Town guard, watching Cinder walk away

One of the town guards keeping watch saw an enemy dragonborn walk out of Baltazar's hut. Then he saw the princess talking to the jerk-hot lady who tried to get in. Thoughly confused, he decided to talk to the mayor.

The Mayor, town square, talking to a blubbering guard

"Yes, your honor, the enemy dragonborn with the punk-pretty girl were talking to Baltazar and the Princess."
Confused and slightly agitated, Mayor Brown repeated, "Punk-pretty girl?" He frowned, sometimes his guards really were idiots." The guard stumbled over his own words in his haste to reply. "Y-yes, she w-as flirting with a-nother g-guard trying to get in." Not understanding a word of this gibberish, Brown decided to have a talk with Baltazar, surely he would have a good explanation. Instead of listening to this idiot blubber.

Bella-

I saw the girl walk in the ecsape route. I laughed. "You know, I would tell the princess about this..." I smiled. "But I'm feeling nice today." I walked out past the princess, and saw another guard talking to the mayor, I put my hood over my head so the mayor wouldn't see me, the mayor caught me. "Get her!" The guards grabbed me by my arms and brought me over to him, me struggling to get out, "Let go of me!" I flipped out of their grasp and crossed my arms, "What do you want?"

Princess Aayta/ Outside Baltazar's hut.

The Princess tapped her foot impatiently on the ground. No one was coming out of the hut. She tested the door of the hut and found out it was locked. Aayta then used an unlocking spell on the door . When the door swung open the hut was empty. Aayta swore and stormed out of the hut down to the center of the village. "I can't believe Baltazar's acting so childish about an evil dragonborn woman." she thought "If I didn't know any better I would think he's evil too."

When she reached the town square she saw the mayor, a guard and the girl Bella in an argument. When the Mayor saw her he said,"Ah your Highness, please could you help us for a moment?"
"I'm busy at the moment, what do you need?" the princess snapped looking at the mayor and guard.

Baltazar Drake | Escape Route, then his father's hut

For ages, I walked through the path towards my father's hut. I knew he might consider me a disgrace as a Fighter and wouldn't listen to me when I give him an explanation, but I still had to try. I opened the trapdoor above me and found myself in my father's hut.
My father's voice said, "Welcome home, son. I haven't seen you in a long time."
I smiled almost crookedly. "Hello, Father."
He hugged me, then looked at me straight in the eye. "You've been gone for some time, I was beginning to worry about you. When I heard that a Dragonborn got shot down, I almost thought it meant you. Thank the gods you're still alive."
I almost wished Father wasn't such a worrying parent, but I knew it was what he always did since he found me as a baby. "Father, I hate to burden you with it, but I'm in trouble somehow."
He raised his brow.
"The injured Dragonborn was a female and the princess said the wounded girl was evil. Even worse, Aayta called me a filthy half breed. I just sent the wounded Dragonborn the opposite direction of the passage to protect her. I know Aayta's not going to forgive me for that, but I can't tolerate being insulted in my face."
Father took his arms off me. "Baltazar, you've dug a hole too deep for yourself to climb out. From my way of thinking, you sent the female Dragonborn away because you're in love with her. I know that look in your eye because I once had that look when I first met your mother. As for the princess, you're on your own. If you want her to apologize, you tell it to her youself."
I felt wounded by Father's words. He may have been pegged as the village lunatic for mating with a dragoness, but he always knew his way past problems. "I don't know what to do, Father. I can barely contain my dragon half because Aayta insulted me."
Father put his hand on my shoulder. "Take my words to heart, Baltazar. You dug yourself a hole, so you have to climb out of it on your own." He left me alone to his room.
Look down and show some mercy if you can.

Mayor/Evening/walking with Bella

Spoiler
Pixie, always state where you are at the beginning of all your posts, it's in the rules.

