It starts storming and she stirs in her sleep, product of a nightmare. Hoping I could calm her, I slip in beside her without waking her and wrap my arms around her, lightly kissing her forehead.
"S'alright, Rayah," I whisper, "You're safe. It's just a storm. You're fine."
