(Hey Kitty? When you or Undertaker do one more post with Takeo and Lena let me take over for a bit. I have something specific in mind for when they reach his place. Oh, and by the way, the Judgement girl who just appeared is a Level 4.)

Bianca & Sky

In total there were three crooks, two in the back and one driving. The two in the back opened the door and started to get out, but stopped when they saw the girl standing in front of them. "What the hell? Another one?"

The girl pointed to her armband and said, "I'm a member of Judgement, and you are all under arrest for robbery! There's no point in trying to resist, Anti-Skill has been notified and are on their way as we speak." She saw Sky, who was being held in an arm lock by one of the robbers. "Don't worry, I'll get you out of this."

The crook who had been driving went to join his comrades. "It's just one kid. Let's deal with her and get out of here!" The driver charged at the Judgement girl, his arm rearing back to punch her. She disappeared right before he could hit her and re-appeared in mid-air behind him. She kicked him in the back of the head before teleporting herself onto solid ground. The crook went down like a ton of bricks.

The second robber tried to catch her off guard by attacking from behind, but the girl ducked under his swing, reached her hand out and touched his leg. The man was teleported into the air just above his friend who was starting to get back on his feet. They both let out a painful grunt when the one landed on the other. The girl reached down and ran her fingers across the metal nails just like she had done before. The nails teleported into the edges of the downed crooks' clothes, effectively nailing them to the ground. Neither of them would be going anywhere now.

The girl heard a loud 'fwoomp' sound and turned her head just in time to see a ball of fire rocketing toward her. She managed to teleport out of the way before the fiery projectile hit her. She took a moment to get her bearings straight before she realised where the attack had come from. The third robber, the one who was holding Sky, had his arm stretched out. Small strands of smoke were rising from his gloved hand. A pyrokinetic, she thought.

The man placed his hand on Sky's head and said, "This has gone on long enough. Make one wrong move and I'll be sending this girl to the hospital with third degree burns!"

(I'm amazed at how active storybooks are now compared to when we did VG Rumble. It takes just one day for a storybook to slip down to the second page in the forum.)

Sky seemed to always be getting herself into these situations. It was always her. She was standing, shocked, against the crook who held her hostage. His hand was pressing hard against her forehead, and she could feel a gathering of power there under his palm. Sky dared not move, for any slight movements would most likely set the guy off. She had to think about this, her situation. Man, she wished she had that tele-whatever that enabled you to talk to other people's minds.

Sky took a deep breath, trying to ease her panic. The man was shouting at the girl who was there to save Sky, but she heard none of it. Slowly, she calmed herself and gathered her energy, focusing as hard as she could. I have to get this right, or else they'll kill me. This is my only chance. She pulled together her energy, and in a burst of power, let it loose and sank right through the man, landing on her rear.

At that moment, the Judgement girl threw her spikes, or whatever they were, straight at him, propelling him back and over Sky, until he hit the ground with a thud. He writhed and thrashed, but he was pinned. Sky struggled to catch her breath. She was weak from all of that energy she used, and was shocked that it actually worked this time.

Stars danced in her vision, and everything went black.

"Sky!" Bianca shouted before rushing over to the girl. She kneeled beside her, grabbed her wrist and tried to find a pulse. Relief washed over her when she found it, Sky was still alive. But, why did she suddenly pass out?

The Judgement girl teleported beside her and asked, "What level is your friend?"

It took a moment for Bianca to answer. "I'm not sure. Level 1, I think."

She smiled. "Don't worry, she simply passed out from using too much of her power at once. Once Anti-Skill gets here we'll put her in one of the medical units to help her recover faster."

Bianca nodded. "Thanks for your help. What's your name?"

"You can call me Shirai Kuroko."

As if on cue, sirens started to blare in the distance. A couple of navy blue armoured vehicles sped around the corner of the street and stopped in front of the crooks' van. Men and women in body armour and automatic rifles started piling out of the vehicles, along with a couple of security robots. The robots looked just like the city's cleaning robots, floating trash cans. Their main function was to patrol the city and notify the authorities of any crime that happens in their vicinity. They also worked as movable cover for Anti-Skill in live fire situations.

