I stand in the front of the huge white house. It is huge and beautiful. Everyone piles into the house and does not grab their bags. I grab my two suitcases and my guitar out of the back and walk into the house. I hear the Katie scream and run to her. “There only two rooms.” She complains. “These are not going to be big enough to hold all my clothes. I roll my eyes and put my bags one the queen size bed and unzip my bags. This room is huge. It has three queen size beds in it and three walk- in closets. I grab a few hangers and start to hang up my clothes and put my clothes up. I look over to Katie who is pacing back and forth around the room. I look over at Zoey and we giggle a little.

Once I am done I decide to explore. The house is two stories high. I pass the room the guys are in and find the kitchen. It has beautiful marble counter tops and dark wooden cabinets. There is a big table at the end of the kitchen, where I guess we will eat out meals. I pass the kitchen and walk into the living room. It has I beautiful leather couch and two seats to match. “Nice.” I say out loud. I heard something rolling, so I walk toward the hallway. I see Kale coming at me on his skate board and have no time the move. He tramples me to the ground. “Sorry my fault.” I say getting up. I reach out my hand to help him, but he pushes it away.

“Yes it is.” He says. I ignore the comment and walk back to my room to help Zoey and Katie unpack.

When I enter the room Zoey stares at me. “What happened to you.” She asks.

“I just got tramped by Kale on his skate board.” I say. She touches me head. “Does it look bad?” I ask her.

I watch the kids enter the house. They are a strong group of teenagers and I know that there is going to be a bumpy road ahead, but there powers are just fighting there way out. I decide to wait about a half hour before I go to meet them. They need a chance to settle down. I had the pleasure of talking to each one of their parents beforehand to hear from them what teaching them will be like. Their personalities are strong and well developed. I can tell by the thing I have heard that these children are going to go far.

After a half hour, I begin to cross the street to their house. I hear a big plop on the on the floor. I knock on the door, but no one answers. I knock again, still not answer. I begin to bang on the door, and finally someone comes to the door. She is a blonde girl. “Hi.” I say reach out my hand.

She takes it. “Lydia.” She says.

“Nick McFarland. I am going to be you teacher.” I say. “May I come in?” I ask.

She looks unsure, but she opens the door wide. “Sure, come one in.” She says

I run to the door when I hear a knock. I open up the door and I see a man in a suit. “Hi.” He says.

“Hey.” I say.

“ I am your teacher. Nick McFarland.”he says extending his hand.

“Lydia.” I say shaking his hand.

“May I come in?” he asks.

“Um, sure.” I say and I open the door. He walks in. “Let me go get everyone.” I say. He nods his head and sits down on the cough. I walk in to my room. “Katie, Zoey. Our teacher is here.” I say. They look at me and tilt their heads. I shrug my shoulders. “I don't know either. He is waiting in the living room.” They nod there heads and head into the living room. I walk down the hallway to the guys room and knock on the door. Nile comes to the door. “Hi.” I say.

“Hey.” He says leaning against the door frame.

“Our teacher is waiting for us in the living room. Can you come meet him with us?” I ask.

“Sure. Come on Kale.” He says yelling in the room. I hear a huge whine from inside the room. Nile rolls his eye. I cover my mouth to keep from laughing and Nile just smiles. When kale walks out of the room he looks at me and keeps walking. “Whats up with him?” Nile asks.

“ Its me. He does not seem to like me to much.” I say smiling. Nile shrugs his shoulders and we walk in the living room and sit down on the cough.

“Hi everyone I am you teacher. Mr. McFarland.”

"A teacher, just perfect my worst enemy" Kale thought as he walked into the living room throwing himself onto the couch beside Katie and Zoey. Soon enough Nile and Lydia joined them.

"Hi everyone I am your teacher Mr. McFarland. Now that you know my name I would like to know yours. Let's start with you"

He point's his finger at Zoey.

"umm, I'm Zoey Wolff" She says stuttering a little. Mr. McFarland looks at Katie.

"Katie Black"

She smiles lights gleam in her perfect little teeth. He looks at Kale who is a bit preoccupied with his fingernails.

"Hmmh.."

Kale looks up realizing he didn't know what to do.

"What?" He asks and bites his fingernails.

"You must be Kale Sanders, is that correct?"

"Yeah" Kale says giving his new teacher a eye roll.

Once Lydia and the boy who should be Nile walk in, I am ready to really talk. “I am sure all of you are wondering why you have been sent hear. Am I correct?” I ask. They all nod you heads. “You were not sent hear because you are bad kid or because your parents are sick of you I can promise you that, but you are sent here because you are special.” I say. They look confused. “You all have Psychic Powers.” I say.

“What? That’s crazy.” Katie says. “That is a lie.”

