Desi

Me and Ariel ran to the class, slipping in before the teacher noticed. 'Or maybe it's Papa being headmaster and all', My left brain butted in. I winced at the thought, trying to wish it away, but I knew it was true. Suddenly the teacher stepped into the hall, coming back in. She dragging a boy in behind her. He looked slightly tortured, and when he sat in front of me I tapped his shoulder, hoping to make him feel better. He turned around to look at me with silver eyes. I felt my breath catch, but I cleared my throat and tried to hide my awe. "Hi," I whispered, holding out my hand. "I'm Desivy." He smiled a bit, shaking my hand. "Drako," He said, and I found myself staring at his eyes. I shook my head, trying to get the clouds from my eyes. I smiled again, grabbing a sharpie from my messenger bag. "Wanna hang out after class?" I asked, ready to write down his dorm number on my wrist. He opened his mouth to speak, but a heavy book slammed down on my desk, making us both jump. "Having fun?" The teacher asked, glaring eyes darting between Drako and me.

Ariel
The guy in front of Desivy was incredibly mysterious, even more than he's friend Elliot. After the teacher gave Desi a lecture, the common lecture of respect during class, Ariel turned to her.

"Dude, do you know him?" she asked, intrigued by the guy whom she had enver before seing.

"No, first time" she said, still no turning her eyes away from him

She waited, for desivy to say more, but all Ariel got was silence.

"Des, come back!" she exclaimed, trying to not be soloud so the teacher wouldn't give her the same lecture.

Vecian, warlock,

I sit in the back of the class, watching idly as Des and Ariel whisper back and forth. I like them. They're nice to me sometimes. Friends, even? I doubt I have any real friends. No one wants to be buddies with the weird warlock kid.
And remember...A portkey can be any sort of harmless object...A football...or a dolphin.

Sam - Shifter

Sam checked his watch. "Oh crap. I think we're a little late for class."
He grimaced and gestured in the direction of his next class.
"Are you by any chance walking this way?"
After a pause Veriane nodded and they began to walk down the now pretty empty corridor. Sam sighed to himself. His teacher had told him not to be late again, but talking with Veriane was always something he couldn't pass up.

Desivy, human

As me and Ariel whispered about nothing in particular, my eyes kept glancing to the dark head in front of me (is dark hair right? The pics wouldn't open). The bell rang, cutting off Ariel's words, and I stood up, quickly following Drako from the room. "Sorry!" I mouthed to a stunned Ariel as I skipped out the door. I ran after Drako, placing a hand on his arm. He turned around, silver eyes landing on me, making my heart beat too fast. "U-um, Hi." I said, looking down at my chucks. "Hey," He said, and I looked back up to see him smiling. "So, y'know, in class we were talking about maybe hanging out after class? A-and I was just wondering if maybe you might want to...." I asked, feeling very, very stupid.

Storm, wolf

Storm felt her normally pale-as-death cheeks flush with happiness as she sat down next to Elliot. She siltently slid the homework out of her textbook and looked at him. "Homework last night was a beast right?" Inwardly she groaned, it was a lame question but his smile had just drained all thought and it was what came up first.

Ariel-Witch
It always happend she was left alone by her friend. Some might think she was even used to that, but she never got used to that. It reminded her of those days in wich the kids in her school hated her for being a witch.
As she was walking, deep in thought and sadness, she ran into someone and almost fell.
"I'm so sorry" she said quietly, lifting her head a bit. And it was Vecian, he was g ood friend but not very close.

"No, it's ok" He said with a smile.

"I'm quite distracted right now, I'm sorry" She continued to apoligize which was something she pretty much did when she was nervous.

"Ariel, is ok. Wanna walk with me?" He asked her. Ariel couldn't say no, maybe spending some time with a friend would get her out of her depression.

Elliot-demon
He was nervous and grew nervous by the second. He kept playing in his head the moment he ahd accepted to sit with Storm. But she was there now, and he liked it.
"Yeah. But I finished it beofre dawn so..." Could I be anymore stupid, he thought. " And I got time to compose that song."

"I really like that song" She said and with that a little lightbulb in his head lighted up and a somehow interesting idea came up.

"I could teach you if you want to" He said quietly, hoping that she would say yes.

Heres my other character, sorry it took me so long, still sick :(

Name: Garred Castro

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Grade: 11

Race: Ghost

History: Is the adopted brother of Storm but kept the name he had as a baby. He asserts himself as the older brother because he is 3 months older than Storm and protects her like a hawk but also torments her endlessly as brothers are supposed to.

Appearence: He can constantly change his form but he normally keeps the form he grew up with as tall with black hair and dark icicle eyes. You can tell he's a ghost because he is constantly semi-transperent and he looks like hes covered in a light layer of chalk.

http://api.ning.com/files/HzDan*-vF6vTk ... n/FANG.jpg

(but without the wings!)

Personality: Master of saracasm. He loves to joke around and is very open with many people unlike his sister. He is very shy around girls, however, and mostly just shadows away from them when he gets too nervous.

