Alright, mobile theme is ready for testing! And it needs testers.

Please:
- Report bugs
- Share screenshots of the bug where applicable
- Say what device you're using and browser (e.g., Apple iPhone 16, Safari)

Bugs include not only stuff that doesn't work, but also stuff that you think could look better. The aim is 100% parity with the desktop site. If you're worried if something is too small to report, don't be. Let me make that judgment call.

Edit

An earlier version of this post was calling for beta testers. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered it wasn't possible to show the desktop version for most while gating the mobile version.

Shoot. It's not going to work gating it for some but not for others due to some big design changes.

So, sorry everyone. You're a member of the mobile beta.

I can if a tablet would help! I almost never use my phone, though.

Ha - nvm. Will tell you if anything is funky.

haha, if I rotate then I see all the mobile view stuff.

Only odd thing so far is what's in the screenshot. Android, chrome.

@Meshugenah ->> So those are supposed to be popular links; the most popular forums for easy reference. But maybe I should just scrap them...

@AlexWrites ->> That will be fixed today! Getting rid of the blogs section totally and merging it with Profiles.

@bladassare ->> That should be fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.

Ooooh. They're also the first 4 forums on the list, thus I want sure start was going on.

Another mobile bug, not sure if it's my tablet or in general: I could not get a keyboard to come up on word weave while on mobile view. I tried everything I could think of for a couple minutes, but no dice. If I have a keyboard connected it worked fine.

Not sure if this is a bug, per se, but what is the lead story supposed to be? Is it supposed to be this random test work from 2008?

@niteowl ->> lol, yes. Blame @Snoink for advertising it on her wall.

@Meshugenah ->> That makes sense. If you were seeing the desktop version on a mobile device, there is currently no way to type in letters. I'll fix that oversight. Thanks for letting me know!
