**Pudin, Elliot is going to kill me with sweetness. Hes so SD:LFSK**

Storm, Wolf

Storm heard Elliot screaming above her own grunts of pain. She looked to see him fighting the leader and she fought against the other vampires holding her down harder.

"Elliot, Veriane!!" she screamed seeing her best friend appear, "Be careful!! He's faster than you think!" Elliot ducked and swung with a violent fury that peaked on scary but she ignored it knowing it wasn't really who he was.

Suddenly, Garred appeared and began fighting with Veriane against all the vampires holding her down, quickly there was only 2 and Storm was able to break free of their grasp. She kicked her leg up high, smashing one in the face with her boot. She stood up and ran over to the leader who was running toward Elliot at a violent speed, with blood-lust.

Morphing as she ran, she picked up speed and rammed into the leader sending them both flying across the hall.

Chimera(Drako)- Dragon shifter

Drako shook off the old fear and glanced at the others. "We won't make it in time on foot. We'll have to go by air."

The warlock choked on his raisins and looked at Drako. "Air!?"

Grinning Drako stepped back and summoned the change again. "Hope you aren't afraid of heights."

Flying it took the trio two minutes to cross the campus. Drako was carefull not to go full speed, he'd never had passengers before. The fight had spilled from the east wing out into one of the courtyards. There were vamps everywhere, a couple ghosts, some shifters, a demon.

Drako circled, trying to guess where help was needed most, Ariel and Vecian leaned over to watch the fight. Taking a deep breath Drako dove at the biggest knot of vamps, flaring his wings at the last second he shot his legs out, talons raking over the lot of them.

Damage done, Drako shifted to his demi-human form, Ariel and Vecian landed with a crouch. Drako saw a trio of vamps making for Storm. Growling he shot his fist out, a bolt of blue white lightning lit the night, arking across the clearing to slam into the vamps.

Howling, they went up like torches. Drako snorted with disgust, fledgling vampires were as vulnerable to lightning and fire, as they were to sunlight. He glanced around the courtyard, all but a handful of the vamps had flinched at the lightning strike.

Grinning Drako wrapped lightning around his arms, and charged into the melee.

*Can someone watch his back, Drako's pretty reckless?*

Vecian, warlock,

I jump off of Drako, feeling queasy. I hate flying. Being an earth warlock, the air is my opposite, and essentially my enemy.
Before I can start working spells, Drako sprints into the fight, a manic gleam in his eye. I roll my eyes. Some people. I run after him to make sure that he doesn't get himself killed. He starts blasting a vamp with that cool lightning trick, but doesn't notice another enemy sneaking up behind him. I smile, willing the stones at the vamp's feet to bend to my ways. Soon, the rock is becoming a fluid, inching up the vampire's legs. He turns to look at me, and snarls. I grin at him as his entire body is encased in stone, which probably won't hold very long, but will have to do. I turn to Drako just in time to see him blasing more vamps out of the way. I start weaving more rock spells, slowing the enemy down. Then, I feel a crushing weight force me to the ground.
And remember...A portkey can be any sort of harmless object...A football...or a dolphin.

*The Australian time zone really does suck D:*

Hayley-Ghost

I watch as the fight gets bigger and bigger, no-longer wasting my strength on looking like a vampire I charge into the battle, making myself fade a little too keep me one step ahead of the vampires.
"Dad!" I heard Devisy yell. "Someone needs to find and help dad!" With that I floated above the fighting, and off toward the office.
"I'm going to help your father" I sent the message to Devisy, clear and loud, hoping it would calm her nerves.

I reached the office, but it was too late, the door was swung open and hanging on one hinge, I stepped inside to find a wining Sam, in his golden retriever form, crouched in the corner.
"What happened" I ask him, even though I already know the answer
"They took him" he chokes out.

Sam - Shifter

"I tried to ... stop them," Sam wheezed, trying to get his breath back, "But it was just me ... I couldn't hold them off."

