(Alright I thought I better put it up here so it doesn't detract anyone- i made up the name of the village Rayden and Seena are from (I hope you don't mind vuzzy) and Tabby i know I got Desdemona's name wrong, rayden has a horrible memory. :D )

Rayden Thorn:

"And are you okay Rayden?" Birdy asked me as I stood beside her and put my arm around her shoulder. Before I had a chance to reply though , Reva walked up on my other side, gave me a once over with her eyes and said flatly.

"Did she hurt you Rayden?"

I stared at her for a moment- why would she care? I shrugged noncommittally.

"No, I'm fine. It was strange, she asked me if I remembered someone, a woman named Desdemona Hawking." I turned to Seena. "You don't remember anyone form Habloc who was named that do you?" she thought for a moment, then shook her head.

"No I don't."

"Oh well," I said smiling. "It doesn't matter."

We were silent for a moment, not an uncomfortable silence. It was more of a listening to the goings on of the camp. I looked around, just in time to see Everlee and Skylar share an intimate kiss, I blushed in-spite of myself. Reva who had obviously been watching me snorted.

"Are you blushing?" she asked rolling her eyes, Seena looked up at me and broke out into a wide grin.

"Oh my gosh Rayray! You are blushing!" she began to giggle, Reva even snickered.

Crap! I thought, I've got to save a little of my male pride. True to form my mind devised a wicked plan.

I twirled Seena quicly and dipped her down, wiggling my eyebrows and smirking at her shocked expression.

"Oh come on now! Like your womanly soul doesn't melt into a pile of goo, when you see something even remotely romantic?" I pulled her back up, satisfied with the fit of giggles I had sent her into. Reva snorted again- a very unladylike habit. I turned on her.

"What you don't blush or enjoy romance even a little?" she shook her head.

"Of course not, don't be foolish." Now I was feeling wicked right then, so throwing all cation to the wind, I leaned down so my face was mere inches form hers.

"So, If I kissed you senseless right now you wouldn't blush even a bit?"

The look of complete horror and the ghost of a blush that flashed across Reva's face, was worth the painful slap Seena gave my arm while she was laughing.

"Rayden stop that! your horrible!" I laughed and put my arms around their shoulders and joined in my sisters laughter. I turned the three of us around, and was about to start towards Everlee, when i was suddenly thrown forwards away from the girls!

Something heavy landed on my back and I struggled madly to turn over.

"Dasor!" I heared Reva shout, then I thew my head back and connected with something soft;. I heard a yowl of pain and in that instant lull I rolled over and threw my hands in front of my face intercepting Dasor's jaws.

They closed on my right forearm, not breaking it, but very nearly.

"Fire rouge your dead!" he muttered thought my arm and his jaws tightened. That is when Dante attacked. he dived at the Tigers back and sunk his talons into the huge cats head- just behind his ears. Dasor roared in fury and released my arm to claw at Dante, who easily swerved and sailed away.

In that momentary release form his jaws I scrambled to my feet, turned and fled down the hill as fast as my feet could take me.

"What are you running for you idiot!? you can easily take him down!" Dante screamed at me as he caught me up and flapped about my head. I could hear the pounding of Dasors feet behind me, getting closer.

"I don't want to hurt him!" I shouted back at Dante diving to one side and running in a zigzag pattern across the field.

"So your thinking if you keep running he will loose interest? he's catching up, run faster you idiot!" he bawled at me.

"Damnation Dante!" I roared, "I trying too!"

I swear, I'm gonna kill them all. Darren growls before I'm done talking to Alec. I can hear the scramble behind me. Why can't they just behave? They're all worse then little children!

Leave them to it, I say.

"Don't kill eachother," I shout after Rayden who's already off into the forest.

What? Darren shouts in astonishment. You just going to let them fight?!

It's just Rayden and Reva's pet. It'll be over in a minute. Besides, I say. It'll give them a good excercise before we leave.

Darren growls and sits down beside me. What's wrong with you lately? I ask. You've been so... grumpy.

Darren looks up to me. I'm sorry, he mutters. I'm just... worried.

I lean over and pet his head. I'll be fine, I say comfortingly about the battle.

I turn back to Alec. "So, what's your answer?"

I smirk as I see Rayden run through the clearing Sheara and I are standing in, chased closely by Dasor. I can't help but laugh out loud at the look on his face. He glares at me. "Shut up you fuzzball!!" He screams, panting. Fuzzball? I think, my chuckles turning into hysterics. But I can hear the wheeze in his voice, and find myself hoping he doesn't have another asthma attack or whatever happened to him before. The two are out of the clearing in no time, but Reva soon appears.

"Dasor, you get back here RIGHT NOW!! DASOR!!" She screams, pumping her arms in the air in some humorus attempt at mobile-threatining. She dissappears into the brush with a scream and a smack; she must have tripped on a root while her eyes were adjusting to the darkness of the forest. I'm laughing so hard my stomach hurts, and tears are running down my face. It's all I can do to stay standing.

"Davy?" Sheara asks, sounding worried. I can't tell if her worry is for her new friend Rayden, or my sanity, but eaither way her tone sobers me up a little. "Don't you think we should help Ray Ray?" I grimace at the nickname. He's been here less than a day and he already has a nickname.. took me longer than that...

