likes someone else. Plus, some might even be that "Fire Starter" so to speak. I think it was a really good song. Keep up the good work!

Hey, NYC

I don't Know too much about songs/lyrics, but I know when I read your piece like poetry it was lovely.

I liked it. I like the name too:firestarter. Sounds like troublemaker.

I love the first verse.

"watch your head
she's a terrible
liar
and she's pulling you away from me
higher and higher and higher
[pause]
she's a fire starter"
--Love this part too.

I wish I could've heard it though. Seems like it'd be sung sweetly. :smt001