Hayley turned abruptly and began to go in the direction that the vampires had. Sam made to go after her but stopped as he felt a burning flash of pain from his leg. Whimpering slightly, he turned his head and began to lick the deep gash that was staining his pale fur a deep, ugly red. The pain receded slightly and Sam moved forward again.
His whole body ached, he'd done his very best to stand up to the rogue vampires but he'd been no match for them.

Three vampires had come into the office; two had turned to Sam and held him off as the third took care of the headmaster. Then all three had started to close in on him. Sam had assumed that they were about to kill him and backed into the corner, ready to spring at their faces in one last attempt. But suddenly they had backed off, grabbed the headmaster and left the office. They left Sam hurt and bleeding on the floor, alone. And then Hayley had come in as well, but Sam knew that he wasn't too hurt and saving the head master would be her top priority.

He stopped in the corridor and sniffed the air slightly. He could smell the scents of all the creatures. There were fear scents and anger scents. Sam wanted to go and help his peers, they might be in trouble.

Running as fast as his injured leg would let him Sam made his way towards the fight. It wasn't only his leg that hurt, his ear was torn and he was pretty sure that his stomach was bruised badly. But he carried on regardless, thinking of his friends who might be stuck in the fight.

The noises were getting louder now, and Sam looked up in time to see a vampire and a wolf crash into the wall ahead of him. Storm, he thought, picking up his pace. If Storm was here then Veriane might be, and he didn't want her to get hurt.

A foot connected with his side and Sam found himself thrown on the floor with vampire standing over him. And evil gleam entered the man's eye and his lips lifted up in the suggestion of a mocking smile. Sam growled as ferociously as he could manage and sunk his teeth into the vampire's unprotected ankle before scrabbling up to stand on his paws again.
The vampire chuckled slightly, but it was edged with a hint of anger and malice. Sam's ears flattened against his head and he prepared himself for a fight.
"It is curious how often you humans manage to obtain that which you do not want."

Ariel-witch
The fight was fierce, there were vampires everywhere. The rage began growing inside of her as she watched how everyone fought and how the vampires thought themselves superior to them. And as the minutes ticked by the anger only grew. Too bad for the fool that dared put her in that phase of her.
She became that powerful witch. SHe summoned the powers of darkness and in a rush they were on her. The vampires noticed her presence and ran to her, leaving only one on Vecian
"Oh, you-dare-to attack me, huh?" She asked one of them mockingly. The vampire chuckled with that evil hint in that laughter. BUt before the vampire even knew, she created a sphere of ultraviolet light.

"oops, too bright?" The mocking laughter in her grew louder as the sphere of light grew brighter until of a sudden it exploded and the vampires were burnt to ashes, even the one that was holding Vecian

"Nice" Drako said to her as vecian looked at her with surprised eyes.

Elliot-demon
His back was hurting from such impact he had with the vampire. But he was ok, the vampire, on the other hand, was definitely weaker. Elliot took the chance and got up as fast as he could, running towards Storm. He looked at her, making sure she was ok but there was this place of her that was bleeding, her arm.
"Crap" he murmured. "You have to go"

"Why?" She retorted, obviously apprehensive.

"Storm, you're..." But before he finished the sentence, he felt two heavy hands grab his neck and pull him downward. The vampire was up and fighting, the smell of her blood making him stronger. He was now hurting, the vampire had actually injured him. He was getting angrier by the second, making a small flame in the palm of his hand. IN a rushed movement he threw it to the vampire, burning his face.
"Stupid demon!" the vampire shouted angrily, getting up and kicking Elliot so hard that he went flying across the hall. He made a huge impact on the wall, making some splinters come of the wall. But the pull of gravity was harder, so he fell down on his back making it hurt even more.
It was harder for him to get up now, since every part of his body was in pain. He watched the vampire walking gastly towards him. With the strength he had, he created another flame, a bigger one this time, and threw it to the vampire. This time he burned the vampire's arm.
But all of a sudden, as the vampire was trying to get up again, a small hint of pain ran through the vampire's face. Elliot was surprised since he knew that it wasn't possible. It was then that noticed that swift, slender creature on the vampire's ankle. Verianne. The vampire was getting weaker but was able to grab Verianne.
Elliot couldn't stand the stupid vampire. It had been getting on his nerves since the beginning. Now he was beginning to have this certain aversion towards vampires. They were blood lusty, idiots and obviously weaker that any other kind but still thought they were better. With that thought, he launched himself towards the vampire and broke his neck.
"YOu ok, Ver?" He asked Verianne, who was morphing to human. And walking to them, he saw Storm in her human form, still bleeding.