"Nah." I say outloud, waving away her concern and wiping a tear from my eye. "Ray Ray is a big boy. He can handle himself. Now!" I say, clapping my hands together. "Lets begin our training!!"

Sheara looked at me, clearly worried. "I.. I don't know about this... I don't think I can do this Davy." I smile.

"Don't worry Sissy, you'll do great!! You're already a natural with wind, now you just need to work on electricity! She still looks doubtful, so I add. "Hey, you want to know a secret?" I ask, putting a finger over my lips. She nods excitedly. "Nobody ever taught me how to youse my electricity powers. Ever." I say. Sheara's eyes get wide.

"Really? But you're so good! Why did nobody teach you?" She asks.

"I was in a government testing facility when I discovered my electricity powers. I was about eight. I never even know they were there untill they manifested." I say, trying to make a horrible expirence sound fun and exciting.

"You were alone?" Sheara mumbles. "That's so sad..." I sence my attempt flopping, and switch tactics.

"Yea I was. But you aren't Sissy. I'm here to help you." I kneel down and put ha hand on her shoulder, allowing the tenderness of th moment to work it's way into her. She looks at me, her eyes wide.

"Ray Ray too?" She asks, her small voice sweet.

I nearly collapse from the dissapointment. "Yea, Ray Ray too." I say, trying to keep the irritation out of my voice. She grins.

"Okay Davy, I'll try!!" She says.

"Great." I say flatly. "Now, come and stand... here." I say, positioning here a safe distance away. "Now first, lets try to get you to send an electric current through the air, using your hands, not feet...."

I watched in astonishment as the pets fought and Rayden was chased into the forest. I couldn't let those things kill him, I needed to. What kind of revenge was it if he scuttled away into the forest only to be torn apart. I made a step forward and then pulled back. Did I want to get involved? I wouldn't make any money if I was dead, I wouldn't have the pleasure of hearing these rogues scream if I was dead. I stepped back. I would not get involved.

Quickly, in an attempted to look afraid I scaled a tree's lower branches and took a seat up on some around the middle of the wide trunk. I swung my feet over the side and leg the drift back and forth while I looked at the ground. I reached into my boot and pulled out my knife, playing with it, flipping it over in my fingers. It had belonged to my mother and it was one of the only things I had of hers. I looked more like my father, she was much more beautiful than I was. White hair and strong dark eyebrows. I looked down at the ground. Everlee waiting for the answer from the doll. Me waiting to talk to the doll. And Davie-boy and Sheara talking. If he intended to try and train her, try and built her up as a strong woman and not an easily manipulated girl then I would skin him. My plan would be ruined and I would need to start working on another one. Maybe the other doll could help.

The bleeding on my arm had slowed, and was almost stopped. I could only see the stain through the shirt and I had no desire to peel back the shredded fabric. It burned a little and I hoped it wasn't getting infected. so sorry mother, while fighting a rogue trying to get revenge for you I managed to get an infection myself and die from it, with no accomplishments to date in a rogue rebellion camp. Lovely. In a moment of total oblivion I take a small acorn growing on the branch next to me and flick it down in Davnick's direction. And then pick up another one, twirling that around in my fingers. Just for fun. I giggle.

"Great." Replied Davy. Was it just me, or did he seem bothered by something?
"Now, come and stand... here." He pointed to the ground, then walked a little ways away. "Now first, lets try to get you to send an electric current through the air, using your hands, not feet...."

I stared at him blankly.
"My...my hands?" I opened my palms and looked down at them as if they would give me advice.

"But Davy...I never tried that before..."

He laughed. "Well, that's why we are here. To try it. Now come on, give it a shot Sissy!"

I bit my lip and spread my legs apart in a stance. It was the only way I could think to start. I heard Davy giggle. I blushed and tried to focus.
I put my arms out on either side of me and opened my hands wide. I breathed in deeply, and sent a shiver down my body and to my tummy. I felt the electricity build inside me. I had never really tried to use electricity much before; it was so hard to control. I preferred wind and tornadoes; they didn't hurt as much.

After the electricity had a big enough charge I stopped fueling it and let it buzz inside me. My hair had lifted by the roots off my head, waiting for the charge to release.

"Alright, good! Now just send it out your hands." Said Davy from where he stood.

Okay, okay...I can do this. I thought to myself. Just send it out your hands...

I let the energy within me go, pushing towards my hands with all my concentration. I felt the electricity move through my arms.
"It's working!" I called out in excitement, but in doing so, I lost my focus. The electricity raced back down to my legs and connected at my feet.
ZAPP!
"OWWWEE!!" I shrieked as I shot up off the ground, then landed in a pile of pathetic-ness on the ground. Davy burst out laughing.

"AHAHA! I'm sorry...I shouldn't be...pfft...laughing...are you-pfft- okay?" He tried to stop laughing and took a few steps toward me.

"No, I'm fine." I stood, ashamed, embarrassed, and a little shaky. The charge wasn't large enough to do any real damage, not even stun, but man did it give a good shock...