Strengths/Weaknesses: When he is fighting he is vicous and incredibly fast, he uses his telephathy to tell everyone whats hes planning. His weakness is when someone uses the fact that hes adopted against him or tries to hurt Storm to get under his skin, thats when the person is either dead meat to him or Storm.

Likes/Dislikes: He likes saracasm and speaking telepathically, he hates jerks, coffee, and when Storm can beat him up.

Other: Up for love and a BFF

Storm, wolf

Storm felt her heart leap and she surpressed the urge to yip with joy. Yeah, that'll help your on-going battle to show you're not a werewolf...

Instead she looked at him and nodded, smiling hugely. "I would love that! But I must say its fair to warn you I have absolulety no musical ablility...it sounds like I'm playing with paws." She winced at her horrible joke. Smoooth...

Elliot-demon
He smiled widely, but still not laughing, she did make him laugh after all.
"How do you know if yu've never tried?" he asked her, raising an eyebrow and making that mysterious voice of his.

"Believe me I have"

"Then I'll teach you, you'll be the next Herman Li" Idiot, why did he have to make reference of his favorite metal band. But she laughed off and he ahd to join so it wouldn't seem weird.

IN that moment the bell rang.

Vecian, warlock,

When Ariel runs into me, I'm startled, but its okay, 'cause I guess she's the closest thing I have to a friend. She's kind of pretty, too, not that anyone would go out with me. She apologizes to me profusely, but I shush her.

"Ariel, its okay. Wanna walk with me?" I ask, inwardly smacking myself in the forehead. She smiles and nods. Feeling elated that someone actually accepted an offer to come with me, I set off along the corridor, with Ariel walking next to me.

Storm, wolf

Storm cursed under her breath. The conversation was FIANLLY going well and the stupid class starts. Why me? She thought.

As the teacher began to check homework she ripped off a piece of paper and scribbed a note on it, silently passing it to Elliot next to her when the teacher had passed.

"I can't wait! Call me and let me know when you have time to!"

Garred, Ghost

I see Storm and the guy across the room and grin. Stormie's got a crush! I whisper to her. She whips around and glares at me. Her thoughts come to me, a bit muffled from my lack of practice but none the less I can hear her.

Back off Gare. I really like him, ok? She looked at my steadily, piercing emerald eyes glaring at me. I held up my hands to surrender.

Ok, I'll be muture. I grinned, the urge was just too great. So whens the wedding again?

GARRED!

*Srry I'm late, was swamped with homework. What time of year is it in the story book, spring? summer? For those whoo missed Drako's pictures, in human form he has shoulder length auburn hair, silver eyes and a dragon tattooed on his arm.*

Chimera(Drako)-Dragon

"Sure, why not?" He shrugged casually and the two of them set off for the yard. Drako kept glancing at Desi out of the corner of his eye. She was cute, and seemed interested in him. What planet was he on again? Most of the time Drako faded into the background and that was the way he liked it. Nervously, Drako wondered how would Desi react when she found out what he was, even other magical people were jumpy around dragons.

Absently he rubbed the pendant he was wearing. The blue-purple gem hummed softly at his touch, the gemsong always calmed him down. In his mind an image rose of a pair of dragons, one shining like a rainbow, another a vibrant crimson. Curled sleeping around a pair of eggs.

Calm now, Drako turned and and grinned at Desi. "So what do you want to do?"

Ariel
It was a long silent walk they were having. Ariel was fidgeting while Vecian was just staring somwhere across the corridor. She felt good to have some company but she quite really needed someone to talk to so she tried starting a conversation with Vecian.
"So, what's up?" Ariel said truning to look at Vecian.

"NOthing much, you?"

"I''m always dumped by friends, but yeah I'm great" She sucked iin sarcasm but knew very well that this was an opportunity to use it.

"Have I dumped you?" He asked her with wide eyes and a cool smile.

"No, but you're pretty silent today"

Elliot
THe minutes ticked by and he felt them as slow as ever. When Storm was finally talking to him, the stupid bell had to ring. He tapped his foot on the floor all through the clss, and did the same with his fingers on the table. That made Storm turn to look at him several times.
He had to tell her something. So he grabbed the paper she had passed to him and wrote a small note. Elliot passed it to her under the table.

"I always have time for you" He wrote

*lets shake things up a bit*
Cydney

Cydney was feeling antsy. She hadn't caused any trouble for nearly twelve hours. She strode into her empty dorm (She hadn't had a roommate since her first day here, when she burned the chatterbox girl and caused her to go to the hospital for a month). She flopped down onto her bed and began to plan.
A seed of an idea formed in her mind. Laughing, she scribbled it down in a notebook. She got up to go get a snack from her fridge, but stopped when she heard a loud annoying noise.
A girl was screaming.
I came into this world wrinkled and ugly. And no matter how much I accumulate here, it's a short journey. I will go out of this world wrinkled and ugly. So I enjoy life.
