Yesterday on a whim, I bought Nightseer by Laurell K. Hamilton. I haven't read enough of it to really get an impression but I do like it so far. Apparently it was her debut novel and was rereleased, so that's probably why I can't find anyone who's heard of and read that book- only her Anita Blake and other books.
Time of the Twins, by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman. I'm also in the middle of Catcher in the Rye, by J.D Salinger, but that comes second to the Dragonlance series if I can borrow more books off my science teacher.
Well, I'm reading "Descending Darkness" by Harry Turtledove. It promises to be an interesting read. The theme is "World War in a world where magic works" (shudder.)