"Davy, can we stop? I can't do it..." I plead, but he didn't even pause.

"No, Sissy. You need to learn this. Once you get it, I promise we will stop for a while. Try again."

I sighed and returned to my position. After a few more zapps and a couple laughs from Davy, I finally was able to hold the electric change in my hands. I tapped my index fingers to my thumbs, creating a little zapp every time they touched.

"I got it Davy! I got it!" I squealed in delight.

"Good Sissy! Don't lose focus though! Now, here comes the tricky part: Forming the electricity into ropes. I had some trouble doing this, in fact, I still can't get the electricity to stay in the form. It is unstable and shoots out as lightening bolts. Effective, yes. But not what the move is supposed to do. So don't sweat it if you don't get it right away."

I bit my lip again.
"Okay..." I pulled the energy around my fingers and out. I did my best to grip the charge, but it wasn't easy. It felt like I was trying to hold onto air. Thick air, yes, but still air.

"You've got it! Keep going!" Encouraged Davy. I smiled as the charge whip got longer.
I've got it! But suddenly, I felt the charge being pulled down, then up, then back down again. I struggled to contain the electricity.

"Davy, what's happening?!" The charge jumped up, then shot out in all directions before fizzing out completely. I fell back on the ground and sat there, panting.

"That's what I was afraid of..." Davy shook his head. "The electricity is too unstable and gets attracted to anything around it with any sort of charge, which is basically everything. It just doesn't have anything to hold on to."

Just then, something clicked in my head.
"Wait, so if the electricity was something to hold on to, it won't go all whacky? What if...what if something is holding onto it? Like, holding it back?" I asked slowly, trying to see the image mentally.

"Yeah, I guess so...what are you getting at?" Davy asked, tilting his head slightly.

"Well, you see, I was thinking that I could use my wind to hold the electricity in. With a tornado, so that it would kinda...umm..." Davy finished my sentence.

"Direct the electricity through, and hold it in place, like a funnel!" His eyes widened a little. "That...that might just work."

I smiled and stood up quickly. Wind was always easier for me to do. I twirled my index fingers on both hands in quick, little circles. Two thin tornadoes formed immediately. As the wind whips grew longer, I wove the air through my fingers, gripping the end tightly. The wind ropes were now very very long, the perfect length for the whips.

Davy started to get excited. "Yes! Now just push the electricity into the tornado."

I obeyed. The charge ran through the wind tunnel until it hit the end. I closed the ends of the tornados, trapping the electricity in. I felt my heart skip a beat. I was now holding two tornado whips of yellowish-white lightening!

"Yes! You did it Sissy! That's it!" He looked proudly at me. I beamed back, a huge smile across my face. I defiantly was not prepared for what came next.

"Okay, Sheara!" Davy spread his arms out and smiled. "Now hit me!"

My smile dissolved.

"W-what?! No! I could never!" I slowed the flowing electricity going into the whips, making them very thin.

"Yeah, thin them out! That would make it hurt more. Now hit me!" Davy was still smiling. What on Earth was he thinking? Why was he wanting me to hurt him? I considered the possibility of him being crazy.

"Wha-NO!" I increased the electricity, making the whips really thick.

"Just do it, I'll be fine." Davy was beginning to sound irritated.

"No!"

"Will you just do it already?!"

I shook my head and puffed out my chest.

"No. Way." Davy narrowed his eyes.

"Sissy...I would strongly suggest you do it." He said slowly, calmly. It scared me even more than if he were yelling at me.

"...n...no." I squeaked, now terrified of whatever was going on through Davy's head. I braced myself for what he was going to do next, but to my surprise, he only sighed.

"Alright, fine." He turned around as if he were going back to camp. I sighed in relief.
Ah, phewf! I thought for a second there Davy was going to atta-

Suddenly, Davy pivoted around and ran at me, transforming into the bat monster as he did. He extended his claws and bared his fangs, all while smiling. Which...made it even scarier.
"BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG!!" I screamed and flicked my wrist at him in a defensive reaction. The electric whip followed it, snapping Davy right in the face. There was a loud crackle of electricity as the whip made contact with Davy. His body launched backward like a spring, skidded across the ground, and slid to a stop.

I stared dumbly for a second.

"DAVY!!!!!" The electric whips fizzed out and I ran over to him.

(Just to let you know, Davy is O.K. This is not supposed to be an intense moment at all, just funny! Especially this next part...hehe! Okay Razzle! You're up! Tell me if I missed anything...)