As the commanding officer approached them, Shirai frowned and said, "It's about time you guys showed up. I had to take care of everything myself!"

The commanding officer was a woman with long black hair with a tint of blue done up in a ponytail. She ignored the comment and asked, "What's the situation?"

"An armed robbery with three suspects." She pointed at the crook that had taken Sky hostage. "That one over there is a pyrokinetic, so be careful with him. All the stolen money should still be in the back of the van."

"Any casualties?"

"None that I know of right now," Shirai said before looking at Sky. "But this girl collapsed from exhaustion. She was held captive by them and used too much of her power to get away."

The woman nodded and turned to two more officers. "You two, bring this girl to the medical unit."

(Sorry if it's a bit long again. If you can think of anything else to post after this, go ahead. If not, we can just move on.)

(Well, you could have your character wake up in the medical unit and talk with Bianca. But I was also thinking we should let Kitty have the next post since it's her turn.)

Okies! I shall post for Bianca, then anyone is free to interract with her :)

Bianca

As the two officers approached I stuck close by Sky and tried to make myself as small as possible. I realised that we'd probably added to the trouble more than helped and felt bad. It had been my idea afterall. I should have known that someone would deal with it, that-

"Okay, let's get her in the van," one of the officers was staying. I clung closer and gave him a friendly smile.

"We go to the same school," I said. "I should go with her." The other officer swung around and gave me a long, critical look. His brows folded into a frown with cevices that could have swallowed the whole of academic city.

"And why aren't you two in school?" he asked irritably. "Do you have permission to be here?"

I hesitated. What was I supposed to say to that? No, we bunked off to go skating? Forcing a grin I said: "Well, Sky phased herself into a wall and was stuck there so long it made her feel sick so I was supposed to be taking her home when we ran into these goons." There. That sounded believable.

"With a skateboard?" The officer quipped. I cringed and wished I was the one knocked out. Sky would probably be better at the whole girly innocence thing.

"I normally board to school," I lied.

"Mmmmm." And fortunately we were snugly in the van by this point so they shut the doors and I heard them get in at the drivers side. Phew. Left alone in the back of the van, I looked down at Sky and bit my lip. Magical exertion, that was no fun. It would be like testing day all over aagin, poor thing.

Lena

I waited in the hall while Takeo went in to re-take test. Sighing, I began to wonder how he was doing on his re-test, if he was even taking it. I was about to reach down and pull a book out of my book bag when I heard a strange commotion down the hallway. Figuring that it would take Takeo awhile to take his test, I gracefully and noiselessly made my way down the hallway.

Turning to look around the corner, I saw that Katsurou had a kid up against the lockers. Did this kid ever give anyone a break? I mean he is bullying people during school and now he is bullying them after. Just great. Glancing around I noticed that right behind Katsurou was a water fountain. Perfect, I thought. I concentrated on the water in the fountain then released it, straight at Katsurou. He let go of the kid and turned around. I pushed myself up against the wall, hoping that he did not notice me. I waited for a second, listening to what was going on around the corner. No sound came though, deciding to chance it, I looked around the corner again.

The kid that was up against the locker was gone and Katsurou stood there looking confused and frustrated. Sighing out of relief, I silently walked back down the hallway. Sat back down where I was waiting and pulled out a book. As far as I know, Katsurou didn’t know that had been me and I wanted to keep it that way.

((Added some of that becasue I didn't want her to just sit there and wait. If I need to change it tell me and I will))

Takeo

"Takeo Saitou," he said smugly. The head master made another humming sound and moved to the other side of his desk. He sat down and pulled a piece of paper to himself, picking up his pen. Takeo waited for further instruction and grew annoyed as the head master seemed to ignore him.

"Well?" he asked rudely. The head master continued to write a little longer and Takeo felt his temper irked. What gives? Is he purposefully ignoring me to annoy me? At last he put his pen down with a loud clunk and looked up.

"Give this to your tutor tomorrow," he said calmly, holding out a piece of paper. Takeo took it and looked it over, his enthusiasm and grasp of success fading from his face.

