Psychic School (active please)

Mr. McFarland

Nile opens the door for me and I come in. I see that only Lydia and Nile are up right now. “Can you go wake the others up please?” I ask them. They nod and go. I wait in the living room until they get back.

“Nile you are good at Precognition and bad at Aura reading. Zoey you are good at Aura reading and bad at Empathy. I am sorry you got sick after the test.” I say. “We are going to work on channeling today. So we are going to go in a room up stairs and black out all the windows.”

“Why do we have to black out all the windows?” Katie asks.

“It decreases distractions and lets the only this light of the candle shine through. In order to embrace channeling, you much let your mind consider the fact that there are ghosts and be open to the concept. Most people ignore this. You have to relax your mind.” I say. “Lets go black out the rooms guys go get the black out paper in my car. I want Katie and Zoey to go get the tape and scissors from the kitchen. Lydia I want you go and clear out a room we can go in. The should be a room up there with one or two windows.” They all go in different directions.

20 minutes later

“Okay now that the room is blacked out, sit in a circle and cross your legs. I want you all to hold hands. It will make your connections stronger. Slowly breath and clear your mind.” I watch them breath in and out in unison. “I am going to call on the spirits. When you are strong enough, you can. But today, I will.” I take a beep breath. “Spirits will you please reveal yourself so we can help these children learn how to channel?”

Lydia

I sit on the floor in between Zoey and Nile. I hold there hands. We all take deep breaths and try to focus our minds. Mr. McFarland calls on the spirits. I feel the presences of them in the room. They are kind ones. I can almost feel there smiles, but the thoughts of ghosts being in the room creeps me out. My whole life I have been taught they are not real. It feels like one is trying to enter me, but I shake it away. “Do not be afraid Lydia.” Mr. McFarland says. “Let them in.”

“I am scared.” I whisper. Nile squeezes my hand. I nod and try to let them in. I can feel the spirit come into my body. It feels like a gust of wind in your face. The spirit fills my head with thoughts. It feels like I am being taken over. I am starting to worry. It hurts. My brain fills like it is going to burst. “I want it out.” I scream. Mr. McFarland runs over and places his hand on my head and it is gone. I cling to Nile. That feeling was horrible. I bury my face in his shoulder.

“Thank you Lydia.” Mr. McFarland said.

I do not move. I can not force myself to move. He blows out the candles and I can hear feet shuffling as most people leave. I must have missed all he said. I could not make myself listen. I was in shock.

Nile Book

Lydia does not want to let go of my arm after the ghost entered her body and freaked her out.Her touch was as cold as ice and when she touched my skin had goosebump on it. "Ok do you want to go sit in front of the fire heater and maybe warm up a little" I said.
She look at me and nodds and holds my hand I pull her to the living room "I had a feeling you want to talk to me this morning."

Lydia

He pulls me next to the fire and it warms my arms. We sit on the couch just a few feet away from the fire. I still hold his hand. He puts his arms around me and I lay my head on his chest.“I had a feeling you wanted to talk to me this morning.” he said.

I nod. “More like I just wanted to be near you.” I say. I look out of the window. It is dark outside. “How long were we up there?” I ask.

“Most of the day.” He says. His head rest on my head and we watch the fire.

katie Black

I was woken up by Zoey say are teacher was here to do a lesson and that we all meet in the living room. I put on a blue pixie dress on and head down stairs and sit beside a sleepy Kale. Then Nile and Lydia come in after and Mr.McFarland tell Nile and Zoey what they where good and bad at. Then he start saying we have to darken the windows for are lesson because it will help us concentrate.

20 min later

We are in this dark room and Mr McFarland ask Lydia to open up and let them in and after that she freaks out. She is so winney get it out get it out she screams and after that I can only call her a big baby. So I just leave before I hear what Mr.MacFarland says to everyone so i go to my room and get my jacket and go out side.After looking around I feel sleepy so I get in side and go to my bedroom and change and see that Lydia was nowhere i care no i was glad i didnt have to breath the same air was her.

Lydia

“Are you hungry to?” He asks.

“A little.” I say. I have not eaten all day.

“The teacher brought food for the others.” He says.

“Why did you not eat anything?” I say standing up. I hold his hand as we walk over to the kitchen.

“I wanted to make sure you were okay. I could not just leave you there.” He says. I stop and turn around. I put my arms on his shoulders and kiss him. He pulls away and smiles and kisses me again. We walk into the kitchen and see what there is to eat. I jump up and sit on the counter. “We can make sandwiches.” He says.