"Alright Eisen, how in the world do I use this thing?" Niyah stood within the sea of trees, holding the bow out from her as if it were diseased.
Hold the bow up with your left hand at the center. Pull a bow out from your quiver and notch it. Yes, good. Now pull back with your midle finger. Alright. Now aim, and , fire! niyah let loose the arrow, watching as it whized to the left and landed two feet away on the ground.
"Great. I suck." Niyah sighed. Eisen chuckeled.
Here, let me help. The giant bird flew down from the branch where it had been perching and onto the ground. He opened his wings and flapped them rapidly, dropping a few gleaming metal feathers onto the ground.
Close your eyes and listen carefully. Imagine the metal melting, reforming itself to resemble the tips of your arrows. See their shape, feel the cool metal on your skin... Niyah could feel the energy flowing from him into her. Before now, Niyah had never really realized how powerful Eisen really was. She'd learned alot in the last day. And, as a result, she'd grown alot as well.
Now open. Niyah did as her pet commanded, gasping as she saw the row of shiny new arrow tips, each etched with a delicate flowery design that she'd come to see as her own. Kneeling down, she lifted one up, watching it glint in the evening light.
"That's amazing!" she gasped.
Try them out. Niyah attached the new tips to the bodies of the arrows. Then, as Eisen directed her, aiming for the dead center of a nearby tree.
Now, this time, I don't want you to just see your target, but to imagine it.
"Okay."
Release! Niyah loosed the arrow, watching it fly off course- and head towards an unsuspecting Seena as she walked away from the camp.
"Watch out!" Niyah cried. Seena turned, just in time to spot Niyah's arrow suddenly switch directions and hit a tree.
"How'd you do that?" Seena demanded in awe. Niyah stared. Truthfully? SHe had no ida.
"I don't know." If it were possible for Seena's jaw to drop any farther, it would have.
"What?"
"I've never used one of these before." Niyah replied, holding up the bow.
"No way. Uh-uh. We are having a competition. Now." Seena turned and ran to a tent, returning with an elegant cherry-wood bow and a quiver filled with arrows.
"Okay. Lets do this." She flicked her hand, freezing a target onto the front of the tree. "I'll go first." she loosed her arrow, letting it fly perfectly and hitting the target at the center. Niyah stared. There was no way she could beat that.
None.
"I don't think..."
"Go ahead!" Seena said excitedly. Niyah had no choice. She loosed another arrow. It flew straight for a moment, b efore falling towards the ground.
Oh no! Niyah thought. Wether she wanted to or not, this was a competition. And Niyah wasn't one to lose.
The arrow straightened, hitting directly beside Seena's. She gaped.
"Not possible." she straightened, pulling another slender arrow from her quiver. "Okay, beat this." her arrow flew in a beautiful ark, bouncing off of three tree branches before embedding itself in the target.
"Seena, that was brilliant!" Niyah said in awe. Seena smiled.
"Your turn!" Niyah turned to the tree, biting her lip. She closed her eyes, loosing the arrow. She heard six snaps, then a gasp. Her arrow had gone straight through Seena's.
"Wha..huh...how?" Seena blubbered, hands dropping to her side in defeat. Niayah stared, amazed.
"Six hits. SIX. It took me eight years to master that technique. And she did it the first time WITH HER EYES CLOSED."
"Seena?" Niyah started. Davnick stopped, happening to walk by, then walked towards Seena.
"Are you alright?" He asked. Seena turned to him, eyes damp.
"Eight years!" and then she burst into tears, falling into Davnicks arms. He looked from Seena to Niyah and back again.
What happened? he mouthed. Niyah shrugged.
I have no idea. Davnick shrugged, holding Seena tightly to him and whispering softly in her ear. She sniffed, nodding, then let him lead her away. Niyah watched them go, then slowly lowered down to the ground.
Eisen couldn't stop laughing

Reva

The nice thing about being an invisible light rogue is that I can see my pet, even when he doesn't want me to. The only problem is, he runs a whole lot faster than I do and when I'm trying to get him to stop chasing the interesting rogue I want to study and understand. Once I understand what goes on in the head of that Rayden Thorn then he can eat the man to his heart's content! But he was still a mystery!

"Darsor!"I bellowed furiously, charging around a huge tree to see Rayden on the ground, bleeding and Darsor on top of him, snarling threatening. Dante was diving in for another vicious attack. I took action. "NO!" I leapt and hit Dante so that he flew off course and we both hit the ground hard.

"What are you doing?! He started it!" Dante screamed at me.

"I'm trying to end it!" I snapped back, rolled off of him and launched myself at Darsor just as he ducked his head to rip out Rayden's throat.

We collided. Hard. I hit him harder than I have ever hit anyone in my life and the two of us rolled in the dirt, snarling and no doubt bleeding. Darsor lifted a paw and swiped it across my chest, then realized who it was that he had pinned. Too late.

I grunted in pain and rolled him off of me. I was gasping for breath and I immediately stood up and pressed a hand to the wound. It wasn't deep at all, it wasn't even really bleeding.

Reva! I am very sorry! That should not have happened like that! I- I lost control! He exclaimed, his fury with Rayden forgotten as he circled me.

You lost control and attacked without thinking.

I did.

On both counts.

No. I thought before I attacked Rayden.

I sighed. Go back to camp and tend your wounds friend. I won't make you apologise.

His ears pricked and he stalked off to camp. He was well aware that I was not happy, in fact I was angry, but I was letting him off the hook.

I brushed some of the dirt off and turned to Rayden who was standing, but he was bleeding. My eyes widened. I had never really thought about the damage we caused when we were attacking others, but it was clear how much we could do. "Are you alright?" Dumb question. No. He's bleeding all over and your pet did it to him. "Here, sit," I said quickly, grabbing his arm as gently as I could and helping him sit down. "Let me tend your wounds, it was my pet that did it after all."

