There was once a land far away,
Now a seemingly impossible dream.
The ground was cloaked in beet red grass,
Blowing in one direction or another,
Bending before the wind.
The mountains stood tall,
Red with grass until their peaks turned snowy.
The trees had leaves of silver that looked aflame when catching the light of twin suns.
The sky was a beautiful orange.
In this land was a great city of astounding architecture,
Towering spires encased by a mighty glass dome.
This city home to a race called the Time Lords was Gallifrey.
That land is gone now.
Destroyed by the chaos of war.
Of the Time Lords only one has survived.
He travels the universe in the last Tardis now.
Protecting the innocent and prosecuting the guilty.
Many a time have we been saved,
by that lonely last Time Lord named
The Doctor.

Now a really nice thing about your poem is the narrative nature. I love narrative poems and stories. So this one hooked me till the end. It was short, simple yet deep. I was interested in it till the point i read the last word. That's one great thing about your poem. But I feel if you would have given your poem the title "The Doctor" instead of "The Lost Land" it would have been better. But that's just me. I also liked the way you described the land in your poem.

Overall great piece of work!
Keep writing!

Wow, where'd you get this idea? Love it! I'm also a fan, and I really think that you captured all our imaginations! I don't have anything to say except to repeat previous reviewers, so...great structure and writing--just break up the lines a bit. Also remember that TARDIS is an acronym
I loved this! It kept me hooked and it was very intriguing!

If you could break up the lines a little more, I think it can be called a poetry. Only nitpicks I found is that, it kind of narrated like a story but nonetheless, I loved it!
This was something very different from any other poetry I've read, so well done! ^^
Keep Writing, mate!
