Fidelis takes me to the bed and sets me on his lap behind the canopy.

"You and I had kissed each other once, then twice, but that was it. The first time I kissed your lips, it felt like I was caught in some kind of intimate passion. My first taste of your lips against mine, it was unforgetable." He says.

I flash a smile, unable to stop myself from blushing a little. He lays down with me in his arms and sets my lips on his neck.

"You might not remember, but you tasted my blood before you left me. If it helps refresh your memory more, taste my blood like you did the first time. Take it slow, but don't take too much to kill me." He tells me.

I hesitate before sinking my fangs into his skin, doing so just because he wanted. My mind is blown, the taste bringing so much clarity back.

I kind of like it

I sighed as he tasted my blood. I felt caught in the midst of a sweet surrender, almost like Arlan was me and I was Allan. My chest heaved as he slowly drank from me. When I was sure he took enough from me, I tapped his shoulder. When he let go, I didn't bother getting up. I just laid there holding him. "I might need to rest to recover my blood. Care to join me in a little nap?"

It takes a few moments for me to process what he's asked, the esctacy of his blood still in affect.

"Yeah," I nod, closing my eyes, "Sorry."

I cupped his shoulder in my hand as I slept. Like before Arlan came, I was haunted by the same nightmare. However, this one had more to it. Anubis came with Maat at his side. I told them respectfully that I was at peace now. Maat shook her head and told me I was lied to. Allan was dead, but Osiris had mercy and pitied my suffering, granting Allan a new life in the body of another immortal who had the name I bestowed upon Allan. Anubis warned me that there would be another threat which will ultimately test me of my loyalty to the gods and devotion to two fellow immortals. Before I knew it, Maat ordered me to find the truth behind Allan's death before my ultimate test comes to pass.
I woke up sweating beads of blood. My nap was more fitful than my sleep. I knew Maat would never lie to me. Being the goddess of truth, I was told something that I must attempt to confirm. Question was, how do I confirm Maat's statement and heed Anubis' warning?

I feel a shutter pass though me, something really bad has happened and I can feel it. I get up and leave my room as looking for where my feeling's came from. After a close inspection I find nothing wrong. I eventually come back to Fidelis' room and I peak inside to see Arlan asleep and Fidelis sweating blood, which was odd considering it's not that hot in the room or maybe he killed him by accident then it saves me the trouble of doing so myself. I move inside as I quickly catch Fidelis' attention as he whips his bloody dweating away.

"Fidelis are you ok?" I ask in a sweet voice.

I climbed out of bed, drenched in blood. "Bad dream while taking a nap. More horrifying than the nightmare I had before Arlan came along." I didn't want to lie to her. I knew better than that. "Anubis and Maat visited me in my dreams. Maat told me I was being lied to and Anubis warned me that there's a new threat out there. The new threat is to be my ultimate test of my loyalty to the gods and devotion to two fellow immortals. When I'm warned by the god of the dead, that only means I'll die if I fail this ultimate test. I don't know who lied to me or who the new threat is, but I intend to stay alive. For both Arlan and your sake."

I cross my arms again and lean against the wall, as he got up, I listen carefully to the detail's of the dream. I didn't believe it, the gods are all but gone now.

"You're stressed is all, it's from all the event's in the last few days that has put you under so much stress and pressure. You should really relieve it, find something that makes you happy something that you haven't done in awhile. The dreams will only get worse and worse if you continue to let it pile on." I said.

I looked at her with a glare, my skin turning moonlight pale. "How dare you mock my religion. I'm from Egypt before the coming of Christ. I was raised to worship the gods and I continue to do so even in my eternal lifetime. If you can't accept my kind of religion, then I'm going back to the apartment and I'm taking Arlan with me." She had no right to question my religion or what I saw in my dream. I knew what I saw and had no doubt that what I saw might or might not come to pass.

I felt hurt, I had no intention of mocking his religion but there was a border line between Religion and a really bad dream. I took a deep breath so I didn't sound hurt by his words. But some how I don't think it worked.

"I never mean to mock your religion, and I never was to begin with. But Fidelis, there is such a thing as having some premonitation of the future, and a bad dream, and what causes dreams like that. And even now I can see that all it is, is stress. Please don't be upset, I'm just trying to look out for you." I said still feeling hurt.

My skin regained some of its bronze tone. I knew this because I saw my arm do so. "I've been look out for myself for 5002 years. Even though I'm a bit mad at you from mocking my religion, I'll let it go just this one time. Do it again and I'm leaving with Arlan on my heels. Am I clear?"

I looked to the ground as I felt extremely hurt by Fidelis' words, I hadn't mean to insult him, heck I was just trying to look out for him and yet he refuses me, again.

"Yes..." I barely said above a mutter.

I turned and walked over to the door, no vampire was invincable, not even the king or queen didn't have her flaws. I was only trying to offer help, but even now that seems to backlash on me. I walk out the door as I close it silently behind me, I wondered what Fidelis was feeling now. Probably nothing, but now I just wanted to go back to my room and cry my eyes out.

My skin returned to its natural bronze tone, but I felt awful. For once in my eternal lifetime, I let my fury get the best of me. I changed from my soiled outfit to my modern attire and went after Delariva. "Wait. Wait a minute." I touched her shoulder. "I'm sorry. I...I was too angry to stop myself. I have such a temper that gets the best of me at the oddest times." I sighed, feeling that what I said wasn't enough. "If it makes you feel better, I'll make it up to you. I don't know what I might do or when I'll do it, but I'll make it up to you in due time. I swear it to the gods."

All the pain he had caused me was suddenly gone, I felt relieved by his swords when I heard him even swear to the gods themselves that he would make it up to me. My heart fluttered, and suddenly my belief in the gods was renewed, the gods were truely giving me another chance. I grabbed Fidelis, taking what would probably be my only chance to finally have him as mine and brought him to my room. I locked the door and swung around wraapping my arms around Fidelis neck kissing him.

I couldn't remember what I did beyound losing myself in the act of kissing with Delariva. The next thing I knew, I was in her bed with her head on my chest and my clothes scattered all over the place. I had to drag myself out of bed and recover my clothes. I felt like someone broke a wine bottle over top of my head. I managed back to my room. Arlan was still napping, so I re-joined him and held him in my arms. The sun was coming up and I needed sleep. I slept dreamlessly as the sun rose.

Last night felt like a dream to me, Fidelis and me finally kissing. Not only that but he was even in my bed, my whole fantasy played out though it all. I awoke the next night, Fidelis wasn't there to hold me. But sure enough, I was naked and having to gather my clothing. If it was anything I still had the memories, I got dressed and then looked myself in the mirrior. Had a bad case of bed head, nothing new, I got to work straightening myself out and then walked out the door. Everything processed as normal, I went down to dinner and had me some Bacon and egg's with pancakes all cooked from my chief. Witch I processed to eat everything, feeling revitalized from not having anything in the last few days, I got up and went straight to the dungen. Had some work to do down there.