Rayden Thorn:

Dasor had caught up to me. I didn't see him all I head was Dante's warning scream of.

"Rayden behind you!" before I felt claws rake across my back. I was thrown to the side and slammed into the ground on my injured back. I did let out a strangled cry then as dirt was ground into the open wounds but I was up again just in time to get another swipe by the tigers claws. I went down with Dasor on top of me. he was going for my throat but I kept my arms up at his face and mouth, keeping him form getting his teeth on my neck. Dante loyal friend was flapping about the big cat's head. He knew I didn't want to kill Dasor, so he tried to get him off of me without hurting him too badly. his talons were red with blood when he flew up for a dive, I recognized it at once and I shouted at him.

"No Dante! Don't kill him!" Dante blazed up and blew a blast of blue fire down at us. He knew the fire wouldn't hurt me but dasor? it could kill him. Quickly as I could I lit one of my own hands ablaze and slammed it open palmed into the tigers side, I felt his fur burn away then the feeling of burning flesh. he howled in pain and leaped aside just in time as the wall of flames came down from Dante.

"Rayden he is trying to kill you! what are you doing!?" I had become distracted by Dante for only a moment but that is when I felt teeth sink into my shoulder. I cried out in pain and beat at the tigers face.

"Dasor please!" I wheezed, choking on the dust we were kicking up. "Stop!" he didn't listen but started to shake me like a dog with a rat. He threw me to the side again and I was stunned with the blow, when I came too I saw Reva pointing towards camp as Dasor slunk away. I struggled to my feet, my back and shoulder screaming in pain.

"Reva! I-" she walked quickly over to me.

"Are you alright?" I couldn't help but give her a look, she stopped short then motioned to a fallen log. she grabbed my not injured arm and dragged me over "Here, sit," she said pushing me down gently. "Let me tend your wounds, it was my pet that did it after all."

I really wasn't in a position to complain so I let her alone, after a moment she said hesitatingly.

"I-I can't get at your back with your coat and shirt on." I turned my head slightly towards her and smiled.

"Are you sure your not just saying that?" the look of indignation that passed over her face made laugh, then cough. I saw her eyes go wide.

"I'm fine." I said quickly when I had stopped. "Really I'm fine, it's just from the dust." I decided it would probably be better if I behaved from now on. I slowly shucked off my coat- now ruined, then shirt- in the same condition as my coat.

"Is my tattoo ruined?" I asked as she moved behind me again. I hoped that cursed tiger hadn't completely clawed it away.

(It looks like Davnick is in two places at once. Hm. I guess this part would have happened when he was on his way to help Sheara practice.

Seena

"Eight years!" Eight years...wasted. Actually, probably a little less since I learned how to use a sword first, but still. How in the world could she have done that? Oh, right, metal. And I was just a doll. I'm still just a doll with rogue powers. I gather myself together quickly.

"Are you okay?" Davnick asks.

I nod. "Fine now. Go practice with Sheara." Davnick gives me a funny look, almost hurt, then leads Sheara away.

I look around quickly. Rayden still hasn't come back. I would have followed him when he was attacked by Reva's pet, but he seemed like he would be fine. Maybe that wasn't the best idea.

I turn back to Niyah. "Good job," I say with real enthusiasm. Even if it took me eight years, I should be happy for Niyah. Her frown turns into a smile.

"Thanks," she says.

"I don't think I can teach you anything," I bit my lip, trying to come up with something I know that she doesn't. "Everlee would probably be best at teaching you daggers, but there's nothing I can teach." I smile when I see her frown at me, trying to comfort her. "But keep practicing! Even if it's your power, it'll work better and easier for you if you practice."

Speaking of practice, I should with Tige. "Niyah, I'm going to practice myself. You can watch if you want to, or you can keep practicing."

I walk the short distance back to the main clearing, Tige already in my hand. My stomach growls. Oh, forgot breakfast. Oh well, maybe Tess with go on a rampage again and make something delicous.

Tige, I say, finding out connection. Are you still there?

As always, Tige says.

Then let's go, I say before we begin practice.

(Fading, I wasn't sure whether or not Niyah would follow Seena to practice, so I left it out. You can post her watching or practicing. Razzle, um, I'm not sure how Davnick ended up in two places at once, so I made it so he was just walking by, if that's okay. And Shadow, time for them to practice! Yay! I'll be on later today, so maybe we could do a tag team writing again. *So excited* Poor, poor Tige. *Pets head* I'm sorry, you've been so quiet lately. :D)

(( Sorry I left so quick last night Shadow! I was tired and wasn't feeling exactly patient!))

"Is my tattoo ruined?" He asked.

I just stared at his back for a second. He was covered in blood and he was worried about his tattoo? Stranger and stranger. I shook out of my thoughts and frowned. "I- uh- I can't really tell. Hold still this will hurt a bit."Darsor, get me a clean cloth from my pack and wet it then bring me bandages. In the mean time I just stared. It wasn't like he could really know that I was admiring him, right? Even if he knew I was staring he would probably just think that I was shocked at the damage Darsor did.

Darsor obeyed me without question because he knew that if he didn't I would scold him for having pulled this crap in the first place. Thankfully he came invisible.

