cool story i think it is quiet interesting

Name: Chiara Storme (Ki AH rah)


Age: 15


Description: Short (5'4), well shaped - very thin, but with great curves. Long brown hair, with a natural wave. Eyes that are orange in the middle, and slowly fade to yellow - very bright, like two little suns. Very beautiful, and not very modest. She wears short skirts and shorts, and in winter wears skinny jeans, paired with tight tops/singlets.
She is currently looking for a 'look', she thinks maybe she could be a super-hero or villian, so she's saving up for a cool costume, but she'll probably just make it herself - she's quite good at dress making.

Personality: Bright and bubbly, and a bit show-offy. A great people-person, though many people are jealous of her. She's a great dancer, great performer with a voice that makes you think all your life you were living in darkness, but now you know what light truly is.


Power: Light. She can make everything dark, or everything extremely light - but if it's too dark/light it wont affect her, she can see through all light conditions. She is trying to control heat/cool with this, but she has only been able to make her room hotter by half a degree so far - she is still working on improving that part of her ability.


History: She found out she had powers when she was 6, she woke up in the middle of the night, and was extremely scared of the dark - as most children are - she heard footsteps, and instinctively reached for the light - but it didn't work. Her room lit up anyway, and she realised that the footsteps were only that of her cat.


Relationships (Family, Friends, etc.): She has an older sister who moved out, and only sees her on special occasions e.g. birthdays and Christmas. Her mother and father divorced when she was four, and hasn't seen much of her father since - he writes occasionally, and sends her 100 bucks for her birthday. She doesn't have a very strong relationship with her mother, she fears that if she tells her of her powers, she will send her off to a government containment area. Her cat named Harmony, she got her when her dad left.


Location: She lived in Australia until her mother wanted to move to New York this year. She is currently living with her mother, in their new house, with boxes lying all over the place. She is the new kid at school, and is only in her first week there.

Other: She is on the verge of good and evil, and could easily be either one.

Up for Love: Definitely! xD

When you say people can be from anywhere, does that mean just America or anywhere in the world? I'll just find it easier to write an English person. I hope that's OK, I'll change it if not.

Name: Xanthe Grey

Age: 14

Description: medium height, thin; long, light brown hair and pale blue eyes. Pointed face and pale complexion.

Personality: quiet but clever, likes reading, often seems to be in a completely different place, sometimes is. Thinks a lot more than she says. Not always the most reliable but will get something done that she cares about. Not very friendly and can be sharp with her friends, but is caring really.

Power: astral projection (being able to separate her consciousness from her body), can slow down time for herself so appears to be going really fast (can she have two? Neither's very big).

History: English immigrant (if it's in America), father is a copywriter and works at home. Does well in school but doesn't have many friends. Only child, parents separated, mother lives in England. First realised her power when she found herself standing next to her mum and remembered that she was on the other side of the world, and the time thing when she first started reading in French lessons - uses it to read a chapter in a few seconds so the teacher doesn't notice what she's doing.

Relationships (Family, Friends, etc.): Mum, Dad, has one teacher who she gets on with, her history teacher.

Location: Er, I'm going to make a random choice and say New York because I don't know anything about any other American cities (not that I know much about New York either).

Hope that's all OK, I've never joined a storybook before.

Oh, and can Xanthe like Ben? He doesn't have to turn good or anything, I just think it would be interesting if she did. He doesn't have to like her back either.

There definetly has to be some romance...at least one person has to fall in love. Okay? And fhwdf, you need to ask Billy about that. So ask him first!!! And it can be anywhere, though I think most people are going to be in the USA. So I don't know how you would meet up with people...but anywhere is fine!

Name: Kirrah 'Key' Anderson


Age: 17


Description: About medium height. Kirrah has dark brown hair that is a bit past her shoulders, and eerie, yellowish gold eyes. She dresses in jeans and T shirts mostly with her Converses.


Personality: Kirrah tends to be very unpredictable, and seems to have no real set personality. One minute she can be perfectly calm, the next, running around like a lunitic. She is however quite rude and patronizing at times, but she doesn't usually realise she's doing it.


Power: Can control and manipulate electricity.


History: Kirrah has always been somewhat of a rebel, and though she is quite intelligent, she doesn't care much for school. She's committed some petty crimes before but nothing too serious. She lives in the city with her dad and has a pet cockatoo, named Dude.


Relationships (Family, Friends, etc.): Just her dad, really. Her mother died when she was ten, which was what probably caused her to go off the rails.


Location: NYC

Billy, if you didn't read my previous post, just wondering if you'd mind if Xanthe liked Ben. If you don't think it's a good idea that's fine. Only she's a kind of weird character so I can imagine her making a kind of weird romantic choice...

No romance with meh character. She's hardly even twelve.

I wouldn't mind my character (Rae) falling in love. Might be quite nice for her ...

Name: Haleigh Weston

Age:17

Description: http://media.photobucket.com/image/blac ... l.jpg?o=41 pretty much exatly that, except she has bright blue eyes. She wears a lot of short jean shorts, that she keeps in a suitcase that floats behind her, and camis because she's always feels like she's burning up.

Personality: Haley is very cynical, but is still good at heart. Her humor is dark, but she loves to have a good time. She's a big flirt, but it's more to cover up her hurting interior. The boy she loved turned against her when he found out her powers, thus Haley thinks love does not exsist, but would be willing to give it a try if Mr. Right came along.

Power: Haley is a telekinetic. She can make things explode, or spontaneously combust, with her mind, and move any object (or person) she wants and she can also push items which means by pushing her powers to the ground, she can kind of hover. Also, when she really concentrates, she can fly. Her telekinesis gives her super fast speed/reflexes, high jumping, and a brilliant mind. But, since her body is basically always vibrating at an unseeable speed, she feels like she's always on the edge of burning alive.

History: Haley escaped from her home in Crescent City, California when her boyfriend, the only one she had ever loved, called her a freak and told her never to speak to him again. All she had done was shown him her powers. The only living relative she had was her Aunt, who was elderly anyway, and Haley really didn't love her too much.
After leaving her small farmhouse, Haley is currently wandering around the forests, looking for a place to go/hitchhiking.

Relationships (Family, Friends, etc.): One Aunt named Muriel, and an ex-boyfriend named Josh.

Location: Somewhere near Oregon/California's forest of Redwoods.
