First off, love your profile pic!
Okay, now onto your work. You did stick to the tune of the song quite well but there were a few extra beats in so some of the lines so it didn't match up. Right from the start, the 'We devoted' is too long but then you seem to find the beat.
Onto the subject, I've never been a MASSIVE Doctor Who fan but it was easy watching and I'd watch it if it was on and I agree with you, it's gone sooooo downhill. The stories have gone from cleverly weird to just full on stupid. I stopped watching halfway through when Matt Smith was the Doctor, pretty much when Clara joined because she irritated me. I've caught tiny parts of episodes with Peter Capaldi and they're just complete nonsense.
My favourite episode will always be Blink, back in the David Tennant days
(Then they brought the Weeping Angels back and managed to butcher them as well!)
Anywayyy, good piece and I'm really glad I was never a die-hard fan because I would be incredibly disappointed with where this show has gone.
I think it's even gone past the point of giving it a peaceful death.

Hullo! So this is pretty catchy and you've stuck to the parody tune pretty well. I don't agree with your opinion of Moffat because I personally loved his storylines, but your structure works well and you've made a good use of rhyme and repetition.
'I won't like that trash, let's burn the show to ash' << I'm not sure on the 'won't' in this or if the trash refers to the trash talk or the content of the show. I think changing it to don't would help make it more solid, but maybe a line to take another look at in general.
I also think you need a little more context behind what Moffat did wrong - maybe specific examples of characters you didn't like or you could try to reference an episode you thought particularly bad. At the moment there's not really a lot of clarity and the only audience for this poem is people who already dislike Moffat - there's not enough evidence/ persuasion to win other people over.
I think a few more Doctor Who references would be nice as well. This shouldn't just stand as a parody, it should also be a celebration of some of the better parts of Dr. Who. The parts you'd like to see saved.
It's a fun little piece overall but maybe next time keep it more canon and parody here come the drums?

While I really love Doctor Who, it has fallen a bit since Moffat took over. Moffat is a great writer, but Doctor Who isn't exactly for him.
The show actually treated women better back in the '60s. It doesn't really pass the Bechdel test anymore, which really sucks.
Though, if you like Moffat, that's fine. He does a great job with a lot of his other shows.
It's fine if you don't like Moffat, but I just felt like this parody exaggerated some of his downfalls... a lot. I personally prefer him to RTD, and feel that the RTD era in general is put on a pedestal. Also, I feel quite the opposite on your opinion that Doctor Who isn't for him. He has a better understanding of who the Doctor is than RTD did, I think.
Anyway, while you're free to express your thoughts on Moffat, I just felt that your parody fell into hyperbole.
Oh, it was supposed to exaggerate! My sister's fiance doesn't really like Moffat and this was sort of for him.

Well, yeah, I didn't say the discussion was particularly good. But the actual article is pretty good, IMO.
To me, the most interesting thing is that overall, the pass rate of the Moffat era is a bit lower than the RTD era, but if you look at the episodes they wrote, Moffat's pass more.
Hmm. I got most of my things from my mother (who said she'd send me the links later and never did) so this is rather interesting. However, Moffat's writing isn't as... gripping as RTD's was. I find myself uninterested when watching his episodes, which is really weird because I really like Doctor Who.

Matt Smith is adorable and I love him.
Both have had their ups and downs, but Moffat was much more consistent. RTD wrote both my favorite and least favorite stories ever. Moffat wrote some really outstanding stories, and some that aren't really bad, but not anything special.
