I'm not going to make false promises again this year, but I do hope I write at least 5,000 words this month. I want to have THSJ 2.0 done by January---we'll see how realistic that is!

Thanks @Spearmint!! "Auburn" refers to two things in the novel: the color of the main female character's hair and the brand of car that one of the other characters drive. I promise its important to the plot and not just character traits that happened to be similar!

Yesterday, I wrote 153 words. I topped it off today with 1646 words!
