What are you reading at the moment?

I hate it when my favourite books are made into films. My imagination is just how I like it so a film can never compare. However, I am excited about it as I really want to see how it comes out.

At the moment I'm on the second chapter of Bram Stoker's Dracula, in time for Halloween. I'm really enjoying it so far.

I think I'm reading the Nebula Awards Showcase 2006 some si-fi thing. And I'm also reading Harry Potter et le prisonner d'Azkaban for the third time (i love the french Harry Potters!)

Nix is like a watered-down Tolkein. I couldn't finish Sabriel either.

I just finished The Virgin's Lover, by Philippa Gregory, and I'm reading Uglies, by Scott Westerfield, since I heard those were good books.

I'm also reading The Other Boleyn Girl, by Philippa Gregory for the third time since May. I really hope they don't mess up the story when the movie comes out next year (February-ish, I think) because that would just be depressing. It's soooo good.

Sumi-chan, Sabriel isn't anything like Lord of the Rings. The magic is way more ... magic, for one. It's a totally different kind of fantasy. (The Charter Magic is really interesting, once you get into it.)