“Hey I do not expect you to believe me, but you do. We are going to test your strengths in a day or two. I am going to let you settle in.” I say. “I know this is going to be a big shock for you, but it will sink in over time.” I get up and bid my good-byes. “I will see you tomorrow.” I stand up and head towards the door. “Lydia will you come lock the door?” She nods and walks zombie like towards the door. I whisper in her ear. “I want you to be strong for them, okay?” I say to her. She nods at me and close the door when I leave.

I nod and lock the door. How am I going to be strong when I feel so weak? I turn and slide down the down and sit. I sigh. Do I believe him? I think I do. Why would he come in our house and tell us lies? I just don't know. He is right though, I need to be strong for them. I can feel the shock factor in the room. I stand up and walk in to the living room. Katie is passing around the room and Zoey just sits there like I statue. I look at Nile who is leaning against the wall and Kale who is standing with his arms crossed. I walk is slowly. “Is everyone okay?” I ask. They just look at me.

“We just found out we are crazy by so random person we do not know. How do you think we are doing?” Kale says.

“I can imagine shocked, but you do not have to be rude.” I say.

“Well what are we suppose to do, believe him? How stupid are you?” He yells.

“What did I do to make you so mad.” I ask.

My mind was going crazy and here was this girl begging for a fight.

"You want to know what you did?"

"Yeah I really do" She was starting to look flustered.

"Okay I'll tell you"

Zoey stepped forward grabbing Lydia by the arm

"Come on guys lets not do this"

Lydia shook her hand off keeping her glare at Kale

"No, let him finish. Well go on or have you finally nothing to say"

I could feel the anger swelling up inside me like a time bomb ready to explode.

"You just had to stand there with you ugly face, just that could make anyone mad"

I could see her eyes fill up with tears, everything seemed still like time had suddenly stopped.

Without thinking I picked up my skate board and ran straight to the door opened it, went out and slammed it with every force in my body.

A gust of wind greeted me with shame and a disappointing feeling. It should make me feel better not worse.

Boarding away from the house, my mind wasn't with me and then because of the lack of concentration I fell.

They get in a fight and I run after Kale, seeing him fall. I hesitate before dragging him under a tree and leaning him against the trunk.

"Wake up." I encourage him.

Dawn was about to hit and I leaned on the trunk next to him, playing with my hair.

Sorry it is so long.

His words stab my heart. I have never been this effected by words, but coming from him they sting. When Zoey and Kale are out of the house, Nile and Katie just stare at me. “Are you okay?” Nile asks.
I lie and nod my head. I am really sad. I do not understand what I did to him. I run to my room. Katie comes rushing in and just looks at me.

“What was that all about?” She asks sitting down on the bed. I shrug my shoulders and grab my guitar. I feel bad for leaving her, but I do not want to cry in front of her. I walk up the stairs where I was going to go before Mr. McFarland came. I walk up the stair and with every step, tears are screaming to come out.

When I reach the top of the stairs, there is a huge room. It is wide and just a random open space. I sit down in the middle of the floor and just cry. Tears spring out of my eyes. I look up and see something off about the wall. I slowly get of the ground. I walk over to the wall and see a door painted to look the same color as the wall. Something I would not have seen if I was not looking close. I open it and find a hidden stair case. I grab my guitar case and walk up the stairs. I walk up there and find room with a balcony. I open the window/door and step out. The balcony is hidden bye a tree. It looks like you could walk on the trees, but I will not do that. I lean my back against the glass and open the case. I grab my black guitar and pick. I stroke it a few times to tone. I lay my head back and begin to sing.

“ You were standing in the wake of devastation
And you were waiting on the edge of the unknown
And with the cataclysm raining down
Insides crying "Save me now"
You were there, impossibly alone

Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure’s all you’ve known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go

And in a burst of light that blinded every angel
As if the sky had blown the heavens into stars
You felt the gravity of tempered grace
Falling into empty space
No one there to catch you in their arms

Do you feel cold and lost in desperation?
You build up hope, but failure’s all you’ve known
Remember all the sadness and frustration
And let it go. Let it go.” I breath is and out. When I sing, sadness just disappears. I stay up there for a few minutes and look at the moon. It is a full moon tonight. I put my guitar in the case and leave it up in the secret room that will be my hide away. I walk back down stairs and everyone is in bed asleep. I change and lay in my bed. What will tomorrow bring.

I open my eyes to find Zoey staring at me.

"Well finally" She says

I look around and realize that it had gotten darker.

"How long have I been out?" I ask clutching my head in my hands

"Half an hour, come on lets go into the house" She takes my hand and helps me up.

She starts walking toward the house when she turns around

"Aren't you coming?" She asks

"Yeah you go ahead"

She nods and runs inside the house, leaving me leaning up against the tree feeling ashamed of myself.

Why do I always do this, why do I always make a mess of things. Picking up my skate board I feel an instant pain in my shoulder.

Holding on to it I walk slowly towards the house. Once inside I go into the kitchen open the freezer and take out a frozen bag of beans.