Storm, Wolf

Storm ignored Elliot's plead that she leave because of her arm. She managed to stand and start kicking and punching with her useless arm hanging by her side. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Verianne and breathed a breath of relief, she and Elliot were ok. But what about Garred!? Where was he?!

Suddenly, she saw Big Guy out of the corneer of her eye and relaxed. She fought her way over to where Verianne and Elliot where standing and morphed attacking a vampire about to bite Verianne in the shoulder.

"Storm! Stop your just gonna make your injury worse!" She heard Elliot yell, but it didn't matter to her now, she was going to protect those she cared about.

*Wait, the fights still going, I thought Ariel killed them all? :? *

Chimera(Drako)- Dragon shifter

Sighing, Drako leaned his head against the door. After the fight, they had learned the headmaster was taken. Most of the teachers and students were floundering, but the ones who had fought with him weren't. The group had agreed to meet in the gym and plan their next move. Drako just needed to grab some clothes and a weapon before heading there.

Opening the door, Drako froze. His room had been ransacked. The window was busted open, the closet door, was hanging off it's hinges, shredded clothes, and books were strewn all over the place.

But worst of all, the bed had been thrown aside and the floor boards beneath torn up. "No, no, no." Drako scrambled across the floor and peered into the hole. His sword was still there, untouched in it's scabbard. But the nest of blankets was empty. His sister was gone.

Old memories rose to the surface, unbidden, Drako's hand reached up to cover the scar slashing across his chest. Dragon's were powerfully magical, and prized for that magic. When he was nine, a black witch had tried to force a Contract by cutting out his heart. It hadn't been the first time, and it wasn't the last.

To a dragon, a forced Contract, was the worst sort of rape. He had promised Alia that she would never have to fear that. Fear being hunted like an animal, or a thing.

As if part him wasn't thinking, Drako calmly reached into the hole and pulled out his sword. Then he threw back his head and a dragon's roar tore from his throat and echoed across the campus. Filled with the rage, anger, and grief of an aching heart.

His head whipped to the open door as he heard running feet, and several of the people he had fought beside appeared in the door way.

Ariel
The fight at her side ended, the vampires were burnt to ashes. Vecian and Drako were both exhausted, but she felt like fainting, after the spell she created. That was extremely tiring.
So after a while, they each went to their dorms, but Ariel went with Vecian and Desi who was still trembling.
"We'll meet at the gym" Ariel said gasping. "We gotta tell the others" But she knew not where the others were or if thy were even alive. She wanted to blieve they were, or at least were unharmed.

"We have to guard Desi" Vecian said as he carried Desivy. But as they were walking to Desis'room, she saw three people dressed in cloaks and wlaking with someone in thei hands. A huge rush or bad fortune ran trhough her and only the image of a dragon came to her mind. Drako, she thought. " we have to go to Drako" Ariel siad to Vecian.

Elliot
He was exhausted but proud, proud that he had fought well and went out victorious. Ir was somethin aht he never did before and was proud that he did it so well.
Storm was sitting on the floor, resting her abck in the wall while Verianne was finally human and Garred was still the Big Guy. So he walked towards Storm and knelt beside her.
"Are you ok?" he asked her, arranging one lock of hair that was on her face.
"It hurts" she said pointing to her arm.
"It'll heal" He said, grabbing her hand and helping her up.

Storm, Wolf

Storm held in a cry of pain as Elliot helped her to her feet. She held it in a cradle against her body. "I think its broken," she groaned.