The sun was setting, casting an orange-pink glow on the town. The mayor was no fool, he knew there were evil souls around the town. Waiting for the moment, that the town would show a sign of vulnerability. Next to him at the moment was a foolish evil young lady with her head bagged. He had a hunch that she was acting alone, she had been wandering the town when he caught her. If she wasn't alone, then being sent to jail would be infuriating for her. The tips of his mouth went up slightly, he forced them back down agian. He never smiled, at least, he tried not to. As they approached the prison, he nodded to the prison guard, who pressed a button, opening the gates. They continued on. He said to the prison guard, "Give her a cell near no walls. We don't want anyone trying to break her out. She's our hostage now. Tighten the security, multiply the guards, set up more cameras, she's-not-getting-out." He said the last words separately, clearly, to the face of the prisoner as they removed her bag and chained her hands and feet to the bars of her cell. She glared mutinously at them. He smiled, for the first time in years, even the guards looked at him, surprised. He quickly erased the frown, staring at the guards until they walked away. He hurried out of the prison, away from prying questions. As he walked out, into the cool evening air, he spotted Baltazar walking through the streets. Just the man...dragon he was looking for.
"Baltazar!" He called out. Baltazar turned his head toward the mayor, his face was contorted in a thought he'd just interrupted. "I'd like to have a word with you if that's all right."

Bella|Prison cell

I wanted to kill that mayor person, it wasn't fair. I tried kicking down the cell door, but nothing happened. I sat down and tried thinking of how I could get out but there was no earthly way I was going to.

Cinderwitch | The forest
I came out of the secret passage through a hidden door. I walked through the forest, quite annoyed that I couldn't fly. I pulled my wing around to look at it. Baltazar had done a marvelous job patching it up. At least it would heal a lot faster this way. I had to be grateful to him for that.
I headed for the small cave which I had turned into a make-shift home upon arrival in the area. The branches I had put in front of the entrance were thrown aside. I scowled and walked in. A fire crackled in the rough dug-out fireplace. Sitting at my table, snacking on food presumably from my store, were two wizards, a female human and a male elf.
I flipped the table over, food flying everywhere. Fuming, I demanded to know why they were there. They jumped up, shouting about how they were looking for the gold they held in Argos. I smiled mischievously. "So am I," I said. "But it's not very easy to get to. With your spells and my strength, we might stand a chance." I put the table to rights and sat down. "Of course, that means there's less for me," I thought sourly, "But if I'm alone, I probably won't get any of it at all."
"So, have you guys got names or what?"

Baltazar Drake | Argos

I went to the mayor. I was in no mood for talking with anyone after being verbally wounded by my father, but I had to do something to keep myself from losing my fury that triggered my violent dragon self. I had a lot of fury against Aayta for insulting me in my face. "Just make it quick. I have to go in the forest for the time being so I could have a chat with my mother."

Princess Aayta/ In her house

Aayta couldn't find Baltazar anywhere so she headed to the house she was staying in. She had kicked out the town's head sheriff so she could live in there. It was the most expensive house in town and the only one the princess deemed somewhat tolerable to live in.

Her personal maid Gata hurried in when she entered, "Your Highness, shall I get you some tea?" she asked timidly seeing as her mistress was in a bad mood.
"Yes, and hurry. Have someone draw my bath and get my nightrobes laid out I'm very tired." As her maid hurried to do what she said the princess went upstairs to her bedroom and unbuckled her belt and took off her earrings.

After Aayta's bath her maid was brushing her as she sat in front of the mirror looking at her reflection. After some thought she said,"Gata?"
"Yes My Lady?"

"Why does everyone hate me?" asked the princess looking sadly in the mirror
"Whenever people see me come up they make a face or groan and then they try to hide. When they see they can't hide from me they either try to hide their actions and are scared of me the entire time. Or if they really hate me they are rude to me the entire time.I thought everyone was supposed to love me because I'm the princess. I'm beautiful too, but why do they hate me? Gata, you have to know why. Maids know everything."

Gata nervously looked around looking for someway to escape this conversation. She sighed and kept on stroking the princesses hair thinking of a gentle explanation to give the princess. The maid finally said," Princess, people don't like you very much because, well, you're not very nice to them. Most people think that you use your title as princess as an excuse to bully people. But I'm sure if you were kinder, people would like you more."

Aayta didn't say anything but gazed into the mirror remembering her friendless childhood. All the royal children never wanted to play with her and always laughed at her clumsiness. Hurt and humiliated she retaliated using her position to get the other children in trouble . People stopped making fun of her but no one wanted to be her friend either. Tears welled up in her eyes when she realized no one loved or even liked her. Her mom was always to busy ruling the kingdom to pay any attention to her and her dad died years ago. Princess Aayta threw herself on her bed and cried until her pain diminished.

