"Questions"
Who am I?
Am I lost in the game?
I can’t understand why,
But everything leads to despair.
My emotions, my mind,
My thoughts and my heart.
Everything turns to black.
All the people I know,
Will they ever understand?
There’s a big, black hole
And it seems to block my way.
Every action that took place,
Nothing can erase what I have made,
Making a fool of myself.
Why am I even here?
What’s the meaning of this world?
I feel like the end is near,
And I’m humming the same song.
First you amaze me,
Then you ignore me,
Then you pretend to know my story.
I’m still here, all soaked in the rain,
I think the umbrella is now needed.
For everyone it’s a sunny day,
Because the rain clouds are in my heart, still hidden.
Something happened, something broke.
Am I still humming the same song?
Because I can’t seem to remember the words.
What just happened?
Who are you?
Is this the end?
Is this truth?
It’s not simple, it’s not fair.
All I feel is this pain.
Day after day, only pain.
Just take away my heart!
It’s yours now!
I don’t want to feel like that!
It’s really no fun.
I am yearning for colours,
I am yearning for some light
But everyday is the same, old fight.
What’s this feeling?
I don't know.
What am I doing?
Is this right or is it wrong?
I don’t know.

I feel like this is a poem we can all relate to. I sometimes ask myself these daily questions. Or I'll look at myself in the mirror and just wonder, why I exist and how I exist. So, I feel Like I can relate to this poem very much.

Hi hi! Sorry I am so tired right now and can barely keep my eyes open, so i am just going to leave a lil rant on why i liked this. onto the review ~~~~~
I seriously loved this poem. Like, it hit in a way I wasn’t expecting. The tone was so cold and honest, and it didn’t try to be soft or comforting it just said what needed to be said. I liked how it felt like a conversation but also like a breakdown, like someone was just done with everything and finally letting it out. The lines about being greedy and eating people whole? That was wild. It felt like a metaphor but also kind of literal, and I loved that mix. The part where it says “you could rot, you could die, and no one would bat an eye” that stuck with me. It’s harsh, but it’s real. And the ending? “You are only a product of the human brain.” That was so creepy and weird and perfect. It made me think about how people act like they’re above everything but really we’re just… thoughts. I don’t know, I’m too tired to go full analysis mode but I just really liked it. It felt like something I’d write if I was mad and sad and thinking too much.
ok yeah now i am done and going to go to bed. Thank you so much for making this poem!
Love,
Hop
Aaa thank you so much! Idk why but I think the site bugged and it shows like you commented on my other work, "Questions" even tho the comment is about "The human we all are" lol. But still thank you so much! I'm so glad you enjoyed it and it hit hard! And thank you for thanking me it's so sweet!!!
Please, have mercy on an emotional little girl like me T_T
Happy review month! into the review! :]
GOD YOU ARE AWESOME
I just cannot, you are so amazing and talented. Your poems are always so emotional but not to the point where it's too much, it's like so perfect. It shows the woe the author is experiencing without going crazy with the sadness.
"Something happened, something broke.

Because I can’t seem to remember the words."
If I wasn't in class right now, I would have just died when I read this. This is my favorite line, it's hard to describe how it makes me feel in words but ahhhdwjbhjccbdshvcsdd
You are so amazing, keep up the great work. Mwah Mwah

Waaah thank you so much! I'm so glad you like it and see it like that! Thank youuu!!
Hi! My name is CATS and welcome to YWS! I decided to review your poetry! Also, CONGRATS on your first ever poem! Let's dive in, shall we?
I love the questions at the start. The beginning flows along really well, in my opinion. Great work on this. The narrator is hopeless...about something or someone. Awesome job.
The details are extraordinary!!! Why did you choose black? I'm curious lol. I would've done grey, since it is gloomy, but black works just as well too
This can be made into a song. My brain was singing it lol. My question is why is there one rhyme only? You would be great adding a bit more! This part is full of emotions...flowing eternally...smoothly...AWESOME!
This is from personal experience? It's full of pain and sorrows. The narrator is getting tired of life and started wondering what its purpose was. The second part reminds me of friends. They can be fake or real. Toxic or pure. Only time would tell. This is my favorite part so far!
I like the syllable and the pattern here, it works well with each other! A question always sets the mood too.
Questions about life. Sometimes you don't want to die, sometimes you despair. It happens all the time. The emotions are great, thick in the narrator's voice.
I spell 'colours' like 'colors' but it might be different in different areas, I don't really know. It is really no fun lol. Light fixes everything, I would be too.
Aww...at the end...after the whole journey, all the narrator knows is...I don't know. That's so sad. I hope someone will support him or her, guide towards the light. Follow the light...I say.
OVERALL: Wow. I think you are really good at writing poems, Bluuru! You can write your feelings into poems, they don't judge!! Keep writing poems, I'll be glad to review them! Awesome job on a first work!!!! I adored it.
Happy Writing and Review Month!!!
Sincerely,
CATS
Omg WOAH. That's like the best and the most precise review I ever got. Also yeah sorry for badly spelled words but english is not my first language and now I'm too lazy to check if I'm spelling words correctly. But Yeah! I know I need to work on rhymes, sometimes I just write and write and words are just falling out of me and I'm forgetting to rhyme correctly. Also I chose black and not grey cause black means emptiness and this feeling is very familiar to me. And omg you really think it's smooth? I'm so glad! And yeah it's mostly personal experience. I write my feelings cause it's easier to understand what I feel after I write it! Again, thank you so much! I'll post another poem today, I'm waiting for your review!
I used to review so bad lolll I love your writing. Keep going my friend!!