She looked up at Elliot and almost blushed. "Thanks for helping me, you fought really well." Catious of her arm she moved forward and hugged Elliot awkwardly.

Garred, Ghost

Garred slowly formed back into his regular self and sighed. That was the plus of being a ghost. No injuries. Sliently he looked down and sent a broadcast across the school.

Vampires destoryed thanks to Ariel. Whats the damage?

Suddenly 3 thoughts jumped out at him, one broadcast from Hayley and several thoughts from Sam. Garred closed his eyes and slowly sank to the floor.

They took the Headmaster.

Desivy

After the fight, which I had watched from behind a tree, I was being led along by Vecian and Ariel. I knew who the vampires were, I knew what the wanted, and I knew they had succeeded, because I knew the ones that fought with us were a diversion or on another mission. The first was to get my father, or get me.

And they didn't have me.

I felt a lump form in my tight throat, my eyes stinging with unexpected tears. 'They have him,' I thought helplessly. 'They're going to kill my Papa.' I vaguely heard Ariel say something about Drako, and I knew I had to get to him. I pushed past Vecian and ran towards a random dorm building, hoping I would find him there. An animalistic roar sounded throughout campus. Like a storm of despair and anger unleashing it's thunder. I shivered, running towards the sound.

I knew only one creature that could make that kind of noise.
Is he dancing with a little boy in spandex?!

Vecian,

Desi pushes through me, running towards the dorm where I hear Drako roaring in the most heartrending, animalistic way. It brings tears to my eyes just to hear it. Ariel rushes after Desi, and I run after her, sensing that the vamps have done something terrible, something unforgivable. As I open the door, and follow the sound of footsteps up the stairs, I wonder why the vampires attacked the school. Just another thing that no one ever decided to tell me, I guess. I skid to a halt behind Ariel, who is standing next to Desi. Both girls are staring at Drako, as he roars and heaves with what look to be sobs. His room is a mess, the floorboards torn up. This seems to be the source of his grief. Being my usual out-of-it self, I speak up.

"Drako? What's wrong?"
And remember...A portkey can be any sort of harmless object...A football...or a dolphin.

Hayley

I hear muffled thoughts about meeting in the gym and discussing where we go from here, but I know there is no time. The vampires came for the Headmaster and his daughter, the fact they left Devisy behind only makes matters worse.
I float up above the school, looking for vampires, trying to sense their presence, when I hear it.
"We got them, we got them" one of the rouge vamps repeats over and over in his mind as he flees from the school.
But thats not possible everything inside me disputes Devisy is safe and sound and fine-that is if you don't count the trauma of her father being abducted-they don't have Devisy!
"What is it?" Is the thought that seems to be a popular one with the vamps. Then I hear Drako's roars of shear agony.
The cold hard truth hits me like a slap in the face. they didn't come for the headmaster after all...
"Shit!" Is all I can say.

*I think people are a bit confused about Drako's sister. Alianna still hasn't hatched, but dragon's are sentient in the egg, and can even send emotions or impressions, like if they are scared or safe. As they draw closer to hatching the egg will change color, from white, to whatever color hatchlings scales are.*

Chimera(Drako)- Dragon shifter

Wildly Drako looked around the trashed room. Taking a deep breath he closed his hand around the sword. The blade was a flawless unbreakable diamond, it's gemsong strong and steady. Cool head, cool heart. In his mind an image arose of wide sweeping caverns, endless fields of white, and ice choked seas.

As he rose to his feet Drako growled, his eyes flicked with sparks of lightning. "It looks like the Headmaster wasn't the only thing the vamps came for." Drako told the others, his voice arctic. "They took my little sister too."

The others gasped, Ariel closed her eyes as if praying for something. "Please me tell you're joking."

Drako shook his head, his grip white knuckled on the blade. "I wish. Alianna hasn't hatched yet, she was defenseless." His voice broke at that and he swore. "She was scared and I couldn't protect her! I was too busy fighting a distraction!"