Bryan|Cinderwitches Cave
I furiously stared at her and said "My name is Bryan,Bryan Mullins! And what is your name. I Said to her furiously. I don't suppose you'll tell me your name. I said to her trying not to cast a spell on her that would make her leave. And I said "I picked her up down the road, never caught her name. She was wounded and said she was looking for the argos gold. I quickly run to my bedroll, reach to the cloth next to it, and i pocket the small book that was on it along with potions and a small thick spell book.

Mayor, talking to Baltazar in the town square, evening.

Spoiler
I'm starting to get a little annoyed here; two things. One, I would like EVERYONE, to use proper punctuation, that includes you, Pixie and Smurf. Two, this is directed at Pixie. Pixie, the cell you were in was in the middle of the room. I'm quite sure that I mentioned your cell was nowhere near any walls leading to the outdoors. So if you missed that, that means you haven't been reading the posts.

"Baltazar," the mayor started the conversation realizing that he was in a mood, so he would have to be quick about this. "My guard tried to tell me earlier that our town is being played with by some girl. Apparently she is good-looking, but a punk; or as he called her, 'Punk-pretty girl'."
Seeing Baltazar's confusion, he added, "Please don't ask, because I haven't the slightest. But if you could tell me what the on-goings are at the moment, such as the enemy's movements, if you happen to know anything, I would be grateful. As it is evening and no one seems to have reported the day's events." He yawned, it was getting late.

Baltazar Drake | With the mayor

I shrugged. "I can't say that I have. I prowled the town ages ago and had no sign of trouble anywhere, so I went to my hut early. The next thing I know, the princess walked in without at least knocking before coming in." I sighed in disgust. "I know she's the princess, but when will she ever learn to respect half-breeds like myself as an equal instead of a pile of ashes? If you ever see her, tell her she still owes me an apology for insulting me in my face. Don't ask her or me what happened between us. She was there, so she'll know what I mean." I walked away, not risking a glance behind me. Once I was sure the mayor was out of sight, I took to the forest.
My mother was a magneficent dark-green dragoness, even more beautiful with her light blue eyes. She knew me at a glance. She smiled and said, "Hello, Baltazar." After a moment, she frowned. "You're in trouble, aren't you?"
I nodded.
My mother sighed. "What happened this time? The last time you were in trouble, it was because a guard spotted you with your tail sticking out."
I blushed at that. "That was embarassing. If my tail wasn't sticking out, then Aayta wouldn't have called me a filthy half breed in my face earlier."
At this, my mother growled. "You're in deeper trouble than you think, Baltazar. If this trouble you're in right now has something to do with a female, then you're on your own. As a forest dragon, I can't get involved with the villagers."
Hearing my mother talk like that wounded me more. Both my parents were right. I was in trouble, the worse kind I ever got into.
Look down and show some mercy if you can.
Look down, look down, upon your fellow man.

Princess Aayta/In her house

There was a knock at the door and Princess Aayta put on her robes and brushed her hair so she would look decent for her visitor. Gata said, "It's the Mayor Your Highness." Aayta replied, "Let him the parlor, I'll be right down." She walked down the stairs wondering what the mayor could want. The mayor bowed to her and said," Your Highness, strange things are happening in this town, and we need you and Baltazar to cooperate since you are important parts to our team. So if you could work out your problems for the greater good of the town I know everyone would aprreciate it."

Cinderwitch | Her cave
"No need to get upset. If anyone should be angry, it's me. You are intruding in my cave," I said, standing up. I planted my hands flat on the table and spread my wings, using my sheer size to appear formidable.
Taking couple deep breaths, I reminded myself of the gold I could be sleeping on in a few days and sat down again with my wings sprawled out. "However, because I don't think I can get at the gold without you, I won't withhold my name. Cinderwitch. Listen, if we're going to work together to get that gold, there has to be some ground rules, First, we have to try to get along. Don't enchant me, and I won't rip your head off. Second, we split all spoils evenly. Deal?" I stuck out my hand to shake.