I took the damp cloth and gently started wiping away blood, trying not to hurt him. I finally came to the actual cuts and when the cloth touched them Rayden's muscles shifted under my hand and he hissed in pain. "Sorry." I mumbled and pulled an ointment from the pocket of my pants. I kept it with me wherever I went and only used it when I got hurt, which was rarely. These were bad enough that I used the last of it to stop the bleeding. I worked the ointment in as gently as I could, I knew how it stung when first applied, and I didn't want to cause Rayden more discomfort.

Disgusting Reva. That's a fire rogue. You are interested in a fire rogue. Darsor told me.

I felt my cheeks heat up and shook my head, as if to rid myself of my thoughts. If you hadn't attacked him then this wouldn't be happening. He would have left me alone and I wouldn't be in this mess.

You could have let me kill him.

That's wrong Darsor, and you know it. No. More. Killing.

He was going to kiss you!

I rolled my eyes. He was not. I doubted he was serious about that in the first place, but when he got that close to me... I was shocked, a little embarrassed, but I also wondered what it would feel like. I sort of wanted him to kiss me.

Darsor yowled his opinion of that. Disgusting Reva! Just disgusting!

I ignored him and started wrapping Rayden's back. I'd prove it to him, my silly pet. "Rayden?" I asked cautiously.

"Yes?"

"Back there, before Darsor attacked you..." I trailed off. Did I really want to ask this?

At least I was behind him, he couldn't see my heated cheeks and would have no idea that I blushed. It was too feminine for me anyway.

"Yeah?"

Oh no! I had to finish the question! Now it was even more embarrassing. "Well, not that it was embarrassing or anything, because I'm a monster and monsters don't get embarrassed, but I was curious and I have a question. And I just don't understand and now I'm rambling, and this is dumb but hear me out." I rambled, just speaking in hopes of avoiding the question that was on the tip of my tongue, and then it came out. "Were you actually going to kiss me?" I winced as the words left my mouth and realized that I really didn't want to know the answer.

Davnick

Pain flares across my face and electricity charges through me and out my claws into the ground. I'm thrown backward, but the shock stunned my nerves so I don't feel a thing when I hit the ground. I lay there for a minute, trying to get my brain to remember what had thrown me. Sheara. I recall. The whips. I feel my power drain a bit and release my bat form so I can heal. As my fried nerve endings heal, pain flares throughout my body.

I sit up with a gasp and put my hand over my face. It's still numb, but I can feel the bumpy wetness on my face. I must have closed my eyes when the whip hit because they were fine, but I now had a tear in my face that went from my hareline, through my eye, to my chin on my right side. I couldn't figure out why I could still see, why there wasn't red filling my vision, but then I realized. The electricity from the whip had cauterized the wound, burning the flesh closed. It hurt, but it wasn't the worst I'd ever had. I sat there, relieved. If Sheara had accidently killed me, she would never forgive herself.

At the thought of Sheara, I suddenly remember where I am. I jerk my head up in time to see her running at me. I keep a hand over the right side of my face, trying hard not to let her see how bad it is. She reaches me within a second and kneels next to me, tears streaming down her face.

"I'm so sorry Davy! I didn't mean to hurt you! Are you alright?" Her tone is half hysterical.

I grin widely, and pain flares through my face as the skin of my wound stretches. I keep the pain from my voice though. "I'm fine Sissy! Man, that was one powerful attack. If you really wanted to hurt me, you probably could have cut me in half!" Her face turns pale and she looks like she's going to puke. Okay, wrong line of encouragement there... I think dismally. "Really though, you did amazing. More than I could have ever hoped for!" I say, placing my left hand on her shoulder.

"Really Davy, you mean it?" She says, looking at me with big, tear filled eyes.

"Of course." I say, patting her head affectionately. "Now, I wont lie to you. I am a little hurt." That wasn't technically a lie. I think. I am at least a little hurt. Just a little plus a lot... "Would you mind going to see if Everlee could come help?"

"Okay." She says, not completely downtrodden now. More like quietly upset, but secretly proud too. I smile after her, causing my face to burn with pain again. Everlee'd better hurry up. I think, grinding my teeth against the burn. She and Sheara come over a minute later.

"Okay, what did you do to youself this time?" She asks, exasperated.

I grin, ignoring the pain. "Oh, nothing mutch." I say casually. "Hey Sissy?" I say, looking at Sheara. "Could you go get some water? I think Everlee might need it." Sheara nods and runs back to camp.

Everlee gives me a strange look. "You know I don't need water to heal... well not like that anyway."

I sigh and drop my hand away from my face and Everlee gasps. "Yea I know that and you know that, but Sheara doesn't. I didn't want her to see me like this."

"What in the world did you do!?" Everlee demands.

"Actually, it was Sheara. I was teaching her a new technique and... well she's really good at it." Everlee rolls her eyes and crouches down next to me, inspecting the wound.

"Well, this is pretty nasty. I wont be able to heal it completly, you'll always have a thin white scar." She says, skillfully probing the tender wound.

I grin despite the pain. "Well good. Girls like scars." She snorts.