“I will get the bread.” I say. I open a door and pull out the bread. He gets the ham or “Canadian bacon” and all the toppings.

“What do you want on it?” He asks.

“Meat and cheese.” I says. After he is done, we sit at the table and eat.

10 minutes later

We go back and sit on the couch again. I lay my head on his lap and he plays with my hair. A chill rushes through me. I get up and grab a blanket and cover out legs up. I lay my head on his chest again and he lays his head on my head. My eyes get heavy and start to close. I fall asleep like that.

Hey guys I am Zoey now. Sorry it is weird, but I had to set up the scene for Lydia.

Zoey

After class Mr. Mcfarland brought us dinner and Katie, Kale and I ate at the table. No one talked very much. After that I just went upstairs and went to sleep. I was tired and did not want to do any thing, so I just went to sleep.

12:00 A.M.

I am awaken by a vibration sound. It goes on and off and on and off. I turn my night stand lamp on and see it is Lydia's phone vibrating over and over again. I get up and turn it off. I quickly fall back asleep.

The next morning

The sun light streams through the blinds and the birds chirp. I slowly arise and get out of bed. I see Lydia coming up the stair and I take her phone out of the dresser and place it in her hand. “It keep going off last night, I am sorry. I had to turn it off. I did not read anything.” I say.

“Thanks.” She says. She goes in her closet and changes clothes. Then quickly comes back out and goes down stairs. I see I have nothing better to do, so I plop back in the bed and go back to sleep again.

Lydia

I awake to a kiss on my forehead. I tilt my head up to see Nile sitting there playing with my hair. “Good morning.” He says.

“Morning.” I say. He gently kisses my lips. I smile.

“How are you?” He asks.

“Good, you?” I ask

“Good.” He says. “I am going to change and we can start making breakfast.” He says.

I sit up. “I need to change to and I will help you.” We nod and I go upstairs. I walk in my room and Zoey hands me my phone. She said it was buzzing a lot at 12 o'clock in the morning. She did not touch it. I thank her and run to change clothes and back. I turn my phone on walking down the stairs and I have three voice mails and twelve text messages. I call my voice mail.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” my phone screams. That is what all of the texts and voice mails say. I get a call instantly and it is my parents.

“Hello.”

“Happy birthday Lydia, we love you.” My whole family says.

“Thanks you. I will call you back later when I have more time. We are about to eat.” I say.

“Okay talk to you later we love you.”

“Love you to bye.” I click the end button and walk into the kitchen. I get the plates out of the cabinet and set them at the table.

“Who was that?” Nile asks stirring the eggs.

“ My parents.”

“That's good. Why they call you?”

“Just to say they miss me and hope I am having fun.” I say. I wrap my arms around his shoulder and kiss him. “I told them I was doing great.” I say and he smiles and we continue to make breakfast.

Kale Sanders

laying on my bed my hands under my head as I think about how yesterday had gone, was I really going to believe this crap.

I stand up and dress in the same clothes as always. Hopping on my board and roll out of the room. Picking it up I walk into the living room.

An awesome smell is coming from the kitchen, but before I enter I hear giggling Lydia kind of giggling.

"Well isn't it the two love birds" I say and smell the eggs on the pan.

They got quiet as soon as I walked in, the silence made me uncomfortable. They were still mad after what had happened couple of days ago.

"Don't mean to disturb this.. What ever this is so keep doing what you are doing" I shake my head and roll out of the room.

Outside

I could just leave, I wouldn't even be missed. I start boarding down the street trying to go as far as I could.

Zoey


I get up and change into a pair of shorts and a tank top. I lase of the tennis shoes and start to stretch. I need to get out of the house, so I decide to go for a run before the teacher gets here. I go down stairs and close the door behind me. I grab a water bottle out of the fridge and walk out the front door.

When I get outside I begin to run, just run. I run as fast as I can and do not stop. I see someone in front of me that looks like they are floating in midair. I sprint to see what is. I get closer and closer and see it is Kale on his skate board. Is he out here to get away to? I want to catch up with him, but I would not know what to say. I turn the next corner I see, so I will not run into him. I just keep running and running. I feel the drops of sweat run down my face, but I do not care. I stop at the stop sign to catch my breath and get a drink of water and Kale flies by on his skate board. So much for not running into him. I start to run back to the house.

AT THE HOUSE

I go inside and run upstairs to shower. I turn the water on and go back in my room to get a change of clothes. Katie is still sleeping. I go into the bathroom and shower. After I get out, I dry my hair and braid it back. I put on Grey shorts and a pink T shirt. I trot back down stair and get some yogurt out of the fridge and sit out in the garden. I can not find some one I really like in the house. I know Lydia and Nile are a thing now and Katie does not really like anyone, but there is still Kale. He probably would not like me. I just sit out in the garden. I will stay out here until I am forced to come in.