Thrusting it against my shoulder I feel an instant soothing sensation I lay down on the sofa and before I know it I fall asleep, not looking forward to the day ahead.

I feel a pillow hit me in the head. “Shut up I am trying to sleep.” Katie moaned. Was I talking in my sleep.

“You are a crazy old man.” I hear in the other bed. “You don't know who you are dealing with.” Zoey says in her sleep. I crack up laughing.

“I said shut up.” Katie moans.

At first it was funny, but now it is getting old. I go over to the closet and throw a jacket on and begin to walk around the house. It is so different at night. The moon is casting shadows throw the darkness. It is beautiful. I go over to the living room and was going to sleep there, but Kale was there. I roll my eyes ans sigh. I would go into Nile's room, but that would be weird and I would feel uncomfortable. I go upstairs to my spot. I go outside on the balcony and the wind whips my hair back and forth. It much be three o'clock in the morning. I look up at the stars. The win is getting so forceful, I am about to fall. I quickly go back inside and close the balcony door. I go back to my room and get the I pod out of my bag and put the head phones in my ear. I turn the music up loud and listen to “Welcome to my life.” I smile. Zoey's words can not be heard.

I walk over to the house and knock on the door three times. I roll my eyes and use the key I have. I enter the house and shut the door behind me. I hear no feet shuffling, so I begin to walk around the house. I go to the living room and see Kale laying on the couch. I tap him on the shoulder. He does not move. “Kale wake up.” I begin to shake his shoulder. “Wake up.” I yell. He does nothing, so I walk to the kitchen. I get a glass of water and walk back. “Get up.” I try one more time, but nothing. I poor the water all over him and her darts up.

“What the heck man?” He asks.

“You were not waking up. Please go change and meet us in the dining room.” I say. I walk into Nile's room. “Nile wake up and meet us in the dining room.” I say from the door. He moans and walks to his closet. I smile and walk and knock the girls door. I crack the door “Girls wake up and meet us in the dining room.” I hear foot steps so I guess they have gotten up. I walk into the dining room where Kale and Nile sit. The girls come in and sit down at the table. “Okay we are going to see what your strong points are. You have all the powers but you are going to be good at one and bad at one. I am going to put you in a stimulation to see what you are good at. You are going to go through a series of test. They will go in this order aura reading, channeling, precognition, empathy and telepathy.”

I walk over to the bookshelf and get the machine off of it. “I will put you all in the simulation at the same time. You will all see the same thing, but not each other.” I say as I hook the instrument up to them. Once they are all hooked up, I press the button. “ I will see you all soon.” I say and I turn the nod to put them under and record their results and wait.

Hey sunwater, I just wrote mine waking up from it. I hope you feel better.

Lydia

My eyes jolt open and I sit in the living room and all the others are still in the simulation. Mr. McFarland pulls the wires off my head. “Whats going on. I can not remember anything.”

“You were the first on done. You are not going to remember anything.”

“What are my powers then?” I ask.

“You have all powers, I told you that.” He says.

“Well what am I best at?” I ask.

“You were best at Empathy and you struggled most with Precognition.” He says. “Have you ever felt that you could always tell how a person feels and who they are, without them telling you?” He asks.

“Yes.” I say.

“That is because you are very good at Empathy.” He says. “On the other hand you are not good at knowing the future.” He say. “The others should be done soon.” He says.

I wake up and look across the room and see that Lydia as talking to Mr. McFarland about something. I look around the room and see that everyone is still asleep they all look so peaceful and Kale looks so cutie when his is asleep. Then Mr. McFarland see's I'm awake and comes over "how are you feeling?"
" I'm ok maybe a little dizzy but less tired what happened?" I asked with a eager look awaiting the results of the test.
"It shows you are good at Telepathy and that could be a trouble maker for you and other people" he explained. "And you are bad at Channaling so you will have a hard time when I comes to talking to ghost and see them"
"Well I guess I could work with that and what is Telepathy?" I ask looking very interested.
"Well it is when you can hear people thoughts and sometimes send them out like I think you can" he said.
Lydia walks over to us and sits down on the arm of the chair and whispers something into Mr. McFarland ear then he look over to Nile who is waking up.
" Lydia can you look after Katie for a little bit?" he asked then he walked over to Nile and Lydia looked at me.

Nile Book

When I open my eye's Mr. McFarland walking across the room and takes the wires off my face."So how you feeling any dizziness or feel like puking because you where having a bad time with this" he said as he looked worried.
"I'm ok maybe I little sleep will help me is it ok if I go to my room for some more sleep?" I asked.
Mr. McFarland looked at me and turned to Lydia and called her over " you take Nile to his room he say's he is tired?" Lydia nodded and helped me out of the living room.
When I finally got layed down I looked at Lydia and see that she looks like she didn't have much sleep."Hay you look tired maybe you should take Kales bed for he didn't sleep in it last night I don't think he would mind."