"What's this?" Takeo asked.

"What does it look like?" the head master asked, his tone mildly amused.

"It looks like a request for a report on me," Takeo mumbled. "I'm sorry sir but what do you need that for? The test of my ability should be proof enough."

"That will be all. Return the finished report to my desk tomorrow and then- then we'll see about your re-test." The head master returned to his writing and Taki felt thoroughly dismissed. Carrying the piece of paper in his hand, he left the office and glared about, his eyes falling on Lena who was reading her book.

"Come on," Takeo said gruffly.

"So, how'd it go?" Lena asked, tucking her book away and standing up in one fluid move. She fell into step beside him and Taki wondered again what her interest in his affairs was. It doesn't seem like she fancies me so what gives?

"I've got to see my tutor tomorrow, but after that, well you'll see. I'll be officially a level four by the end of the week." He flashed her a grin and opened the door, preceding her through and holding it open for her. And they set off home, taking the winding path home.

(If it's okay with you guys, I'm going to move the plot along just to keep things moving.)

Ayaka's class had finished just in time for her to leave and see Lena and Takeo walking out of the building together. Since she needed proof to solidify her suspicions she decided the best course of action was to follow them. She needed to know if it really was Taki she had seen in her dream. She followed the two of them, making sure she stayed out of sight.

The sun was beginning to set by the time Taki reached his apartment complex. "Well, here we are. I'll be fine from here on," he said.

Lena considered walking him up to his room, but decided against it. It felt a little too forward and he might get the wrong idea. So, she decided to let him go. "All right. I guess I'll see you tomorrow."

Takeo gave her a flirtatious smile and said, "I'll be looking forward to it."

Lena simply rolled her eyes and walked away.

Taki started up the stairs to the floor his room was on. One the way he spotted something on one of the steps. It looked like a tarot card of some kind, with the Japanese Kanji letter for fire written on it. He picked it up to get a better look at it, before saying, "Huh, weird," and tossing it aside. He continued up a few more floors before he arrived at his own.

Takeo stopped in his tracks when he came to his floor. The entire place was covered with more of those cards. They were everywhere! On the floor, the walls, people's doors, the balcony railing, even the ceiling. After a moment Takeo managed to find the words to say, "What the hell is this?"

A voice from behind said, "Did you really think you could hide?" He whipped around to see the black cloaked man that had chased after him the day before. He had in his hand one of the many cards that covered the entire floor.

(Lena can bump into Ayaka in your next post if you want, Undertaker.)

Lena

After walking Takeo back to his apartment, I then continued on my way home. Well, I was on my way home, until I noticed someone walking up to the front of Takeo’s apartment building. Silently walking up behind the person, I tried to get a look at the person’s face. The person must have saw me because suddenly she turned around. It was Ayaka.

“Ayaka!” I exclaimed, “What are you doing here?”

Before she could answer my statement we heard a strange voice upstairs. That was most defiantly not Takeo’s voice. Sighing, I glanced at Ayaka. She was giving me this questioning look, as if asking if I wanted to check out what that was. Nodding my head, I started up the stairs with Ayaka in tow.

(I intended for Ayaka and Lena to see the fire from the guy's magic when the fight started, but this works out just as well I suppose.)

***Wow, I've missed a lot. ***

Cait

Cait nor Ren knew much of the afternoon's events. Their day consisted of conversations over lunch, and then simply walking about town entertaining themselves. Night came, and they split ways. Cait rode her bicycle home, pretending to be her usual nonchalant, typically flirtacious person.

But she closed the door behind her, and burst out into giggles. Despite the boring events of the day, she had enjoyed her time with Ren. She didn't know what it was, but he always had a way of making her smile and forget about all her troubles! Whatever it was, she knew he was a good friend. Maybe something more...

Nah, she rolled her eyes. Truthfully, as nice as it was, she enjoyed being single too much. But maybe later on, if things turned out that way...

She picked up the remote and turned on the T.V, flipping through channels until she found something interesting enough to watch.

I went to confront noisy neighbours, only to find the windows dark, stuck with two notes. The ghost, too, had "gone fishing". Something still whistled.