Nile Book

I wake up and see that me and Lydia feel asleep on the couch and Lydia is still sleeping so I kiss her on the forehead.“Good morning.” I says.

“Morning.” she says. I gently kisses my lips. She smiles.

“How are you?” I ask.

“Good, you?” she asks

“Good.” I say. “I am going to change and we can start making breakfast.” I say and i go up stairs to get some clean cloths on. Then tip toe out of the room and down stairs to start some eggs with some salt and green onion.“Who was that?” I ask well stirring the eggs.

“ My parents.”

“That's good. Why they call you?”

“Just to say they miss me and hope I am having fun.” she said. she wrap my arms around my shoulder and kisses me. “I told them I was doing great.” she says and I smile and we continue to make breakfast.

Kale pops his head in and says "Well isn't it the two love birds." Then me and Lydia just look at him and say nothing."Don't mean to disturb this.. What ever this is so keep doing what you are doing" he shakes his head and rolls out of the room.

then I smell something burning and see it is the eggs "Lydia I think I'm burning the eggs so can you take over" I say looking embarrassed.

Lydia

Kale walks in and I pause. “So keep doing what you are doing.” He says. I roll my eyes and lay my head on Nile's shoulder.

“Lydia, I think I am burning the eggs. So you can take over.” I look over and the eggs are smoking like crazy. I pick the pan up off the over and turn the heating level down. He makes me smile. Just everything he does makes me like him more and more.

He looks embarrassed. “I don't know about you, but I like my eggs better this way.” I say he laughs. I put the eggs back on and flip them over. The other half is back. “Just like home.” I say. He rolls his eye. “No I mean we always had burnt eggs because no one could cook.” I say.

My phone buzzes again. I pick it up. “Happy birthday.” it read. I turn my phone up. I hate those texts and I want to spent time with Nile. I finish cooking the eggs and put them on two plates and leave the rest if someone wakes up soon. I sit with Nile at the table and we talk for a long time until I hear a knock at the door.

Mr. McFarland

I knock on the door and Nile answers it. I go into the house and set my stuff in the living room and call everyone in. “Where is everyone?” I ask as I walk into the kitchen.

“I think Katie is still asleep, Zoey is outside and Kale left a half hour ago.” Lydia says to me.

“Well we need to get them because we are doing telepathy today.” I say. They nod and go get everyone. I would try to communicate with Kale, but that is his weakest power. I close my eyes and try to see where he will next be. I see him zooming past a corner a street not to far away from the house. I run outside and jump in my car and go to get him. I see him pass the street and honk the horn and he falls for the board. “Sorry I needed to get your attention.” I say.

“You could of got out of the car.” He said. I grab his hand and pull him up.

“Sorry get in the car.” I say. He does and we zoom back to the house.

When we get there, I see all of the kids in the living room. “Great you are all here. Today we are going to work on communication of the mind. It is easy for people who are close and harder for people who put themselves away for other or do not talk much.” I say. “The best way to start off is to take your partner's hands, close your eyes and talk to them without word of mouth. One of you will have to be with me because there is an odd number.” I say. Lydia and Nile partner up and the rest slowly get up.

Katie Black

I wake up to some one hammering my door saying "get up we have a lesson right now so get dressed now!!!!"
' Ok calm down I'll be there don't worry ok just leave me alone" I say getting up and walking into the pick dress section and randomly picked one and changed.As i got down stair I was partnered with Zoey for a Telepathy lesson and ofcorse Nile and Lydia where together.

Nile book

When the class started I was sending a message to Lydia and she was trying to receive it. I was sending "why is your phone keep going off it went off 12 time well we where eating breakfast."

Lydia

I hold his hands and I try to concentrate. I hear a voice inside my head. “Why did your phone keep going off? It went off twelve times when we were eating.” He says.

“Its nothing, really.” I say back.

“It does not look like nothing.” He says. His voice rings in my head.

“Nile, I am not doing anything behind your back. I care about you to much for that.” I say.

“Then what did the messages say?” He asks.

“Happy Birthday. They said Happy Birthday.” I say.

“Oh.” he say.

“Yes I would not do anything to you.” I says.

“Why didn't you tell me?” He asks.

“ I was never big on birthdays. I just never had a good birthday I guess.” I say.

“I am sorry.” He says.

“It is fine. Don't worry about it.” I open my eyes and kiss his cheek.