"I thought you and Seena...?" She says, turning it into a question. I look away without moving my head.

"I don't know. I thought..." I trail off, not knowing how to put what I feel into words. "But then Rayden showed up and now... she's being..." I struggle to find the word. "Kind of cold to me. Like she's ashamed of who I am or something." I feel a hand on my other cheek, and Everlee pulls me around so I'm looking at her.

"Davnick?" She asks, her eyes tender. I can feel cool relief on my other cheek, so I know she's working while she's talking.

"Yea?" I reply. Everlee is really pretty... but the feeling is hollow, not the same. Like what a brother feels toward a sister, or a friend to a friend. She just... She just isn't Seena. I think gloomily. I look at her, waiting for the obvious words of wisdom she has comming my way.

"Shut up." She says cheerily. She looks away and continues to work on my face. I stare at her in shock.

"That's it!?" I shout, pulling the muscles in my cheek. "'Shut up?' That's all you have to say to me!?"

Everlee laughs and keeps working. "Well, you need to. Seena doesn't kiss just every boy she meets you know. Now stop talking! You'll heal funny and look all deformed." I feel myself turn red, and I want to ask how she knows about our kiss... well kisses... but I can't. I really like my face the way it is.

She stands with a sigh just a Sheara runs back with a bucket of water. "Thanks." Everlee says, using a ladle to get a drink. Sheara is looking at me.

"Did... did I give you that scar Davy?" She asks, astonished.

"Yup! Pretty cool, don't you think?" I say standing and patting her head. "I really should say thank you! I bet I look even cooler now, don't I?" That makes here giggle.

"Well I guess so Davy." I smile at her.

"Now I want you to do the same thing," I begin. Her eyes get wide and she starts to freak out. "But, but, BUT!!" I yell over her. "I want you to do it to that tree over there." She looks relieved and nods.

"Okay Davy, that I can do!" She runs up to me and hugs me around the chest before skipping off to the tree I had directed her at. I feel my heart warm at the hug.

"Well, aren't you the ladies man?" Everlee says jokingly. I snort. Only a complete idiot would see Sheara and my relationship as anything more than sibling affection. She starts to walk back to camp, but I catch her arm, remembering something I had ment to say earlier.

"Hey, good job earlier." I say when she turns back and looks at me. "You realy are doing well as our leader. Your performance wouldn't have anything to do with my words of encouragement last night, would it?" I say, trying to make a joke. Everlee smiles.

"Actually, those might have helped, but I wasn't really thinking about it when I stood up. I just sort of did it." I smile.

"Good." I let go of her arm and she walks back to camp.

I find myself wanting to talk to Seena, but I can't till I'm done helping Sheara. I turn back to her, only to come face-to-face with Poca, standing on a low-hanging branch.

"Hello Dav-Darkness Rogue." She says. "I am glad...Sheara did-not kill... you."

I snort. "That's just because you wish you could kill me yourself. And when are you going to start calling me by my name? Sheara even has a nickname for me."

She glares, but ignores the last part of my comment. "That is... not-true. I don't want... you to-die. If you-died," She says with a foxy grin. "Then we... could not-have our... rematch!" I'm confused.

"Huh?" I say.

"I said.. best-two out of.. three, and you.. accepted."

I grin, remembering. "Ah okay. When do you want to do it?"

Poca's smile grows bigger. "NOW." She says. In an instant she's four times her normal size and before I can react, she swallows my entire head.

(WOW that was long. Sorry, I wanted to get all of that down. *Scratches her head in embarrasment* Sorry! Hopefully the upcomming funny stuff will make up for it!)

Alec

"So what's your answer?"

I didn't hesitate in replying "Go with you of course! You guys need me! Jeez, I'm not one to wait around for the government to find me frozen to a tree!" I exclaimed, releasing a laugh. "I'm not stupid!"

"Could have fooled me." The Tiger pet who kept disappearing hissed.

(Oh!! Poor Davy! That scar will really bother Sheara... :( Well, now for a change in the mood! Time for Poca's revenge! MWAHAHAHA!!!)

-Poca

"I said.. best-two out of.. three, and you.. accepted."

Idiot. He-already...forgot.

"Ah okay. When do you want to do it?" He said, still oblivious. I smiled wickedly.

Finally, revenge!

"NOW." I released the energy that I had been building up for this moment ever since I had met the Dark Rogue. I opened my jaw and aimed. My body expanded to a perfect fit as I inhailed the Rouge's head. I stopped my fangs as they made contact with his neck. I didn't want to kill him...yet. That wouldn't be any fun! So I let the Dark Rogue keep his head.

Come-to think...of it...I-don't want his-head. I want-ALL-of him! I began to grow even bigger, making my mouth as wide as possible.
I felt him yell, the sound waves tickling my tough. It was a little muffled, but it sounded something like:
BWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWFFFFFFF!!!
I chuckled inwardly. I had been waiting for this moment for a long time, and I was going to have as much fun with sweet little Davy as possible.

