What are you reading at the moment?

The Chosen by Chaim Potok.

Baroness Ink - Are you finding that one slower than the others? I blew through Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow, but Shadow of the Hegemon took me a lot longer to read, and I haven't read any of his books since. I'm sure I will once I get a sci-fi craving (they're rare for me ), but that one sort of turned me off to Card for the time being.

I've not began yet, but I'll soon read Slaughterhouse 5 - Kurt Vonnegut.

I haven't gotten that far into it, but seems as good as ever. Aside from -- it's the paperback. I hate reading paperback books when I can get 'em in hardcover. >_>"

Festival by someone whose name I have forgotten. Goes to show how much of an impression the book has made on me.....

I just read Vampirates by Justin Somper. It was what one might call a definitive "teen" novel, almost definately aimed at that age group ahaah. Which would explain why I had to nick it off my little sister.

The Great Gatsby is what i'm reading, and next i am not sure..

The Haunting of Alaizabel Cray, by Chris Wooding.

It's been sat on my bookshelf unread for around three years, and I say he's one of my favourite authors too XD

I'm reading Pride and Prejudice and loving it!

I'm reading Starfist: Hangfire by David Sherman and Dan Cragg. It's good if you like military science fiction, like I do.

I've been reading The Pact by Jodi Picoult off-and-on for the past two weeks and haven't gotten too far in the story yet. I'm also reading The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne for English class.

ooo Eva, Tolstoy? Have fun with that! I didn't finish that one. And, Heartsick if I recall correctly, looks really good. I want to get it.

Reading The Picture of Dorian Gray by Wilde. This will be the third time. I'm not sure why I'm reading it? Nothing else on my shelf looks appeasing at the moment, but I really want to read something... *sigh* I need to go book shopping.

Shan's Demonata series.

A bit boring but I'm hoping it'll progress with the next book.

A word of warning Fishr.. He lets his imagination run wild as it progresses.
