Cain

I guess I must have fallen asleep in Lakisha's lap, because next thing I knew, I was stumbling out of the van with the others into some brightly lit place. Everything was hazy and I felt like I had overdosed.

Something like screaming happened next to me and as I slowly turned my head over, I saw that one of the boys, Kalayan, I think, had fallen onto the ground. Must have tripped, I thought, and snickered out loud. Lakisha glared at me.

We were led into the building looming in front of us, surrounded by a dense thong of those men. No point in fighting them, they had their guns. One of them was dragging the fainted boy on the ground by the shirt sleeve, and muttering under his breath.

Inside, with some trouble, they had us assembled into a line, with a row of men behind us, watching. One of them, dressed a bit differently, came to the front. His mouth started moving but I could barely make out what he was saying. His face seemed to spin and the world was blurring like crazy. They had definitely drugged me.

The crumpled Kalayan rose slowly, as if in a dream. The man in the front gave him a not-so-uplifting look. "I see you've finally decided to come to. As I was saying..."

"Ugghhhh." The moan escaped from my lips. If Kalayan could sleep, so could I. I dropped to the ground without even imagining any consequences.
The wittiest thing is the simple truth.

*Here is cue you asked for Forestqueen! (:

STELLA

As we were shoved out of the van I noticed that there were two other vans parked close by. There were people in them too, men from inside the castle were shoving them out too.

"Get out, get out, we have arrived!" they shouted at the groggy passengers. They all looked a slumpy as I know I felt. Are we drugged? How? I have not eaten nor drank anything since I left the village.

We were all herded like cattle into the foyer of the castle, I ended up beside a tired looking, black haired girl. She leaned over and whispered to me "What do you think they are going to do with us?" I honestly did't know.

LAKISHA

I blinked, trying to keep myself awake. Cain fell beside me and one of the men took a step forward, glaring at the unconcious boy. I stepped between them, glaring at the man. Claw slithered down my body and onto the floor infront of me. The man eyed him cautiously.

"He's venomous. You may want to back up," I growled. He did relunctantly. I kneeled down beside Cain and slung his arm around my shoulder, pulling him to his feet. I had no clue why I was doing it...but I was. I was especially confused at the fact that I had let him fall asleep in my lap.

"Claw, come here," I whispered. He slithered up to me and up my arm, winding himself on it.

Astri

People had tried to make conversation with me in the van. I hadn't spoken, I couldn't speak. If I opened my mouth I would have cried my heart out. I still didn't understand. Everyone else seemed to know what was going on... why didn't I know? All these wierd things were happening to: on the van a snake appeared from nowhere and then vanished! I can't explain it and didn't want to ask questions to expose my ignorance, so i just kept quiet.

When we arrived we were hoisted out the vans, I just followed everyone else and stayed quiet. Until I knew what was going on I didn't want to say or do anything wrong, just stay quiet, stay small, be alone.

LAKISHA

I glanced at the girl, Astri. She looked like she would die any moment now. I rolled my eyes. She would have to suck it up, all of us were. Claw slithered onto Cain's shoulder and I smirked, wondering if he would care when he woke up.

I sighed and returned my stare to Astri. I felt sorry for her, but there was really nothing I could do. The men weren't talking, we weren't listening. I wanted to get out of this building. I felt grossly enclosed.

I grabbed my daggar from my pocket and twirled it around in my fingers. One of the guards eyed it nervously and I winked at him. He raised an eyebrow, but made no attempt at taking it from me. Although it seemed that his gun was always slightly aimed in my direction.
Guuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurl.

Emma

It was all so cold, and so blurry. I could feel bodies all around me, but no heat was flowing to me. "What's going to happen to us?" I asked the girl next to me.
"I don't know," she whispered.
I could feel my stomach groan with hunger and I began feeling weak. My throat was parched...I needed food...I needed water...
I felt so whoozy inside.
"Are you okay?" the girl asked me, grabbing my shoulder.
"I'm so hungry...where am I?" The words fell from my lips before my vision went black.
Sorrow lasts through this night
I'll take this piece of you,
and hold for all eternity
For just one second I felt whole... as you flew right through me.

Well we have arrived at the Effidice, apparently Kayalan is unconcious right now but you can change that haha. There are people in other vans from other villages, people seem drugged. My charcter, Stella, is talking to Forestqueen's, Emma. Cain is unconcious too, I think. I'm pretty sure, Lakisha and Astri are both just standing there. Hope this helped!

Oh! Thanks so much! I love this SB but I got completely lost for a few posts there. ;)

Kalayan

I awoke with a start. Bull, I probably wasn't supposed to have been asleep. Ah well. "What happened?" I asked, yawning.

Claw the friggin' snake slithered towards me. I eyed it. "Don't you dare," I said warningly. Lakisha looked at me like I was crazy.

"How can you not like snakes?!" She asked, exasperated and amused.

"They're slimy, slithery creatures that can be poisoness. What's to like?!" I asked, backing away and standing up. I had kind of got over my freaking out, but I was still wary of the slimey thing.

Lakisha shook her head. "You're crazy," she said. Claw slithered up her arm and onto her shoulders and she smirked slightly.

"Me?!" I asked, but decided that the argument wasn't worth it and turned away.

Glad you forgot me jem;) Haha, just kidding!(:

Elizabeth Black:

Eli looked around, eyes wide as some people started dropping like flies, falling asleep. She scratched Sabe behind the ear absentmindedly as the man before them continued to talk, paying no mind to the people on the ground, fast asleep, or the ones conversing amongst themselves, and paying no mind to him, even though he was explaining everything. Crim twittered on, like usual, singing her own song as she hopped up and down on Eli's shoulder, throwing her blood red head back and forth. Eli smiled as the man motioned towards a door, where people, dressed as maids, butlers, and servants, proceded to push carts of food into the room they were in.

Glancing down, Eli noticed Sabe lick his chops hungrily, eyes sparkling. "Sabe," she whispered the warning to him, the lion looking up at her with wide eyes, mrowing something incomprehensible. Eli nodded slowly, her eyes not once straying from the men with the carts as they made a circle around the group.

"Help yourselves." The man that had done all the talking smiled before walking out of the room. The servants bowed and followed in suit, disappearing and leaving the teenagers to talk and eat amongst themselves.

Kalayan

"Think it's safe to eat?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. "For all we know, it could be poisoned."

"Thanks for making us feel safe about being hungry," a girl I hadn't met formally quite yet said, scratching a lion that she called 'Sabe'.

"No problem," I said. "we haven't been introduced properly, I don't think. I'm Kalayan," I said.

Elizabeth Black:

"I'm Elizabeth, but everyone calls me Eli," Eli smiled kindly at the boy, Kalayan, who seemed to be at least a year older. Sabe purred loudly right when Eli's fingers grazed the exact back of his ear, pushing his head against her thigh. "So do you really think it's poisoned?" She asked softly, her eyes gazing at the food cautiously.

"I really don't know, it's appearance is normal," Kalayan answered, his face contorted in thought, a girl beside him, Lakisha, nodding her head in agreement.

"Well I guess there's only one way to find out," Eli shrugged and began to walk towards the food. Sabe would tell her if it was poisoned or not, after all, he could smell those things, right?
