Fear Academy (Started but still accepting)

Welcome to the year 2013. You are a student at Paramen Academy, a high class boarding school located high in the fogy Rocky mountains (minimal sunshine).The school is miles from the next town and is isolated by the surrounding mountains. Then, the news that shocked the world. Vampires walk this earth. The students and staff were shocked as the rest of the planet but business went along as usual. That is, until a young man was found feeding on a sophomore girl. He was immediately turned over to the proper authorities, but everyone knows: if there is one vampire in the school, there are others here too. Suddenly no one can be trusted. Students are terrified an to be honest so are the teachers as they all begin to turn on each other. Then there are the vampires. Felling wronged by the capture of there comrade (he wasn't even going to kill the girl) and scared that they may face the same fate, the vampires must stick together more than ever. Not to mention that they need to feed and with all the suspicious eyes glaring at them, it is near impossible to get a good meal. And what of the rumors of romance between the mortals and the immortals?

Vampires
These are not the twilight vampires. Their eyes are red and they wear contacts to hide this from the humans. They must feed on the blood of humans in order to survive. The amount of time each can go without blood varies depending on their level of discipline (max being three mounts and no more) They are immortal, indestructible, cold skinned, and have great strength. They can go into the sun light as long as they use a special sunscreen developed to protect them but it only last an hour before needing to be reapplied. THEY CANNOT FEED ON ANIMALS SO NO ONE SAY THAT OR THE MONSTERS WILL GET YOU!

Humans
These are the average humans who live at the Academy. They can be students or staff or whatever you want. Remember, the humans recently learned about the vampires and know that they are in the school. Many of the students and staff are suspicious of each other (and the actual vampires) so be sure to incorporate the fear and mistrust in your post. Also, the Academy is for very rich and exclusive kids (high school age) though you can have kids with more humble back rounds as long as you explain how they were able to come to the school (e.g the student is very smart/good athlete and got a scholarship)

2. Try your best to keep the cursing to a minimal. Here and there is okay but just not every other word.
3. No god modding.
4.Sex drugs are allowed. I want this to be realistic with the teenagers but do not over do it. I do not want this to be fifty shades of gray or anything. I will give you a warning if you are over doing it but if you do not listen, I reserve the right to kick you out.

Name: Anna Haring

Age: 300 years old and appears to be 17
Appearance: Anna has dark hair and red eyes. When she wears her contact, she has blue eyes. Anna is tall and thin with pale skin (of course). She has a soft smile and comes off as very sweet (which she is). She normally wears a black skirt, knee high stockings, black shoes, and a red top.

Personality: Anna is one of the sweetest person you could meet. She is generous and kind and will help anyone who needs it. But, when her friends are in danger she will do anything to protect them. She is very responsible and sometimes can be described as a kill joy on her worst days. She is strong minded and is very adamant when she makes a decisions to the point of being stubborn. She has excellent restraint regarding her need for blood and can go two months without feeding.
History: Anna was born 300 years ago in the Massachusetts colony. Her mother died in labor and her father blamed her for him being forced to raise her and her two sisters all alone. Her father was a blacksmith but mostly just stayed home and drank all day. When she was 16 her sisters moved out and she was left alone to try to make ends meat. At least keep the bank from taking the house. Then one night her father was drinking and he punched her in the stomach. She ran out of the house and into the park. She cried in the moonlight until a man appeared next to her. She looked up to see the most beautiful man she had ever seen. He sat next to her and, in a soft voice, asked why she was crying. She sobbed on his shoulder as she told him all about her father and how alone she felt and how she felt like no one cared for her. The young man looked at her "don't worry," he said, "I know how to make it all better."
"How?" she asked.
He learned in and she thought he was going to kiss her but instead his teeth sunk into her neck. She thought this was the end but when he finally let go of her she was somehow still alive. She was trembling as he cut his wrist and had her drink. She blacked out after that and awoke a vampire. She never saw that man again. She wondered around until she joined a clan and after 300 years, she became the leader. The clan moved around and she decided it best to move somewhere isolated but still with a constant food supply. Paramen Academy seemed like the perfect place for her and her family. That is, until they were found out.

Appearance:she has black silk hair that covers one of her eyes that are red, she just tells people that she's wearing contacts, at all times pale skin and dresses in dark colored cloths along with a trench coat and steel tied boots.
Personality:Silent, isolate, and a bit aggressive
History:She was once a great Master's servant and way back then and one day when she was up cleaning for her master she accidentally stumbled in on him while in his library and he didn't seem right so she just brushed around him and tried to continue her work but he had grabbed her arm and pulled her back towards him she kept her face turned to he side away from him not willing to meet his eyes though she pry should've. He then stroked her neck and leans towards her she was surprised but always suspected that her master was always quit fond of her then she felt a sharp pain and he had on that night nearly killed her but had changed her instead since he really did have something for her or maybe just for her blood, but afterwards he left her out fa from him and she lived on fending for herself learning how to hide her powers.

