I'm assuming they're all in similar areas of the city, but not the same alley since Bobby wouldn't overlook any whole-ass person, as paranoid as he is. Correct me if that's wrong.

I was originally thinking they would be in the same exact alleyway, but it probably would be easier having the three characters who have shown up so far being in different alleyways. >> I'd be down for them all being in incredibly nearby alleyways—maybe adjacent or parallel ones, or ones right across the street. Close enough that they could see each other if they stepped out into the street.

I mean, Bobby is on a rooftop. He's probably gonna run into the vigilante/villain before he notices a couple of otherwise none-of-his-business looking strangers.

Maybe there's something to draw them to the same place? Maybe a vigilante and a villain are fighting and the others kinda get hearded by the fight into the same general place?

Hey, Mage! I have a quick question. Are fantasy species allowed in this roleplay? If not, that's okay. I was just wondering!

That's a good idea! I'll come up with something to get everyone's attention by tomorrow and throw that in as soon as everyone has their first posts up.

And they're very allowed! You just would want to be prepared to have your character probably hide being a fantasy species at some point, since Gotham has a no meta rule and that would definitely make them stand out.

@HarryHardy, @WeepingWisteria, and @SilverNight, how are your characters and first posts coming along? It's totally chill if you haven't started them yet, but I wanted to make sure this rp kept moving along. :)

I am trying to decide between a couple of character combos actually xD

I've been really want to use this female version of Harry from wayyyyy back when he was actually in his teens. I just don't know if I want to that version of Harry and Susie or Vankous. I will throw them in there as soon as I make some sort of decision.

I'm just trying to figure out how to write Lin's species in a way that meshes with the roleplay. Once the sun goes down, he turns into a brown bear. Is that okay? Would that mess things up?

Interesting choices, Harry! I can see any of those characters being fun. :)

And I'm not sure. >> If he no longer has any sentience as a brown bear at night, I can see that theoretically being a problem because this roleplay will be heavily set at night due to it being when Gotham is the most Gotham-like.

(And when the vigilantes usually come out.)

If he does still have sentience, that might work! I can see it being difficult if our characters needed to seem normal at any point in time, though, so it might be better to pick a different character for this.

(If you're looking for a roleplay to throw Lin into, though, Wayward Travelers might be a better fit! The turning into a bear at night wouldn't cause as much of a problem there.)

Alright! I have another character whose inhumanity is easier to hide. She just wears a backpack and boom, she looks perfectly human! She does have wind and water bending powers. Is that alright?