-Sheara

I flicked my wrist and cracked my whip at the tree in front of me. It looked as though the tree itself jumped, electricity buzzing up its trunk and to the branches. To my suprise, it did not explode into chips when my whip hit it. Instead, the whip went straight through! Slicing the trunk of the huge tree like a hot knife through butter. The tree began to fall forward--right at me! I snapped my other wrist forward and up, cutting the tree from bottom to top as it fell. The two cut peices fell on either side on me, leaving me untouched. I stared at the fried, cut up tree, then at my hands gripping the whips. I felt like a ninja!
Poca?! Did you see that?! I can use my lightening whips!! I can use my lightening whips!! I can- I stopped. For some reason, Poca hadn't responded. In fact, she hadn't said a thing this entire time.
Poca? Where did you go? Where did- I turned and looked across the field. There I saw Poca, the size of an elefent, and with her jaw around Davy's head!
"Wha-POCA!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DAVY'S HEAD?!" I ran over as fast as I could.

What-it isn't obviouse? Here...let-me give you a-hint...I'm-eating him.

I was tempted to jump on Poca, but that might make her bite harder! I stopped in front of her.
"POCA! LET GO OF DAVY'S HEAD! NOW!" I screeched with all the authroity I could muster.

"MUUUFFUNNNUPH!!" Davy agreed.

Poca chuckled.
Why-of...course. Just-as soon as-I am...done-with him. She grew even bigger, then adjusted her jaw over his shoulders, slowely inching down his body until she couldn't fit anymore of him in her mouth. Then she started growing bigger again.
"AHHH!!! NO! STOP!!" I cried. She snicked evily, and adjusted even farther. She was now down to his waist! By now Evee had heard us and was heading back.

"What now?! What else could possibly be happ-DAVNICK!" Her eyes widened to the size of plates when she saw Poca. She quickly looked at me.
"WHAT IS POCA DOING?!" She yelled.

"I DON'T KNOW!! I JUST TURNED AROUND AND SHE WAS EATING HIM!" I didn't mean to yell back, but I was so panic-ed it just came out.
"MUFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!" Yelled Davy.
I turned from Evee to Poca. Davy's legs were the only thing showing now, and Poca was in one of her biggest forms! Bigger than a two story bus and growing! Poca swung her her head back, sticking Davy's kicking legs high in the air. She then pulled her head back and opened her jaw. Davy's feet disappeared into Poca's mouth. I heard him start to yell something before she clamped her mouth shut, muffeling his words before he could finish. It sounded like:

"HOLY-MUUUUUUUUUFFFFFFFFF!!!"

My eyes nearly popped out of my head.

"AHH! POCA! SPIT HIM OUT!!!" Evee and I screamed at the same time. Neither of us dared attack Poca in fear of Davy being swallowed. Almost everyone had come to see what all the camotion was about.

Poca's mouth began to opened slowely to reveal Davy pushing open her jaw with all his might. He glared at all of us.

"Don't just stand there! GET ME THE-" Poca shut her mouth, then opened. "-OUTTA HERE!!!"

Poca suddenly looked a little grossed out.
Oh-gross! When was-the...last-time you bathed, Dark-Rouge?! She was now speaking mentaly to everyone. I didn't hear Davy's reply, but it obviously disgusted Poca.

Are-you serious?! That-is...just disgusting! Ohhh...I think-i'm going-to puke... I heard liquid come up Poca's throat and her cheeks expanded. From inside her mouth, I heard Davy scream.

(Okay...I'm not sure what exactly you wanted to happen Razzle, so tell me if you want me to add anything. I skipped alot of talking between Davy yelling and Poca starting to throw up, so if you want me to put anything in, tell me! Oh, and no one get Davy out of Poca's mouth just yet! Hehe! :D )
Ninja. Enough said.

Tess:

After a few minutes, people explain to me why i tackled somebody, and suddenly i realize I hadn't eaten anything yet.

Well, we are NOT having stew again. Nyx says. I gigle silently and go off hunting.

An hour or two later i have enough food to feed us for the rest of the trip before our attack. I sit down and cook a meal.

That's when i realize everybody's off training. So I sigh and eat my food by myself.

"Hey." I looked up to see Jared staring at me with a cocky grin on his face.

"hey..." I stare at him suspisciously.

"Want to train with me?"

I smile widely and laugh. "You'd hardly be a fight."

"Prove it."

"Gladly."

* * *

We found a small clearing, not to big, because i liked fighting in the trees. Jared id too, which annoyed me greatly that we had something in common.

"Ready?" He asks, the grin not leaving his face.

I smile wildly, and disappear into the trees.

We played this game a lot, to train. The rules were simple; touch the ground, die, or get pinned, and you lose. No limb cutting, throat slitting, or tackling(We used to allow that, but we could never tell who won.)

He followed me up, and the fight began.

I touched the branch he was standing on, freezing it over. He slips, and ALMOST fell, but he regains his balance by grabbing onto another branch. I tackle him, but lightly enough that we don't both go flying. We just both lose our balance again.

Then we start falling.

The ground is rushing towards me, and I frantically grab a branch, doing a full 360 swing and landing gracefully on top.

I look down smiling, but it disappears when I realize Jared's in a branch too.

This may take awhile. I think to Nyx and i feel her nod as she swoops in from behind Jared.

And suddenly my smile's back.