Name: Tatsel Lunatone (Fellow vamps call him Morpheus behind his back)
Gender: Male
Species: Vampire
Age: Actually 420, but appears 19
Appearance: Naturally tall, skinny as a rail, with long dark hair. His contacts are hazel. His hair's down to his waist and tied up in a braid. He has a rather sly smile that often spells mischief when the left corner makes a dimple appear, so it's best to be careful when around him.
Personality: In all, he's a mischievious type of vampire. Always ready to cause mischief and laugh it up until it hurts. However, he has a soft spot for the ladies. In fact, he's more of a lady's man when around women- human and immortal alike.
History: He once was the son of a bladesmith and a healer in his mortal life. He was the only child and lived in a peaceful life until he was turned against his will two days after he turned nineteen. Originally he was a quiet person, but since his change he was full of mischief and completely like a rule-breaker. Even now, he's a rule-breaker and considered to be the school bad boy.
Up for love: Yep. He's straight, but he believes he might be bi since he can't keep his eyes off mortal boys his physical age.
Other: He's often found reading works from Edgar Allan Poe, his most favorite author.

Her hair is blonde and wispy, body small just reaching 5’2. She smiles very infrequently, and usually has ink or paint tangled in her hair or splattered on her cloths.

Personality: (Be descriptive.) Ian enjoys expensive perfume, coffee, and nail art. She’s a pretty smart and perceptive person, originally attending Paramen on an academic scholarship. She likes to paint and dance in her free time and usually attempts to ruin as much of her expensive clothing with it as possible. She is a lover of the supernatural and the occult, usually keeping a deck of tarot cards on her person. She’s happiest when she is alone, and is not really a people person. Ian has acquaintances, not friends. She is a bit of a dare devil and quite reckless. Almost as if she was born without the instinct of self-preservation or maybe she’s just self- destructive with an addiction to adrenaline and pain. She has a temper and can be unreasonable, and blunt to the point of being rude. She can be fiercely loyal and is extremely independent.

History: (Details please) Lillian Adams was born dirt poor. Her parents were in their Jr. of high school when she showed up to the party. Mom had to drop out to take care of her and Dad was stand up enough to stick around and get a job to support his family. Lily’s Mom had been on her way to becoming a successful ballerina, but had to give that dream up. Didn’t stop her from throwing her daughter into lessons, though Lillian didn’t mind, she had her own passion for dancing.

When Ian got to Jr. high she discovered her love of painting, soon after though, her Mother disappeared. Lillian gave up dancing and paint in her depression, spending all her time studying to keep her mind from thinking about it. She applied for a scholarship at Paramen, and was accepted. Soon after, her Mother turned up with the rich boyfriend she’d run off with offering clothing and jewelry as an apology.

Lillian wasn’t interested, the betrayal and abandonment warping her personality into some one bitter and rebellious. She rejected her mother’s offer to come live with her, but soon after the Vampire scandal her Father disappeared. Lillian knew he had been seeing some mysterious woman and presumed she was a vampire who had stolen her father from her. Lillian now lives with her mother and new Step father in their too big house(when out of school), and had given her scholarship to someone who needs it now that she can afford to pay the tuition.

Hey trickseed, in your post, it said that your character lives with her mom. As in she doesn't live in the school or she lives with her mom when she is out of school. The students are all boring there and i just wanted to clear that up

yup and regarding roommates, that is your choice. If you and another person decide that you two want to be roommates that works. You could say that your parents payed for a private room or you could have a npc be your roommate your choice and i figured we could sort that all out when we get more participation.

Age: 18

Appearance: Chase has dark brown hair that passes right over his eyes. He has sun-kissed tan skin and a muscular build, mainly due to working out every day. He never smiles like a normal person; he usually smiles a half-smile or smirk. You’ll see him wearing jeans and high-tops, and a jock white plain shirt.

Personality: Chase is the definition of smart, athletic, and cocky. He’s the school jock, smooth around girls, and is probably the most chill. He is a party person, always liking to play around. He’s smart though, gets all A’s and B’s in school. In his free time, he is either skateboarding or playing football/basketball. He’s usually the one to throw parties.

Chase has a weak-spot though. Despite his looks and charm, he doesn’t like when people talk about his mother (will talk about in history) and will use his power against them. He likes kids, but has his groupies. People usually want to be him, but he usually wants to be them.

History: His mother died when he was six in a car crash. The only thing he has left of her is a charm necklace that he keeps in his locker. His father is a police officer and he’s an only child, trying to take his father proud. His father was the jock in school just like him. He’s been at the academy, but isn’t scared of the vampires. He's a great athlete, and that's how he got in. He's the captian of the school football team.

Up for love: He’s mostly into girls, but is bi if he really thinks he connects.
